The overall experience has been great , the staff here are really helpful special thanks to the staff in Ginger restaurant and to the room service staff especially somraj the best really his efforts really made a real difference and added comfort to my experience truly appreciate his attention to details and taking a such good care of me during my stay.

We stayed for a few weeks ; the apartments are good, the room cleaning teams are friendly and efficient. Special thanks to Rana, Sheron, Rolden, and John; they were very helpful and professional.

I really like this hotel and return every time I come to Abu Dhabi. My stays have ranged between 3 weeks to 6 months. The rooms are spacious and kept immaculately. This trip I highly commend Rana and Zaw of the housekeeping staff. Professional and personable, they demonstrated true hospitality. The only reason I I gave four out of five, is because the expansion and new vibe at Coopers (the attached pub) can sometimes be loud. This being said, I have spent a lot of time at Coopers (especially in warmer months) during off-peak hours. The staff there are incredible and work as a cohesive team. There have been changes in the menu of Ginger. Some changes I like, some not so much - but all the food is prepared well and they keep the 50 meters of buffet organized and clean. The morning omelette chef, “Justin” (I think) is a master. One other man has stood out during every visit, and that is George in security. George is consistently a source of positive energy. Returning to the hotel after a day’s work to be greeted with his smile and warm personality is always nice. I recommend this hotel and will continue to stay here during my trips to Abu Dhabi.

From the warm welcome from the valets and front desk staff to the house keeping crew, all staff are well trained, professional and warm. The cooks and wait staff in each of the venues are attentive, responsive and efficient. Shevon and Rana from housekeeping were noteworthy for the care they took in keeping my suite sorted without disturbing my preferred order throughout the room.

It's a Beautiful 5star hotel with a walkable distance to Sheikh Zayed Grand mosque. The staff are very friendly especially the restaurant and housekeeping staff. A special mention goes to SANGITA, she has a very lovable character, very friendly and very neat. She always made sure we had everything we needed especially when she noticed i like coffee she made sure to stock my table with coffee and creamer at all times for the one week we stayed at this hotel. Her kind of service is very exceptional and she's very committed to her job, I noticed she ensures guest satisfaction which is the one thing everyone needs when it comes customer service. We will be back soon.

Amaizing hotel in Abu Dhabi. Top level hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, amaaaaaizing food in the main restaurant. And of course swimming pool to relax after work.

Excellent service from Emam at the Acquarias bar by the pool. The food made by Chef Lakir was delicious and well presented.

Very good hotel, Good hospitality..though everyone in F&b , front desk and house keeping are great professionals but some names I remember and would like to mention who deserve appreciation and applause for their superb hospitality- in F&B Vinod, John, Rao, Bikash, Madhu,kush, tinashe-tilak at reception ,Pujan in housekeeping are amazing professionals but more than that superb human being..they and other staff are hard working and knowledgeable and surely deserve promotion and reward..overall 10/10

I have never been to a place more brilliant and accommodating. What made the stay was by the pool and Emam who ran the bar, he made our stay was so friendly helpful and the best barman ever he is a superstar cannot give the place a high enough rating, will be back.

Located off the highway. Check in was quick. Comfortable rooms and a lavish breakfast spread. Madhu at the breakfast table was a great help. Will be coming again soon.

The buffet had a really good selection with plenty of variety to choose from, and the food was delicious. Madhu was extremely helpful throughout our visit and gave us excellent service, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a place worth visiting again

I spent a month at the hotel during a business trip. The hotel staff are extremely professional and friendly. I felt right at home here. I would like to give a special thanks to Madhu from the Ginger restaurant, who made my day wonderful every morning!

Staying long term in a studio. I want to recognise my room steward, Yesh. He has been so friendly and attentive my whole trip. Yesh leaves my room clean and tidy every day and washed up when I didn’t have time to do the dishes. He has made my time here a joy to come back after a hard days work to the freshness of my sanctuary.

