Facilities were clean. From toilets, to walkways, rooms were exceptionally clean every day. Staff were amazing and went out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Welcomed with flowers and fresh fruit platter

Loud , Rowdy guess in big groups together drinking until late at night around the pool swim up bar . Not possible to sit on balcony and speak over the sound .

BLU ZEA Resort is beautifully kept and is easily accessible to the beach 🏖️ local shops and restaurants. All staff are absolutely magnificent.

Great location, very quiet at night, very clean and not over crowded. The staff, food were fantastic. Best thing was the swim up bar.

Location was great for beach and night-life etc. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Courtesy ride to beach was also a bonus.

Better and more cold plate options at breakfast would help. Loud rap music at Pool Bar in afternoon with its offensive language was unacceptable considering children are around. Very early morning disturbance with barking dogs outside of the hotel was an issue some days for us.

Really enjoyed my stay at Blue-Zea Resort in Seminyak! The location is fantastic — close to everything and really convenient for getting around Seminyak. The staff were absolutely amazing throughout the stay, always so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The pools were great and such a nice place to relax during the day. The rooms were comfortable and perfectly fine for the stay, although a little more basic compared with some other resorts I’ve stayed at. Overall though, the great location, lovely staff and resort facilities made it a really enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend Blue-Zea Resort and would happily stay again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am a returning guest to this hotel because I love the location and the staff are super helpful and friendly. I love the 6pm bingo and the fact that they have breakfast and a gym. My room wasn't suitable and I was accommodated with the change at my request and paid the additional charge. They gym is great and suitable for what you need, the spaces provided are fantastic, 2 pool spaces and pool lounges [one is like being on the beach with sand], the food is fantastic from the restaurant [not the breakfast menu but the daytime menu]. They have onsite library and movie times and a tourist office for bookings. There is a pool table, table tennis and 2 chess tables at the restaurant as well as a nice, grassed area to play with the little ones. It is close to everything.

The website isn't clear as to the rooms, I thought I booked a poolside room, however it was not as I thought based on the last time, I was there. It's tricky waking early and not being able to attend the gym or use the pool until 7am. The breakfast is ok, but generic and consistently the same and the juice is not fresh. There were lights outside my room [3 LED strips] that could not be switched off so there was always light in my room, and nothing could be done about it because the power for the lights was attached to all the lighting in the pool area.

Really friendly staff who go out of their way to help you?, the whole resprt is spotlessly clean, the breakfast there are wonderful and the dinner menu is also wonderful, the location is great, we have been going to this resort for 12 years and wil keep going back.

Having to leave

Everything was great overall. Had a great birthday experience there and were spoilt with a bunch of flowers from the hotel. Daily towel animals in the hotel room but late room cleaning (would obviously be different depending on room location though) Bingo by the pool was a nice touch at 6pm daily. The girl who does the numbers and does the fluctuation in her voice was so fun and the boys who did "20 --- with a 3" was triggering but fun nonetheless.

Great room but do be aware that all the 'pool access' rooms are overlooking the pool.

We had a wonderful two weeks staying at Blu Zea Resort. Our room was lovely and overlooked the pool, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond throughout our stay. They were always friendly, welcoming and smiling, which made us feel so well looked after. The resort is in a great central location, with the option to walk or take the free shuttle to the beach, local shops and plenty of restaurants and eateries. We have had such a relaxed and enjoyable stay and are heading home feeling happy, refreshed and very glad we chose Blu Zea Resort. We would happily return!

The room we were given on the bottom floor was under the stair well. No sun while all the other rooms had lounge chairs, sunshine and direct pool access . If u get that room, we discovered after lengthy conversation they will reserve a pool side lounger for you!! That’s. My only complaint.

Purchased a pool access room but was not on the pool initially (was on the corner, where the restaurant was - the pool was accessible but not in sight). We had specially booked this particular room to celebrate my birthday so we asked if we could pay to get upgraded further. Despite feeling like a pain in the butt, the wonderful staff sorted us out with a room with pool view and access. The staff were always kind and ‘chatty’ and for an extrovert like myself, it was always nice. On my birthday, the staff sung happy birthday to me with a special breakfast pancake stack. Bingo at 6pm by the pool bar was fun and I like that you could ‘bank’ the buy two get one free happy hour drinks. Loads of Australians stay here so it can get very rowdy but loads of fun.

Everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the overall experience was very pleasant.

What an amazing experience we had at Blu-Zea during our 10 day stay. Such a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping options. We were amazed by the friendly staff - amazing customer service all round. Our room was perfect, very clean and extremely comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool area. We particularly enjoyed the extensive buffet breakfast each morning - a great way to start the day. Thank you to absolutely everyone at Blue-Zea Resort - we can't wait to return.

Amazing time spent here. Genuinely friendly and helpful team. Comfortable rooms and great food. Kids are no problem for them, and they didn't want to get out of the pool. We got towel animals everyday and was interesting to seeing what we got each day.

The hotel is very close to the beach and very walkable to many places. The staff are very friendly are accommodating. The hospitality has been amazing! The hotel and rooms are very clean and the towel art made us smile when we returned back to our rooms. There are a good range of options for breakfast and the cocktails are very nice. There are a large range of amenities as well. I would 100% recommend this hotel for both couples and families.

Not enough pool side lounges

Loved the resort, two pool areas so there's no over crowding as the main pool can get a little busy. Beautiful staff always greeted you no matter where they were, felt like i'd known them forever. Pakis, Juli at the pool bar were awesome, always up for a chat. Didit our housekeeper surprised us daily with our towel animals which was cute. My husband was sick during our stay, reception contacted us to ask if we needed a doctor or if they could help in anyway, also sent up a flower arrangement to him wishing him a speedy recovery. Nothing was a hassel for any of the staff, they were amazing. Would definatly stay again.

Loved everything about our stay from the beautiful cleaned room and animal towels from Guyan, the swim up bar with Juli, the location was brilliant and the food and service by Cupid was divine. Thank you for making our holiday so special!

The bed was a little too firm but I asked for a mattress topper and its was taken care of my the staff straight away. Very comfortable once they added the topper.

Always 4 bottles of water in the room, towels for the pool everyday easy to get at the poolside, the employees very nice and avaliable.

The hotel’s street is very busy everyday. if you want to go to restaurants you need sometimes also to walk on the street with the cars and moto’s.

Great facilities and pretty clean

I was coerced by a staff member to do a review on trip advisor. We (2 females, one being a teenager) were sunbathing on our private pool deck when a staff member approached me to do a review. He then stood behind me whilst I filled it out and took a photo of my review. I felt extremely uncomfortable but gave a good review because I was so uncomfortable and wanted him to leave.
