We loved our stay here, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and the Welcome Lounge was a highlight! Having a Lawsons at the hotel was also very convenient for breakfast and snacks.

The shuttle bus to Disney took closer to 20-25 mins but it was still very convenient

Over the walking bridge to the train station one stop from Disneyland. Disneyland bus great way to get there free, Lawson food shop on site. Free beer coffee and snacks in welcome room, 30 minutes from tokyo by train easy. Good breakfast Would definitely return.

Sometimes standing in line for breakfast 10 to 15 minutes when you have pre paid people who have not paid come to the counter pay and get seated strate away in front of you that really pissed us off.

The location! It was extremely convenient, it’s connected to the train starting, there’s a shopping center right next to it, a 7-11 around the corner, a convenient store inside this hotel that has an ATM, and they have a shuttle service that takes you right to Disney. This hotel is amazing I highly recommend it.

Everything was great! I have 0 complaints.

Breakfast could few vegetarian or vegan options.

Exceptionally clean

The rooms are way too small for what you pay for. If you have luggage nowhere to open in the room.

Nada

Great for Disney as it has a shuttle bus to the parks, room was nice. Nice facilities including a room with consumables you can use like combs, toothbrushes, chopsticks

After 3 days the room was never cleaned once,

Very clean and beautifully decorated for Halloween

The beds were too hard

A covered pathway to the train station which helped us a lot as it was raining

This hotel is very good if you plan to go to Disney. As our plans changed and we didnt go to Disney, it’s a bit far from other attractions.

Everything was great Shuttle bus was great to Disneyland

Nil

Staff are so friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and tidy, close to all the shops and train.

Just the aircon dripping water.

1. Superb location next to Station and mall 2. Excellent Welcome Lounge with free drinks (even beers), sweets and pancakes 3. Amenities room is awesome with great free stuff for your daily use 4. Available free locker room to keep your luggages before checkin or after checkout. 5. Free shuttle to & from Disneyland & DisneySea 6. Great comfortable beds for 6 in family room. Very clean!

Honestly nothing!

The free shuttle to the theme parks was amazing, the hotel itself is prime location close to restaurants and shops. The complimentary bar and snacks was also a nice perk!

The complimentary bar gets BUSY. There was not a single time during our visit that I was able to get a table. Which I did not mind, taking to room. But the snacks were depleted pretty quickly as well.

Location and close proximity to two shopping malls was awesome. The shower room was fabulous. The train station being so close was excellent. Pillows were good. Hotel lobby amenities was excellent.

Ned a little hard. Breakfast was over priced. Go to the malls next door.

La ubicación. La amabilidad del personal. La limpieza. Todo facilidades. Nos ha encantado. Gracias

Amazing for families. We were so well catered to. The transfer buses to the parks were so easy. Our family of 5 were quite comfortable in our family room. Staff were very helpful. The common lounge in the lobby was a huge hit, especially the fairy floss machine! All your needs are catered for.

The breakfast was expensive.

Staff were brilliant, facilities are phenomenal and the Disney bus is a great bonus.

No notes, 10/10

Location to Disney, the mall and the train station was perfect! Room was modern and had everything we could need. The welcome lounge and breakfast were so good! Kids loved it!

Bed was a little firm.

Nada

We had great view from our room. Front desk staff are all very friendly,

Restaurant staff at lobbly on 16/8 morning need more training, the food is cold and not good taste.

La struttura ed i servizi offerti

Nulla

The in-room foot/calf massager is heaven sent! We basically missed it especially after we checked out and continued on with our trip to Tokyo and Osaka. The free Disney shuttle is also a plus. The free amenity bar and welcome drinks/snacks at the lobby are both great as well.

Nothing

- the cleanliness - the space in the room - the toilet and bathroom are separated - we can pick amenities we need by ourselves so there are no leftovers or unnecessary items - free beer lol 🍻 and other drinks - vanilla cookies were so good - baggage storage are nice - the location is exceptional and very convenient. It's right at the station and there's also a covered walkway! - big windows in the room - the checkout time at noon

- the queue for elevators was quite long on some of the days - the lounge was so crowded and it was hard to not get kids bumping into you when they ran around

I LOVED this hotel!!! If you’re going to Tokyo Disney, but don’t want to pay Disney prices, this hotel is a MUST. The interior is beautiful, they had some Disney cutouts, and you can buy Disney merchandise in the Lawson! The shuttle to and from both Disney parks was so nice. The staff was EXTREMELY kind. They had some English speakers which was very helpful. The room was extremely spacious and clean. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a train station so it makes it easy to travel!!! The staff let us store our bags there before check in AND after check out. I am so grateful! They have a lot of storage space for your luggage, but I would try to go early in the day or later at night. I loved every part of this hotel.

Very clean. Loved the shuttle service to Tokyo Disney. Staff were very friendly. 24-hour Lawson was so convenient.

Excellent location for Disneyland. Convenient shuttle bus. Awesome breakfast. Great drinks and snack area.

Nothing

Location was really good.Loved how close it was to the subway and shopping center.Room size was spacious for Tokyo.

Nothing

Close to the train and shops

No English TV channel

The hotel looked old from the outside but the rooms looked brand new so don’t judge a book by its cover. There is a Lawsons inside the hotel and a train station literally connected to it with a mall and supermarket as well as several restaurants. Also their bus to Disneyland and Disneysea was very convenient.

No complaints.

very close to the Disney sea, the hotel is clean

washer and dryer services could be better, u have to wait for a long time to wash or dry them, not enough for everyone.