Some of the reception staff were excellent — especially the gentleman who speaks Chinese and the lady who helped us at check-out. However, the overall stay was disappointing. First, the bathroom drainage was terrible — the water would not go down while showering, leaving the whole bathroom wet and very inconvenient. I wasn’t planning to mention this at first, but what truly made me angry was what happened at the restaurant. We were shown to a table by staff and I even left my room key there, but when we went to get food another guest took the seat. Instead of asking him to move, the staff asked us to change to a corner table. I really don’t understand why we had to give up a table that was clearly ours. Neither the guest nor the staff offered any apology or basic courtesy. I’m so angry about this. The restaurant experience was extremely poor, and it completely ruined my impression of this hotel. Because of these issues, I will not stay here again. 前台的部分工作人员非常好，尤其是一位会说中文的先生，以及帮我们办理退房的女士，服务态度都很棒。 但是整体入住体验让我很失望。首先，浴室的排水非常差，洗澡时水根本下不去，整个浴室都被弄得很不方便。原本我还不打算提这件事，但真正让我愤怒的是在餐厅发生的情况。 我们明明是由工作人员带到座位的，我也把房卡放在桌子上了，但在我们去取餐的时候，另一位客人却占了位置。更让我无法接受的是，工作人员没有让那位客人离开，反而要求我们换到一个角落的座位。明明这个桌子最初就是我们的，却要我们来迁就别人，这让我觉得非常不公平。 整个过程中，无论是那位客人还是工作人员，都没有一句道歉或基本的礼貌。我真的非常生气。这次的餐厅体验极差，也彻底破坏了我对这家酒店的印象。因为这些原因，我不会再选择这家酒店。 بعض موظفي الاستقبال كانوا رائعين، خاصة الرجل الذي يتحدث الصينية والسيدة التي ساعدتنا عند تسجيل الخروج، فقد كانوا لطفاء جدًا ومهنيين. لكن إقامتي بشكل عام كانت مخيبة للآمال. أولًا، كان تصريف المياه في الحمام سيئًا للغاية، فعند الاستحمام لم ينزل الماء وبقي الحمام كله مغمورًا بالماء، مما سبب إزعاجًا كبيرًا. في البداية لم أكن أنوي ذكر هذا الأمر، لكن ما حدث في المطعم جعلني غاضبة جدًا. الموظفون هم من أجلسونا على الطاولة، ووضعت بطاقة الغرفة على الطاولة، ولكن عندما ذهبنا لإحضار الطعام أخذ ضيف آخر المكان. والأسوأ من ذلك أن الموظفين لم يطلبوا من الضيف المغادرة، بل طلبوا منا أن ننتقل إلى طاولة في زاوية القاعة. لم أفهم لماذا كان علينا نحن أن نتحمل ذلك بينما كانت الطاولة لنا منذ البداية. لا الضيف ولا الموظفون قدموا أي اعتذار أو حتى أبسط كلمات المجاملة. أنا غاضبة جدًا من هذا الموقف. كانت تجربة المطعم سيئة للغاية وأفسدت انطباعي عن الفندق بأكمله. وبسبب هذه التجربة لن أعود للإقامة في هذا الفندق مرة أخرى.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect, and the service was excellent. I would like to give special thanks to Tlnashe from the breakfast team. He was extremely friendly, attentive to every detail, and made sure that both I and my children, Mazen and Wateen, enjoyed our mornings. His warm hospitality truly made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Ginger offers one of the best dinner buffet in Abu Dhabi - from delicious food to a five-star customer service. They exceeded our expectations. It was our first time to try Mexican cuisine, and we were not expecting so much, but surprisingly, our experience was so good. Special thanks to Andrew who was very accommodating and friendly. He made sure we were satisfied.

