Excellent location, sensible facilities, very pleasant staff and a really effective hotel for a short stay

The studio rooms are not really set up for living rather than stopping by, despite the kitchenette. They have hard plastic chairs at a big table or else you sit on the bed. Which isn't perfect for an aparthotel. A small issue for a good value simple hotel but it wasn't super comfortable.

On a tout apprécié

We had 2 rooms for our party, the rooms were spacious and very clean. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We could leave our bags before/after check in/out. Location wise it is close to the train station and chateau. There are transport options practically outside the door. There is a lovely pizza place (Jimmy's) close by that my kids loved.

One of our rooms had an issue with a strange smell. Reception staff immediately changed rooms, could not have been more helpful. Actually this should go in the what did you like section.....they were great.

Je n'ai pas apprécié qu'on nous fasse payer 10 euros de plus pour être parti à midi au lieu de 11h. J'ai fait une cinquantaine d'hôtels et c'est la première fois que ça m'arrive. Normalement, ils laissent jusqu'à midi pour sortir. Un geste aurait été cool, mais bon, c'est une erreur de notre part

O staff foi muito simpático e prestável, a localização é excelente, o hotel é muito acolhedor e excelente para férias curtas ou longas.

O hotel aparenta ter alguns sinais de desgaste, como janelas danificadas e tetos a precisar de pintura e manutenção, assim como na zona de duche.

Il faudra une petite rénovation. Peu à peu cela s'use. Le petit déjeuner est bien mais assez peu ravitaillé. Il faut y aller tôt même le weekend. Passé 9.00 h beaucoup de choses ne sont plus disponibles. Notamment les œufs becons... un peu juste. Pour 17 euros quand même.

La posizione è molto comoda, vicino al centro e al quartiere Bouffay, noto per i tanti locali dove mangiare. Vicino anche il Catstello e la Cattedrale. Stanza molto grande e fornita di tutto! Personale gentile.

La struttura ha un parcheggio interno ma non abbiamo trovato posto e parcheggiare in zona è complicato. Ci siamo dovuti adattare ad un parcheggio a pagamento al chiuso a circa 10 minuti a piedi.

El apartamento está en una zona céntrica, pero segura y tranquila. Era muy completo en general, a lo mejor un poco pequeño para considerarlo apartamento, pero respecto a comodidad y limpieza estaba bien, y tenía de todo lo básico. El parking (que es de pago) está en el mismo edificio y es cubierto, por lo que puedes subir en ascensor a la misma habitación. Puedes usar libremente las máquinas de la sala común de huéspedes, hay cafés, infusiones, agua fresca y zumos, no aplican costes extra. Los perros son bienvenidos.

Era pequeño para ser un apartamento. Más bien era una habitación de hotel en la que habían instalado una mini cocina en el espacio de un armario del pasillo. Como algo estético, tanto el baño como los muebles de la estancia estaban bastante dañados en esquinas y bordes, por humedades, golpes, etc.

mejorar un poco la atención en algunos detalles, en la limpieza de la habitación, ya que nos encontramos con cosas debajo de la cama o en un armario, pero limpio estaba.

Room was well sized - we were 4 people and were not cramped. Room was also well equipped. Especially liked the Google Comcast! Very central location. Faced onto a busy road but noise cancellation was pretty good - had worried the trains/trams/pub goers would keep us up but they didn’t. All staff were really pleasant, friendly and helpful. Always had a welcoming smile.

We booked parking but we didn’t receive instructions on how to access it. Needed a code to lower a street barrier for example. Luckily I wasn’t on my own so my husband could hop out and go into the hotel for assistance. Also, our maps sent us to the front door of the hotel, where you can’t actually drive at all. So basically, instructions on how to access parking if you’ve booked it would be helpful.

la posizione è eccezionale e anche lo staff. Abbiamo trovato la camera molto ma molto piccola, non aveva neanche il guardarobe. Dopo nostra rimostranza ci hanno cambiato la camera e l'addetto in reception Micol è stato molto gentile e ci ha dato una camera decisamente più ampia.

Devono lavorare sulle pulizie specialmente delle parti comuni (tappeto rosso lungo le camere veramente sporco) e un cattivo odore nei corridoi che fortunatamente non si trovava all'interno della camera.

Habitació àmplia i ben climatitzada, molt còmoda per a l’estada. Un detall que ens va agradar és que ofereixen servei gratuït de cafè i xocolata de màquina les 24 hores del dia a la sala d’estar de l’hotel. També volem destacar el personal, que va ser molt atent i amable en tot moment. En general, una estada molt satisfactòria.

