Great location and great value for money..

Great location right on the beach. Lovely old style Balinese resort. Open spaces. Big pool lots of sun chairs and pool bar.

The rooms need renovations but they are large and comfortable.

Only thing to like about the property was the pool

The room (junior suite) was very well set out however the room constantly smelt like sewer, there was tiny black flies in the bathroom all the time, I think they came from the vents , the bed was like a concrete slab and I had to approach management due to mould on the bedding and dried blood on the pillow case

Location is perfect, right behind Laplancha and the beach and 5 minutes to the main shopping street. Free shuttle bus to Kuta, Staff was very helpful when we had a plumbing issue and were very quick with any requests we had, pool was large and very clean

Plumbing issue made the bath smell, but it was resolved very quickly. Mattress was very firm and lumpy. Dated furniture

The rooms were dirty….especially the bathroom, it smelt really awful. We had a pool villa, pool was ok for cleanliness. The breakfast was ok.

Tired, worn and run down. The whole place, including the rooms, needs a lot of maintenance. Breakfast was below average & cold most mornings. Not enough sun umbrellas. The place is in poor condition. As soon as I arrived, I informed them that the tv wasn't working, 2 lights didnt work and either did the kettle. These things were fixed immediately. Also the hot water was hit & miss. The photo of the tap is from the toilets near the breakfast area The door photo shows that it didnt close properly.. the shower door handle was broken. A pool step ladder out of the pool was broken - They put a sign up for it not to be used after I mentioned it. This place was not worth the money I paid to stay there.

Staff were lovely, location was fantastic and the big open garden space was fantastic

Stairs became difficult for a friend travelling with us despite asking for ground floor rooms

Location is walking distance to shops, convenience marts, and the beach. Rooms clean, spacious. Staff service friendly and acceptable.

The breakfast buffet could be better, although wide selection, certain stations could have been better especially during peak season. Example Egg station with only 2 staff cooking, there was a very long queue, bread toaster only 1 same thing, there was a queue. Coffee n Tea station could be better placed and maybe better signage for it.

Stayed here for only one night, booked for four, cancelled and moved to another hotel this hotel is old it needs refurbishing, bathroom Smelled of mould, bed was very hard, asked for softer pillows, they had none, pool was dirty, breakfast was disgusting with flys dancing all over it, we decided one night was enough and cancelled our remaking three nights

Rooms were big. Location is excellent. Staff were lovely.

Bed was really hard, that just preference really. The bathrooms could have done with a deeper clean.

Die Anlage ist quasi am Strand. Vom hinteren Ausgang, beim Pool, muss man nur eine kleine Gasse überqueren, um zu Promenade zu kommen. Die grünen Flächen sind fantastisch. Nach dem wir mit dem Zimmer neben der Rezeption wg. des Lärms nicht zufrieden waren, konnten wir in eine Villa umziehen. Das war sehr entgegen kommend vom Hotelmanager.

Puri Sarong was very comfortable. Very clean and neat. The location of my room was conveniently on the ground floor and close to the pool and dining room. It was lovely relaxing around the pool. The staff were very friendly and courteous. we were nice and close to the beach.

The path around the pool could use a little maintenance.

Gardens and pool

Our suite 6103, bathroom very bad drain smells with lots and lots of drain flies, poor maintenance, old uncomfortable lounge, we had to ask to have the front sliding door fixed when we arrived as didn’t latch closed so always open, the wardrobe sliding doors didn’t slide unless you lifted them to side, maintenance said it okay just do slowly. They left a towel in front of the fridge because it always filled up with water, the upstairs room very noisy, mostly from there shower. On a positive side our friends stayed in a deluxe room that was nice.

The location is excellent, right in front of the beach and close to restaurants.

La camera a noi assegnata non era per niente nelle aspettative in base al prezzo ed alla struttura esterna. Abbiamo chiesto di riassettare la camera e hanno ripiegato gli asciugamani del giorno prima ( avevano il profumo del mio balsamo).

Walkways were uneven, not good for suitcases. Light coming in from high windows in bedroom with no curtains.

The freshly baked bread, the egg station, crispy bacon, freshly baked cakes. Especially good are the mini bananas.

Danish pastries, way too dry. The same fruits every day. The cheese wrapped in plastic.

The location is great, a very short to walk to shopping as well as food & bars and very close to the beach.

The resort seemed a little run down and in need of some work

A very calm adult oriented hotel with great music by a large pool. The rooms were oversized and clean with great sound proofing from the outside noise.

Breakfast was confusing, no one explained what the process was. Some days we sat at dirty tables waiting for someone to clear it because it was busy after 8am and then there was no clear direction for how to order or if we should help ourselves to coffee. So we would sit and wait wondering what to do next.

Puri Saron is situated on the beachfront in a lovely vibrant area. The breakfast provided there is exceptional and the staff are lovely. We go there every year and thoroughly enjoy our time .

Being 69 getting in and out of the bath shower was a concern. The ensuit was very big lots of wasted space . Older resort but heaps of room for a walk in shower. Also a suggestion not a complait. Have a microwave available to heat your breakfast up if required. Eggs always perfect. Hot of the pan.!!

Have stayed at the Puri Saron at least 6 times over the last few years and loved every time we stayed The pool bar, the location, food & staff - all excellent! Love the dinner options on the beachfront and the nightly fireworks.

Loved everything but thinking next time may ask for a bed topper as found the bed a little too hard ….

Firstly the location, direct beach access. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Rooms were ok. Gardens were well maintained. Pool was great. Breakfast was good. Overall a nice comfortable hotel

The bedding didn’t fit the bed and was a flat sheet so kept creeping up at night. Pillows need attention, hard and flat and the wifi is basically not there at all. The rooms also had a window above the door that let a lot of light in at night. Our main issue was no lighting in the room only 2 lamps this made night time really hard

Location was great, large pool, staff very friendly, housekeeping was always done perfectly, aircon was great, gardens neat and tidy. Rooms and bathroom are big.

Just an updated bathroom would be good. There is nothing wrong with them. They are clean and functional. For the price it didn’t matter.