I stayed at Park Arjaan by Rotana for a week, and it was my first time there. The place is more like an apartment hotel, so if you’re a family or someone who needs extra space and a kitchen, this is a really good option. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is great and easy to reach. I also want to highlight how friendly and helpful the staff were during my stay. I had lunch and dinner several times at Ginger Restaurant, and the food was genuinely tasty. The service there was excellent too. One thing I want to mention for anyone coming with their own car – I’d personally recommend parking the car yourself instead of using valet. It’s just a small observation, but I noticed the valet guys were handling a lot of cars at once, and sometimes driving a bit fast to keep up. Also, the basement parking can be a little tight, and people might open their doors carelessly, which isn’t ideal if you have a luxury or big-sized car. I preferred to park my car myself and had no issues that way. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. Every morning at breakfast we are greeted with exceptional service from John and Dilip. They both now know what our families favourite hot drinks are in the morning and nothing is ever too hard.

Excellent service. Courteous & attentive. Terrific restaurants and facilities. Buffet restaurant (selections daily & service by Sanax) was superb the entire week.

The bed is really comfortable and the sheets were really soft. The room was really clean and it was cleaned by Som Raj. The food was really tasty.

nice stay,Starting from valet parking all staffs were so professional that we met only smiling faces. Valet parking-system runs smoothly,just hand over keys ,receive the coupon,your luggage will reach room . Reception-Alia from reception was so friendly and upgraded our connection room to a bigger room with a nice view.She explained everything patiently and added a late check out till 2 pm at no extra cost. Lifts-multiple lifts which will not make you wait Room -was very nice ,spacious and settings were so user friendly.Only thing which I found which can be improved is updating TV s to smart TV,as kids demanded youtube,I tried to mirror the screen but didnt work.View of Khalifa park from room was awesome. Room dining service -was fast and professional.They accept card or cash.Staffs were friendly .chicken burger is a must try. Swimming pool-Nice ambience ,kids friendly ,life gaurds are vigilant all the time .pool opens at 7 am to 10 pm,kids enjoyed pool side french fries.Pool food counter staffs are friendly .counter closes by 8 :15 pm . Breakfast-More than food attitude of staffs were so nice,naming a few Trase(spelling may be wrong),Julius ,appreciate Check out was so smooth since we paid for the room dining each time and there were no payments to be made and Ibrahim finished it in seconds. Andrew came to collect bags from room, he packed all our bags inside the car and was fast,Appreciate.

Excellent stay. We had to change our apartment since it got quite loud during the Easter celebration at the bar and the staff at the reception immediately arranged for the shift. The reception staff is always there to help out with a smile. Madhra and Roldan made sure our room was spotless every day, they brought us water and everything else we needed for the kitchen. At breakfast our children enjoyed interacting with all the staff ( am sorry I didn’t write down everyone's names on a paper to remember, but every single person was anticipating all our needs and having small kids with us made our stay even more pleasurable and easy) who were smiley and very approachable. We felt everyone had a genuine smile. Happy people made us all feel happy!

The staff at this hotel is truly great. The housekeeping staff is incredibly kind and does an outstanding job. I can’t thank them enough for the past month here with my family. I really wold to say the the housekeeping staff on the 10 floor is extremely respectful and extremely kind. They always greet me when they see me, specifically Ms. Jeba and Mr. Pyo. Both of them always do an exceptional job cleaning my apartment.

We’ve really enjoyed our stay in Park Rotana. Hotel staff were very friendly, disciplined and trained. Specially my baby really enjoyed and made friends here. We would like to mention “Sangeeta” our housekeeping lady she is wonderful, so welcoming and professional.She used to take care of everything like cleaning, changing sheets, kitchen cleaning everything. My daughter was very fond of sangeeta. Supervisor “Jeba”and other staff also who have been on rotational shifts with us they all have been wonderful and helpful. We are satisfied with your wobderful hospitality. We were worried that how are we going to stay in a hotel for almost 2 months, but your hotel made sure that we don’t miss our home back. Thank you for everything we will really miss you all and hope we come back again some day.

The hotel is big and clean. My room service personnel name renata is very good at her job, she clean the room nicely, clean and tidy with big smile on her face. In addition the breakfast is good, all staff are friendly as well. Will come here again in the future.

