Very large comfortable room with double and single bed

Room a little cold. No heating on despite change in weather

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Breakfast available at times to suit. Good food and service in the restaurant bar.

Not much to dislike.

Breakfast wasn’t great. Bacon undercooked every morning and when I complained I was told everyone says the same thing . But it didn’t change. Bedroom was full of cobwebs & I also complained & felt like receptionist laughed at me. No milk in room for tea either. Windows Without curtains for daytime & bedroom opposite could view into our room & we theirs so had to keep heavy curtains closed during the daytime.

Everything. Beautiful rooms. Excellent food at restaurant and breakfast 😋. The breakfast area and service was amazing. We where hosted by Bernie every morning and there was nothing she could not help you with. Enniscrone itself is very beautiful place. We had the seaweed baths absolutely amazing.

Our birthday restaurant experience was terrible. 30 minute wait for our. It was not crowded at the time.

Beautiful, modern hotel! Very clean throughout! Very comfortable beds and pillows! Warm & Cosy. Lovely, powerful shower! Gorgeous smell from the hand-wash to the shampoo & Conditioner! Great facilities. Always a nice touch having a few biscuits and water on arrival. Will definitely return.

Only fault was not having a door stopper in the bathroom. You had to close the door completely as it kept rolling forward! Annoying if your just popping in and out! Also a bigger bed would have been nice! Who doesn't want a bigger bed, when the other half snores!

The service at the bar was really lacking. Extremely slow having to wait ages for service (at 4pm!) and tried to give me room temperature white wine

Over all the standards of the Diamond have hugely drop. Breakfast selection very poor ie gulten free options, cooked breakfast cold at 8am in morning ..... not a good start. No selection of herbal teas, asked for mint got green. Ask for some mint leaves and was told no even though I had mint in bar the night before . Staff in morning just wondering around resturant lost. Breakfast manager spend most of breakfast at front desk with queues of guest waiting to be seated . The music at breakfast more suitable for a nightclub. Food at dinner was stone cold very dispoint as last year we had such an amazing lunch. We came back for dinner. I should have know better, when you see a large number of guest eating takeaway pizza in lobby and outside in courtyard . Room broken lamp left in room and pillows and bed not comforable . For the price very disappointed and over all stanadards have slipped

We enjoyed the food, friendly staff, spacious rooms and nearby beach. Hotel caters for coeliac's brilliantly. Lots of choice.

Breakfast was delicious. A good layout. Staff were friendly & helpful....well done all. Bed was very comfortable but I felt the pillows weren't great. Bedroom was lovely.

Comfortable bed. Nice food. Lots of parking. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good kids club. Nice playground for kids.

Rooms have no air con. Our room was very hot and stuffy. Very hard to sleep when it was so warm. And windows barely open to let in fresh air. Had fans blowing but made no difference in a very stuffy room. Lighting in rooms is very poor also. No lights on ceilings just lamps on walls. Lastly breakfast is very busy in mornings and lady who welcomes you takes so long seating people that a huge queue forms and waiting times are very long and frustrating. Especially if your in a hurry to get in and eat and go again. Plus older people who cannot stand for long have to stand and wait which isn't ideal. Plus families with kids who just need to get in and get seated with busy toddlers it isn't the best set up.

Reception staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful, lovely bedrooms, sensational gave wash/cream and shampoo/conditioner, nice ti see them using an Irish brand and not miniatures so recyclable by filling up. Food was fabulous for breakfast and light snacks, didn’t have dinner there, lovely lobby and outdoor areas. Have been a few times before and will be back again, group of 4 celebrated our friends birthday

Would have loved a pool and sauna but will return anyways.

We were upgraded to a suite a beautiful large room with a view. We had a lovely evening meal and a great breakfast. Staff all very professional.

Great family break in the Diamond Coast Hotel. Hotel was spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful and food was delicious. Will definitely be back .

I loved the location it is only a short walk to the beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

I found the bar to be so unorganised and not stocked well. They hadn't brandy glasses. No change in the till and they had run out of port. On Sumday night there was only one member of staff behind the bar which wasn't the staff members fault as he done the best he could. We were given a glass that had lipstick on it.

We stayed in the deluxe family suite with the bunk beds and the kids loved it (2&5). Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay with young children

The only negative was our room didn’t have air conditioning so was a bit stuffy

Bathroom ventilation not working, basin , two big cracks across it, breakfast mediocre and bar staff made worst Irish Coffee we've ever had - and in Ireland!!

Auch nachts hoher Geräuschpegel in den Zimmern. Man hat alles aus den Nachbarzimmern gehört. Sehr harte Betten und Kissen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht für so viele Gäste ausgelegt. Es hat ausgesehen wie im Schweinestall. Das Angebot war generell sehr klein. So gut wie kein frisches Obst oder Gemüse.

Great location. Relaxed atmosphere, nice bar area and restaurant. Staff friendly. Bernie was very nice and accommodating at breakfast.

Room was extremely stuffy and warm. Hard to sleep. No vent or fan in the bathroom which added to the problem. Rooms not cleaned often enough for a 4 star price.

Lovely place to stay. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Really child friendly. Great amenities. Lovely food at the bar. Great trip, hoping to get back again soon.

Personal encantador, nos atendió Sara en recepción. Muy amable y nos explicó todo muy bien. La habitación es muy grande, estaba surtida de todo y muy limpia. El desayuno tipo buffet muy completo y el personal atento a que no te faltará de nada.

A really super family hotel. Our room was really spacious, the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. Lots of hot and cold options and a pancake making machine for the kids!

No aircon in my room. Not sure if this is standard through the hotel. Was quite surprised given how modern the building appears to be.

Bathroom could do with updating. Charge per child per half hour to use the games room quickly becomes expensive if you have a few children! Would be better to be able to hire the whole room for a set charge for the whole family to use.

Lovely hotel, superb staff very friendly even whilst under pressure. Very spacious family room and we are a family of 5. Very family friendly hotel with lots to offer close to a beautiful beach.
