It was abit small. No chair to sit on no tablet with kettle or to have a hot drink. No where to hang your coats. Only got one pillow. Window was small. Just nowhere to put your clothes.

Lo mejor del alojamiento es la ubicación, en pleno centro.

No me gusto que el baño es pequeño, la habitación no tiene ni armario ni mesa ni nada para poder dejar las maletas, tienen que está en el suelo, no se limpia la habitación solo una vez cada seis días y tampoco se hacen las camas, las toallas las puedes cambiar pero las tienes que pedir en recepción y las usadas no las retiran, las tienes que dejar también en la habitación. Si quieres que te guarden las maletas te cobran 5 libras por día aunque nosotros no pudimos dejarlas porque el sitio es pequeño y estaba completo.

What I like about this hotel is that it's in the city center، also the prices is good.

There is not a lot of furniture sometimes we need a chair just to sit on it and to read some books or to have drink.

Mattress was beyond firm . When l tried to sleep on my chest, I could hear springs squeak in rhythm with my breathing. I am 6 foot tall and weight 11.5stonr . I'm definitely not a fat guy .

Excellent value for money. The hotel is very central but with good sound proofing! Basic room but clean. The bathroom was very small but used the space well.

Messed up my booking and charged me 3 times and refused to give me a refund. I called up weeks before to say and they refused as booking.com said it was up to the hotel. Really gutted as two nights here ended up costing me like £700

Based in town which makes it easier to commute, the room was clean and smelled nice. The staff members were polite. I left my wallet and the cleaner gave it back to them something you don't see that pattern these days.

Probably they don't serve food but I can not complain about that because outside of the hostel they are many restaurants and food stores.

I paid extra for a room with a window. A little window in the corner of my room that looks out to an air conditioning unit does not class as a window. I wouldn’t say it’s good value for me.

Location is super strategic. We just walked to every corner of Leeds City Center. Bus stops are nearby. Conveniently, Leeds train station is also within walking distance. We stayed in 5 beds room. We are family of 5. It was really good value for money and fit for purpose, to sleep comfortably at night and recharge energy for city tour the next day. Each bed was equipped with charging station and personal lighting. The room size is reasonable and enough to place 5 of our luggage. Bathroom was comfortable and well function. The building was also very clean. Staffs were very welcoming and helpful.

La amabilidad y comprension del personal. Simpaticos, agradables y haciendose cargo de los inconvenientes que tuvimos. Debido a ese inconveniente, nos devolvieron el dinero. La limpieza perfecta y el tamaño de la habitacion, perfecto.

Leeds sufria altas temperaturas. Tuvieron un problema tecnico con el aire acondicionado y no se pudo arreglar durante nuestra estancia. Por suerte era solo una noche. Se deberia al menos poder abrir la ventana para que entrara aire

Bed was very uncomfortable, staff were not as welcoming as they could have been and parking promotion which was advertised was not available anymore.

I did not like anything. The room on the photo is fake. They only care to make money not how the customer feel. I had a room where no space where to put my luggage.

Good for short stay. Comfortable. Very close to shops, restaurants and bars. Train station not to far away. Good value for money.

Room was really Uni style basic but clean. We did not need much more because mostly out of room, Some dislikes though. Centrally located but drop off only around corner. Be aware The Headrow is closed to cars at certain times! We parked on road near Leeds Uni, 20 minutes away, though car parks nearby. 24 hour reception very good, particularly when our cards did not work 2nd night and were reset. AIR CONDITIONING a godsend!!

No tables so some of us booked accom elsewhere to work facetime in room, others went to local cafe. Glass bathroom door facing toilet was very non private and unpleasant when sharing room. No hooks for drying towels or hanging clothes in bathroom. No mirror by plugs for hair drying. Iron and hairdryer only provided on request for an hour.

Stole £96 off me by taking an unauthorised payment from my credit card which they had on file. Also didn't have the room type I booked which caused a lot of issues. Still trying to get back the money they stole and they do not respond to communications. Would not stay again.

Staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to provide great service especially when we arrived early on the Thursday and they were more than happy to help work storing our luggage. Grea location in city centre yet still very quiet considering central location. Second time staying here and would definitely stay again 😊

The air con did seem to not work super well on one room however we didn't mention it to staff as it wasn't really an issue for us, however if we had im sure they would have been happy to help.

Twin room was very cramped with very little space to walk around the beds. Limited space for hanging clothes and no bedside table or space for books, phone, water, etc. I understand the minimalist ‘pay for extras concept’ but baseline facilities are very basic and do not justify the above budget range price tag.

Central location, basic but everything you need! We stayed as we went to a concert at the arena so perfect for what we needed. Great value for money too!

Location was excellent, and if you're looking for truly bare bones accommodation then it can't be beat on price.

No kettles in room, only a hot drinks machine downstairs that you need to ask for cups for. Prices on the machine are incredibly high. The window in the room was facing an electrical box of some kind in an alley, so very little light. Windows did not open even a crack. No bin in room other than the bathroom bin. Walls were far far from soundproofed. If an adjacent room in any direction was using the shower, taps or flushing then this can be heard very loudly in the room. Even sounds like electric razors or toothbrushes carried right into the room.

Nothing the staff were very unhelpful unconcerned even when I made a complains to them.

It's no frills sure, but that's perfect for a business trip given it's an aircon'd room in a great location. I always go for a room with no windows - they're the cheapest and it guarantees sleeping in full blackout which I love! Win, win. Staff are lovely too.

Shower head could do with de-limescaling as the water flow was pretty dodgy.

We liked that it was center of Leeds.

The room was small and no extra amenities there was no window and bathroom and bed were right next to each other, so it was a bit uncomfortable, I think the price was a bit much too.

Room was that small that the bathroom door didn’t open fully as the bed was in the way, the gap between the other side of the bed and the wall was pretty much none existent, the walls were all marked. A staff member used her card and entered our room whilst we were inside- didn’t even knock to check anyone was in there. The bathroom shower controls were broken, and the floorboard you could feel under the flooring and we’re all uneven; the bed was not comfortable

My room just had basic facilities, but was clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel offers good value, in a convenient location. There are cafes nearby for breakfast.

The bedroom lacked any furniture, such as a chair and a small table. An electric kettle would have been useful.

They seemed to want to charge extra for everything. The room was very cramped and there was no chair of surface to put bags on. There was no light by the mirror by the door. The wall was damaged and the shower seal had black on it. There was very little room to get in between the twin beds.