The service from the staff was excellent. They wre very friendly and ensured my room was always kept to a high standard. I was a very long way from home and away from my family but my stay was made a very comfortable stay. Keep up the fantastic work.

good place for its price

We booked for one night only as we had a layover from London and stayed in room 465. Our taxi dropped us at the Park Rotana reception, but we were directed to the Park Arjaan reception, which was a 3-5 min walk. This was the only minor confusion during our stay which I think could be made a bit clearer at the time of booking, but it wasn't overly inconvenient. All staff were friendly and polite and were more than accommodating. The room was clean and well organised and many facilities were provided for an excellent price such as washing machine, microwave, cutlery and plates and sink. As someone who doesn't like to use strange bathrooms, this one was clean and I felt really comfortable using all the facilities in it. We slept well and check out was smooth. Taxis were provided from the hotel straight to the airport to catch our connecting flight. I'd definitely stay here again.

Unknowingly we got one of the suites on the second floor and I just have to say those 'apartments' are pretty neat. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of, the living room is perfect for a family gathering and the bedroom and bathrooms are clean and spacious. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The gym has pretty much every machine you can think of and the spa is probably one of the best I have been in. The complimentary sauna/steam room use is a great bonus as well. As a part of our hotel booking we requested the buffet breakfast and it was pretty good. Extremely busy an hour prior to closing but there is absolutely no way anyone would leave there without feeling stuffed and happy. As a vegan, I also found a lot of great food options from fruit to breads to jams, peanut butter, and salads. Definitely worth it. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would no doubt stay here again.

The serviced apartment was clean and tidy a bit short of plates and cutlery, so we added our own, Same with the wardrobe hangers, otherwise a good place to stay. The cleaner was particularly efficient and the staff very helpful. Location good for access to central city,.

I enjoy the comfort of the appartment. You find everything you need for some relaxing days and you are logistically well positioned but nothing spectacular in walking distance (shops, beach etc.).

I found staff to be excellent, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious but need more natural light. No convenience stores in the vicinity means that you must take a bus/taxi. Similar hotels with better locations are available...depends what you want.

سيء للغايه الموضفون غير متعاونين و تأخير لمدة تزيد عن ساعة عند اجراء الدخول ،، تم مكافأتنا ب افطار مجاني .. تم الرفض من قبلي لان الافطار لا يغني عن مساويء الفندق .. اتطررنا المكوث في الفندق لان تم الدفع مقدما واجهةالغرفه مطله فقط على واجهة غرفه اخرى على اساس اطلاله المسبح حيث لا ترى الا حاجز سفلي كبير يعدم الرؤية .. الشبابيك شفافه بالليل حيث ترى كل شي في الغرفة المقابله معنى ذلك انك اصبحت فرجة للغرفه المقابله مما اضطرنا لاغلاق الستائر كل الاوقات

Loved the Ginger restaurant. Technogym was full fleged. Also Spa was incredible with Sauna and steam room free for Park Guests.

Park Arjaan is a lovely place to stay with good facilities in the hotel. There isn't much close by to do or see but taxis are readily available and cheap. Easy connection to the main airport.

It was good. I think price was higher than listed in the room.