La neteja de l’habitació podria millorar. Durant l’estada no vam poder utilitzar la dutxa amb normalitat, ja que s’embussava i l’aigua no desguassava correctament. També vam trobar que el preu del servei de pàrquing era una mica elevat, per la qual cosa vam optar per deixar el cotxe en un pàrquing dissuasiu i utilitzar el servei d’autobús, que deixa pràcticament al costat de l’hotel. En general, creiem que aquests aspectes es podrien millorar per oferir una experiència més confortable als clients.

Large, quiet family room with comfortable beds - we slept very well here. Very good breakfast - the kids enjoyed crepes with Nutella! Great that breakfast is free for kids. A nice little play area with some toys in the reception area, which my son enjoyed (age 5). Good location right next to the castle and near the botanic gardens.

There is hardly any decoration in the room, which makes it feel a bit basic. A few pictures on the walls and a bit of attention to detail with the decoration would make it more homely.

The hotel was very convenient for the train station and the historic centre of the city. We had to leave early on the last day but it was easy to have a breakfast and check out. The room was well equipped and there was a large table, which was useful. It was welcome to have a bath as well as a shower. The ability to use the drinks machine in the foyer in the evening was a good feature. The breakfasts were very good.

The layout of the room was rather poor. The main problem was that there was not enough space around the double bed, especially on the window side. This meant there was no bedside table on that side. There was very little space to access the bed from that side. This was made worse by the TV being on a wheeled stand, shoehorned into the space between the bed and the wall, making it harder to get into the bed. The TV was difficult to use, which made this obstruction more annoying. It would have been better not to have a TV in the room. Otherwise the living room arrangement was quite good, but there was not adequate cupboard space for the equipment. Separating the toilet from the bathroom was not ideal.

The hotel was in a superb location, the staff was very friendly and helpfull, and the room was clean,and has everething that you could pissibly need.

In the bathroom ,some details need to be attended like the bathtub which was not tiled finished.

Месторасположение. Нас удивило, что внизу в гостинице возле ресепшена есть кофе машина и можно делать кофе себе в любое время. И еще есть фонтан воды

Немного надо обновить уже. И в некоторых местах была пыль и на окнах были следы от детских рук

A coté du chateau

Très déçus par notre séjour. L’établissement manque d’entretien, avec des meubles de cuisine et de salle de bains vieillissants. Bien que j’aie expliqué que les deux nuits avaient déjà été payées via Booking, on m’a demandé de payer à nouveau sans vérifier. Après avoir prouvé le paiement, un remboursement a été effectué sur la carte, mais nous l’attendons toujours. Les toilettes étaient également bouchées et, comme nous étions dimanche, aucune intervention n’a été possible avant le lundi. Impossible non plus de changer de chambre. Malgré tous ces désagréments, aucun geste commercial ni aucune attention particulière. Au final, nous avons payé deux fois et attendons encore notre remboursement.

El staff fue muy atento, amable, simpático y siempre con ganas de resolver cualquier inconveniente, y también con mucha paciencia! En la segunda visita a este hotel nos faltó el tostador lo pedimos y nos lo dieron enseguida! Más que el Staff, el viajero que viaja a otro país se debe adaptar y comportar como toca sea de la religión o cultura que sea, eso es educación! Esto va por los turistas, que a veces uno se cruza, por eso digo que el Staff tienen mucha paciencia!

En la primera habitación nos encontramos con un gorro de baño debajo de la cama y una cartera en un armario, más atención en la limpieza.

Location and staff

The apartment was falling apart. The floor was cracking up with gaps so it hurt your feet if you were not careful . The bathroom had mould , and the curtains were ready to fall off. The bed was so uncomfortable it felt like one of the previous guests was in the mattress. ( we have pictures to verify). We stayed two nights and then checked out . Losing four nights of payments, it was that disappointing.

¿Quién hace las puertas de los baños con agujeros estéticos? Un poco de intimidad, aún en pareja, es recomendable. No necesito ver a nadie limpiándose el culo 🤣

La bonne humeur du personnel, leur gentillesse et l’aide apporté toujours avec le sourire. Hôtel près de la gare et autres transporteurs etc. Les accessoires nous permettant de cuisiner.

La petitesse de la chambre, le manque de portes valises, devions en placer une sur la table, donc, reste pas beaucoup de place sur la table pour manger et une sur une chaise, donc, chaise de moins pour s'asseoir à la table pour manger.

