Reviewed Jul 24, 2026We had a fantastic stay at Ibis Tokyo Bay. The complimentary bus service was a huge bonus and made getting around so easy, especially when travelling with children. The hotel is in a great location, offering a quieter place to stay while still providing easy access to central Tokyo and all the major attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall it was excellent value for money. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting Tokyo.
The buffet breakfast was convenient, although it wasn’t quite to our personal taste. That said, it was well organised.

My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making great use of the space while providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel had a fresh, modern atmosphere that made it feel welcoming throughout. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious Japanese and international options to suit different tastes. I also appreciated the convenient shuttle service and the hotel’s location, which provided easy access to Tokyo Disney Resort and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Whether you’re visiting Tokyo for leisure, family travel, or business, ibis Styles Tokyo Bay is an excellent choice thanks to its comfortable accommodations, great service, and excellent value for money. I highly recommend it and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Japan.

O hotel tem uma mini kombini no hall, mas também tem uma uns dois quarteirões de distância, perto de alguns restaurantes. Eles oferecem um transfer que usamos tanto na chegada quanto na volta, para ir à estação mais próxima, e também para ir aos dois parque da Disney, Funcionou perfeitamente, tudo bem organizado. Valeu bastante a pena.

Staff molto gentile, nonostante le difficoltà linguistiche cercano di aiutare come meglio possono. Non troppo distante a piedi dalla stazione di Shin Urayasu con annesso centro commerciale.
Un po' lontano dal centro di Tokyo, indicato per soggiorno vicino Tokyo Disney ma non Tokyo città. Proporrei di aumentare la varietà di cibo occidentale per la colazione.

Coin laundry viel zu wenige Maschinen für die Menge an Gästen. Keine Spielareal für Kinder. Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht wirklich. Entweder zu kalt oder stickig. Shuttle zu Disneyland zuwenig. Da ist man mit der Bahn schneller und flexibler.

Reviewed May 13, 2026O quarto era amplo, a localização era otima, próxima da estação e de lojas de conveniência. O shuttle bus pra os parques da disney partia sempre no horário e foi muito útil. O café da manhã estava muito bom.

Promised transfers to and from Disney but the schedule only had 1 pick up 1&1/2 hours after Disney sea closed, waited in the cold to sit on and over full bus

Reviewed May 4, 2026ベッドの寝心地が良かった。お風呂も洗い場があったので使いやすかった。朝食は、ホットサンドやワッフルなど自分たちで作ることができるものが多く、子どもたちは楽しみながら食事をしていた。
アメニティにひげそりがなく不便だった。駐車場が満車で停められず、近くのパーキングを利用したが思った以上に価格が高く想定していない出費となった。近くの駐車場と連携し割引などをしてもらえるとありがたい。

一泊５万円以上払って、２段ベッドが２台あるだけのとても窮屈な部屋。カーテンは破けていて、洗面所のドアは掃除が行き届いておらず不潔でした。受付の方は、チェックインカウンターの横でパジャマを持っていくことを教えてくれなかったので、部屋に行ってからパジャマがないことに気づき、また下に降りて取りに行くことになった。

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026I like that the fact we were able to upgrade to a bigger room with four beds in it to cater to our family as we checked in early and there was a option to be able to do so
I wish there was a little bit more space I felt like the room was a little bit small but it was okay we still managed