الحقيقة هذه أول مرة أسكن في فنادق روتانا، وبالنسبة لي ستكون آخر مرة في هذا الفندق بالرغم من حجمه الكبير، إلا أنني فوجئت بصغر حجم الغرفة بشكل كبير، غرفة النوم حوالي 3x3 تقريباً، والصالة صغيرة كذلك، لدرجة نجد صعوبة في ايجاد مكان مناسب للصلاة أنا والعائلة !!، حمام الضيوف بدون شطاف !! والله شعرت وكأنني لست بدولة الإمارات العربية، فغريبة أن يصمم حمام بدون شطاف ماء للغسل !! غسالة الملابس لم نستطع الاستفادة منها بشكل جيد، طريقتها غريبة في الاستخدام حتى العاملين في الفندق لم يعطونا التعليمات الصحيحة لطريقة استخدامها!! الفطور بعد انتهاء وقته، حتى لو أنك لم تنتهي من إفطارك، يغلقون عليك الإضاءة !! في تصرف غير أخلاقي لم تحدث معي ولا مرة في أي فنادق أخرى !! يرسلون لك رسالة مبطنة أنهي فطورك بسرعة وغادر !! الفنادق الأخرى تتوقف عن تقديم الخدمة ويبدأوا برفع الآواني .. لكن وأنت تفطر يغلقون الإضاءة عليك!! والله يا إخوان إنني حاجز مع الفطور .. لكن بعد الحادثة في الأيام التالية نجهز فطورنا في الغرفة ونفطر دون النزول للمطعم !! نوعية الطعام في مطعم الفندق عادي جداً، أي ليس لذيذاً بالرغم من سعره العالي جداً. الموظفين والمسؤولين يعملون ما بوسعهم لإرضائك فعلاً، فلقد شكوت قسم خدمات تنظيف الغرف لسوء التعامل .. ماهي إلا دقائق حتى توالت الاتصالات وزيارات المسؤولين لي للاعتذار .. وقدموا لنا هدية للاعتذار .. فشكراً لهم. تقييمي للفندق بشكل عام هو 6.5 من 10 .. من وجهة نظري الشخصية .. بسبب ضيق الغرفة والصالة .. وبسبب عدم ودية عاملين النظافة لديهم .. ولا أنصح السكن فيه ...

I will definitely book again in this hotel, loved the staff from the cleaners to directors, very friendly. The F&B director,Ameya, is very professional and he will do his best to make the customers happy. At the front desk April and Ahmed were very nice and friendly as well. Jasrille is also very helpful And made my stay unforgettale Thank you park arjaan Rotana

it was a nice choice of park arjaan specially if you want to meet a friend or relative you could meet in the garden and offer him drink .

Good hotel, all the staff was friendly, Room was clean and comfortable. we will be booking this hotel nex year.

I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was convenient to the office and airport.

깨끗하고 넓은 방에 놀랐어요. 그리고 세탁기가 있는게 가장 마음에 들었습니다 여행자들은 빨래하기가 여간 불편한게 아니니까요. 단 위치가 좀 아쉬웠어요. 셰이크 자이드 그랜드 모스크 근처지만 절대 걸어갈 수 없는 위치고 다운타운과도 멀리 떨어져 있어서 택시를 이용해야만 했어요.

We booked a 1 bedroom apartment as we had an 8 month old baby, we heard about a loud pub called coopers and not to get a room above this pub so we requested a room away from the pub so not to wake the baby.When we checked in they had 1 room for us above the pub they offered us two options we can either go into a room in the hotel but the problem was that we needed a kitchen and a bath for the baby or they could move this into that room and then change the room in a few days. They apologised and said the manager would call us with some compensation. We took the room, after a few days they did call us to move us but when you have the amount of stuff we had with the baby + food in the fridge it would have taken a day to pack and move so we stayed. The pub is very loud from Wednesday- Friday nights and there's a lot of shouting and singing people outside until 3 or 4am. This was the main issue with our stay so avoid a room near this pub if you can, it's really noisy. Other than that facilities, rooms and people are very good and friendly I can't complain about that. Just the pub, oh and the manager never called back!

Ho scelto la parte residence dell'hotel per poter usufruire di cucina e lavatrice, dovendo soggiornare per lavoro per oltre 15 gg. Ho anche cenato in alcuni dei ristoranti presenti, cibo ottimo. Bella la piscina, molto attrezzata la palestra. Personale disponibile e preparato.

I like to stay at rotana park hotel but everytime we ask for a connecting room we are told either they are under maintenance or not available

Comfortable and clean Hotel. More suited to business although the pool area is very family orientated. Oddly they let people smoke in the pool which is alittle off putting. Reasonable gym and there is an excellent cafe- natalies nearby. The downstairs coffee shop is unreasonably priced. Make sure you ask for a room away from the bar coopers which can get loud at weekends.