Bon accueil par des réceptionnistes attachés à répondre aux sollicitations des clients et tenter de trouver des solutions aux dysfonctionnements rencontrés. La literie est confortable.

Hormis les équipements collectifs, cet établissement ne mérite pas sa classification. Les chambres (notamment la 223) et les communs sont viellisants et auraient besoin à l'évidence d'une rénovation : moquette défraichie dans les couloirs, sol dans les chambres bien usés, rideaux très difficiles à maneuvrer (les tringles ont fait leur temps manifestement), absence de vitre de douche (sûrement cassée mais non remplacée ; ne reste plus que les fixations...), lave vaisselle en panne et sale, voire dangereux car réel risque de court circuit qui oblige à couper le disjoncteur par sécurité. Étonnant qu'il n'y ait aucun suivi dans un hotel de ce type. J'ai signalé le tout mais je doute que cela change grand-chose...

La localisation et le logement

Accueil très convivial, gentil, souriant, toujours disponible, nous explique bien lorsque nous avions des questions. Très facile d’avoir de l'équipement si nous en avion besoin. L’emplacement de l’apparthotel est très bien situé, près de la gare, du centre-ville, du Chateau du duc de Bretagne. Wow !

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was within easy walking distance of the city centre.

The room was quite run down compared to other Aparthotels we've stayed in. Some of these issues were fixable (the staff quickly sorted out a flooding shower and dirty sheets) but others weren't - having a toilet separate from the rest of the bathroom was particularly inconvenient (and unhygienic!) since you had to walk through the apartment to wash your hands.

Sehr gute Laage am Schloss, Nettes Personal und das Zimmer hatte eine Badewanne.

Es ist teilweise schon in die Jahre gekommen und an einigen Punkten fehlte die Sauberkeit (insbesondere der Flur und die Sauna fand ich in dieser Hinsicht nicht so schön).

Super zentral zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt. Schönes Zimmer sogar mit Kochmöglichkeit. Frühstücksbuffett gut.

Aussicht auf Innenhoffassaden. Parken in Nantes ist extrem teuer (was aber nicht am Hotel liegt).

Excellent location. Front desk staff were very good, and most helpful. Room was lovely. Working out the parking and entry code was a bit tricky, but with a bit of patience and creativity we got it sorted. I suggest that anyone who plans to use the parking do a bit of research beforehand.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée. L'appartement est situé à proximité de la gare principale, ce qui facilite les déplacements. Une supérette se trouve également à deux pas. Vous pourrez facilement explorer la ville à pied. De nombreux restaurants sont situés aux alentours.

L'enregistrement a été très tardif. Nous avons attendu plus d'une heure que la femme de ménage nettoie la chambre.

Instalaciones antiguas, ducha minúscula. En el baño de nuestra habitación había una baldosa suelta. Habitación cuádruple tamaño muy justo.

Super Hotel, hatte alles, was wir brauchten: zentrale Lage, nahe beim Bahnhof und beim Chateau; angenehme Zimmertemperatur trotz 39 Grad Hitzewelle draußen dank der Klimaanlage; geräumiges Zimmer; Fahrradabstellplätze, ausgestattete Küche; Waschmaschinen und Trockner (mit Münzen zu zahlen). Das Personal war darüber hinaus äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Struttura accogliente e posizione fantastica, a 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a 10 minuti a piedi dal cuore di nantes, veramente un punto strategico da dove partire per visitare la città. Camera ampia insonorizzata, personale sempre presente h24, abbiamo lasciato anche la valigia dopo il Check-in nella loro camera videosorvegliata.

Le camere sono ampie ma secondo me andrebbe rivista la ridistribuzione degli spazi, l unico appunto che posso fare, non c era un angolino dove poter mettere le valigie in una camera tanto ampia. Per il resto tutto ok

La gentillesse du personnel avant tout ! La grandeur du studio ainsi que ses équipements. Très très bien placé ! Et la possibilité d amener un animal de compagnie.. la mise à disposition d eau fraîche et machine à café que du bonheur. Merci encore nous reviendrons !

Studio très spacieux avec WC séparé entièrement climatisé. L'emplacement très proche du centre est très pratique pour les visites de la ville ainsi que la proximité de la gare pour les déplacements. Je recommande vivement.

L'équipement de la cuisine ne permet pas de cuisiner ou même de faire chauffer de l'eau pour des pâtes. Il y a uniquement assiettes et couverts.
