Good location, opposite train station . Very friendly and efficient staff . Room was clean .. would stay there again .

Bit of a queue checking in, two staff behind the desk and when it was our turn the person stopped dealing with us to see to someone else. Customer service good be improved. Good location but rooms could do with a renovation

Very small room but adequate for a one night stay. Bathroom was fine with an OK shower. Close to the train station, which was the main reason we chose to stay here. Man (Andres?) on reception was pleasant and welcoming.

The location was good for train travel. Staff were very helpful.major construction on front street. my room was a very small single and it was very clean but window opened to inner court of air conditioners ( or something), so there was constant low grade.hum. perfectly adequate hotel.The woman on the desk was excellent.

Liked everything. Room was super comfortable and clean. Nice having a kettle for tea. Really close to train station..road work being done outside but didnt cause us any inconvenience. Near to buses and shopping. Would stay here again.cost reasonable.

Great location and good price but very much get what you pay for: hotel very tired, poorly-maintained, and noisy. Alright for an overnight pit stop but wouldn’t want to stay for any length of time.

Good price for this downtown location, close to train station, shopping and restaurants.

There is no any microwave option if any one not eat outside food. He didn’t warm his food. This is not good. Very noisy outside.

Location perfect. Taps on bath/shower stuck so couldn't turn off hot after shower resulting in scolding to wrist and foot. No one in reception when checking out to report issue. Hope they sort this before someone is badly burned.

Room is very warm and have no air-conditioning, WiFi is not good, shower was not good, would have liked more plugs to be available and maybe a USB charging port

Comfortable and clean rooms. Good location for railway station.

The reception staff were all pleasant and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. There was some noise at night, after the Lionesses roared, but no problem there! An excellent stay which I shall repeat in the future.

Weather hot and humid, room airless, fan available from reception but room window opened into building well where multiple extractor fans belted out hot air from surrounding buildings. Occasional high noise levels from live/recorded music and aircraft. Corridor busy night and day with arrivals, departures, and party makers. Bathroom extractor fan pathetic, mould growth obvious. Toilet seat unstable. Sheets and towels beautifully clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Price very reasonable. Would stay again, hopefully in another room.

Third time staying here. Always used as a crash pad and always serves that purpose well. It's not sparkly new but it's clean, staff are polite and rooms generally are bigger than similar value properties. Yes it's an old building and some of the fixtures aren't modern or on trend but if you are looking for a bed, very well located on a budget then this will do the trick. Sure I'll be back again.

Budget hotel , steps once out of lift no good to me has im disabled.

The building work was very loud and it was also very hot but the location was very convenient. If your staying for 1 night then yes it a good hotel but more than that dont even bother also the bed are so uncomfortable like felt like a brick.

The room wasn't properly cleaned and had stained, ripped carpets. The bathroom was equally filthy with a poor quality shower. The walls are paper thin and I had difficulty sleeping from the noises in adjacent rooms and the corridor at all hours of the night. In the evening following check in, a naked man only covered with a towel entered the reception area claiming he had a room there and I felt generally unsafe through my stay. Would never revisit or recommend.

Close to train station. Easy walk to museum, shopping, theater and great dining. So convenient and the staff were great!

Staff were brilliant

Very noisy. I think a pub/ bar closes on the early hours. Bottles being tipped at 3/4am. Barrels being loaded / unloaded. Then a pneumatic drill started at 8.30am from the work across the road. Small very basic room. Shower head didn’t work. When turned to full flow only a dribble came out. Had to have it on blast / massage option. Only 1 decaf coffee sachet this morning and no sweetener. Ok for the money, but expect a sleepless night.

Second time stopped in hotel first time was good second time not so good stayed in room next to lift and very noisy door banging and could here people coming and going bed and pillows not so good,and very noisy in the night people very loud

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was great for the price. I was very impressed. It's also located very centrally and quite near the Leeds train station.

Close to Leeds Railway Station (less than a five minute walk) which was ideal for my aching limbs after plenty of walking during the day.

Basic hotel, 3 mins from the station and right in the middle of the city. You get what you paid for. Fine for a night or 2. Some bathrooms are TINY so make sure you stipulate on check in you want a decent sized bathroom rooms 234 and 236 are ok!!

I was very pleasantly surprised that I was not disturbed by Friday night revelers noise. Slept through for 9 hours. Feel well rested.

The hotel was lovely and in a great position The staff were friendly and nothing was to much for them I felt that my bed was uncomfortable it my friends were very happy with their beds There was plenty of choice at breakfast The doors were locked by 10pm and you needed to ring the bell when entering after that If I was going back to Leeds I would definitely stay here again The Hotel needs an ashtray outside as there was nowhere to put cigarettes buts

Lovely welcome on arrival and lovely large room. Staff very helpful with local information. Difficult finding out way around locally due to all the road works.

Excellent first time experience. Was greeted by a delightful and friendly man who walked me though each process of getting properly checked in, it sets the tone for your stay when youre immediately trated so well! The room was perfect! I only requested a single, not expecting much, but it was delightful and had all the essentials! The shower was probably the best part and the cozy room guaranteed one of the best nights sleep I've had while travelling.

Reception very helpful. Room clean and plenty of space. Twin room, good controllable heating, very comfy beds. Good value for money.

The hotel is in an ideal location in Leeds for shopping and not far from the arena if you are going to a show. It’s clean and the rooms I have stayed in have been spacious, I have not had breakfast there. The only downside at my stay this time was my room was directly above the entrance and I could hear people walking past and visiting the shops over the road and all the trafic at the trafic lights well into the early hours. Next time I will ask for a higher level room. But the hotel is definitely worth what you pay.

Perfect hotel for a night out.

Tryed to check in at one O'clock thet wanted £10 for early check-in. I didn't check-in till 2pm. Ask if i could leave my bag there till check-in time they said it would be a £1.i didn't check-in or leave my bag. I have stated in 100s of hotels and have never been ask for a early check-in fee. If hotels had rooom ready they would give it to you. The same with storage of bag never ask to pay for it. Room 807 was not the best see photos definitely could do with a upgrade. Won't be back and i visit Leeds a lot. I don't know how many stars this hotel has but i would describe it as a one star hotel

Good service from the front desk upon entering. Easy check in, clean room, good shower, quiet, nice big comfy bed, will definitely stay again. 5 mins walk to main station also

This place is awesome. However, you really do get what you pay for. The space is relatively clean, the bed is comfortable. The location is fabulous. Very close to the train station and close to anything central Leeds.However, the walls are thin. And if you’re on one of the lower floors, you could hear outside quite clearly. Overall, I would recommend.

One night stay for work. Was basic hotel but clean and had everything I needed. Perfect for the train station, was just a two minute walk. Only downside was the building works taking place outside so at 7.30am there was loud voices and noise outside.

Good location and friendly staff. A bit noisy due to being near station and construction work happening. There was someone who I think gained entry without permission which isn't ideal but the staff member handled it really well.

First time staying here, although not the most modern hotel its clean and comfy, thought the layout is very confusing

Second time I've used this hotel, and it was great. Clean and pleasant, decent continental-style breakfast. All that was needed. If there's one grouse - it's the "dynamic pricing" which all hotels seem to be using. On one occasion I was going to book Discovery, but it was more expensive than the nearby Travelodge. Silly.

Just what I needed. Two minutes walk from the station. Basic room but very clean and comfortable - if I'm really picky would have liked some decaff tea and coffee !! They happily gave me all the pillows I needed to support my broken arm. Very happy with my stay.

The on duty saff went above and beyond to make our stay great however the brealfst was not what was expected no option 1 meat 1 cheese and slices of bread. Poor for the price.

The fire alarm went off, one fire exit was blocked off and we ended up lost and didn’t see any other people, eventually the alarm stopped so we went back to our room but we had no idea wether it was a drill or a real alarm, also our room smelt of cigarettes even though it said no smoking room

Building is rundown and the area is very noisy on the weekends.

The reception staff were very good - friendly and efficient. However, the room was in dire need of renovation. There was no available electric socket near the bedside table. There was a portable heater as the radiator doesnt work. The shower had very little pressure. I did see a couple of small flies in bathroom and not sure where they came from. And worst of all, I woke to water dripping from the ceiling near the room door. Judging by the replacement part already in place, this is a pipework issue that has happened before. The location is great but thats true of many hotels. I know the room was cheap but these issues were disappointing.

I booked a single room it was very clean and spacious. The bathroom had lots of room as well. The hotel is straight across the road from the train station and just around the corner from the main shopping area.

Ive stayed here whenever i come to Leeds. Its close to the town centre, arena and restaurants. Nice choice of continental breakfast. Will use it again

Great location and excellent value for a short stay. Single room cosy and plenty of sockets/ tea and coffee/ hot water . A bit surprised at the charge of £10 for early check-in. The room was obviously ready. But decided to pay it for convenience and the room was comparatively cheap in the first place. Would stay again.
