今回の滞在は、主に英会話のオンライン習得を静かな環境で行う事が目的の5泊でしたが、朝食の時間がとても楽しみでした。フレンドリーな笑顔と日本語での挨拶を掛けてくださる心にピュアなホスピタリティを感じました。また、毎朝7時に、すぐ目の前の砂浜を裸足で散歩する事を日課にしてましたが、とても静かな渚をプライベート空間として利用する事が出来ました。口笛を吹いて小鳥の囀りに呼応する事、日本語の母音を海に向かい、朝陽に向かい、発声して體心を響かせる時間は、私にとって直接自然と繋がる時間ですが、十分に味わい、浸る事が出来ました。そして私一人には、贅沢な広さの部屋、バスタブに熱いお湯を張り、入浴する時間と空間は、更に體心をリラックスさせる事が出来ました。正にリゾート＆スパでした。最後にチェックアウト時間は、私にとって感動の見送りをしていただけた時間でした。オリシアの素敵な笑顔は、最幸のプレゼントでした。また、会える日を楽しみにしています。

The AC was too cold for the night and was facing the main bed.

I like breakfast, especially the Thai food served. Very attentive serving staff at the resort. Facilities are well maintained and clean. Very large hotel room, toilet and balcony. A beautiful and peaceful resort with a private beach. I am able to watch beautiful sunsets from the beach. The swimming pool is clean. It is the green tiles that make the water look green. I also like that the resort arranges for 2 way free shuttle to Chaweng and Nathon. It's a really good place to unwind and relax.

Excellent hotel, clean tiny & very luxurious for just £60 per night!

Only issue is location isn’t near shops and restaurants which we did know about and enjoyed the hotel pools and peace! We hired a scooter to go to the local market for food

Si quieres relax y disfrutar de un resort con poca gente, este es tu sitio. Además, cuentan con varias actividades gratuitas como clase de cocina o kayak. La piscina es fabulosa. El personal es super amable y dispuesto a ayudarte en todo momento.

Está demasiado aislado del resto de lugares de la isla, pero si buscas descansar es ideal.

Super gepflegt, sehr nettes Personal, vielfältige Angebote (kostenloser Kayak-Verleih und Mountainbike-Verleih). Man kann auch Squash spielen (klimatisiert). Schöne Pools, vor allem der tropisch angelegte Pool im hinteren Bereich der Unterkunft. Sehr schöne geräumige Zimmer!

Man kann nicht direkt sagen es hat mir nicht gefallen, aber die Anlage ist nicht die Neueste. Bei der Squash-Anlage könnte man mal einen neuen Boden verlegen.

The breakfast didn’t have enough tables for the guests, they were not clean and cutlery and plates aren’t replenished enough. Spa was closed both days we stayed unfortunately. The rest was lovely just breakfast isn’t that enjoyable.

Da dove incomincio: prezzo alto per i standard thailandesi, camere sporche e piene di polvere,struttura molto trascurata , lo staff inesistente e non all altezza e sempre con il telefono in mano invece di darsi da fare, posizione lontano da tutto e tutti, piscina sporchissima perché rotto impianto di pulizia e usano un barilotto esterno tipo piscine gonfiabili, spiaggia sporca e lasciata al tempo che si trova.

Mai samui est un vrai coin de paradis sur terre, l’endroit est calme et apaisant. Le personnel est discret et très disponible. Il y a un bon buffet lors du petit déjeuner tout comme le room service. Le lit est très confortable et la chambre est spacieuse, propre et tees belle. La plage avec un accès directe est cristalline.

Si vous êtes jeunes vous êtes un peu loin du coin qui bouge à Koh samui

Zeer ruim en luxueus mooi resort in een heel mooie omgeving, zeer ruime en luxueuze kamers en een laag aantal kamers per m2 resort.

Het is zeer verouderd en op een ondermaatse manier gerestaureerd. Er is veel kapot, men is wel voortdurend bezig om dingen op te lappen, maar aan het tempo dat ze dit aanpakken zal het nooit echt af geraken. Zwembad Handdoeken werden niet ververst en aan de receptie meestal geen droge handdoeken beschikbaar. Eten in het hotel restaurant duur en niet lekker.

The beachfront and jetty are beautiful, especially when the tide is in and at sunset. The pool access rooms are spacious, with luxurious baths and plenty of space. Breakfast was really good with plenty of options and an excellent egg chef, and the kitchen did a mean club sandwich! It's great if you're looking for a quiet location. And beautiful Thai hospitality, lovely staff, of course. I'm sure this resort was something special when it was in it's prime.

There were noisy roof repair works underway during my stay, which meant I couldn't get the most out of my pool access balcony and room during the day. And because there were limited pool / beach lounges, sometimes it was easier to go off site to relax, which defeats the purpose of staying at a resort a little bit. Cocktails about a 4/10. My room was also very noisy, banging and clanking from above rooms, aircon, and also from nearby equipment. The piped music sounds like a mobile phone ringtone, and gets a bit too much after a while. The location is great if you're looking for a quiet getaway (when the renovations are completed!), but isolated if you want restaurants and bars - you'll need regular taxis or Grabs. I think a little love would bring this place back to its former glory, but it's languishing a little at the moment.

A bit run down. Needs more work on maintenance especially the toilet. Water knobs were coming off and flush was not that powerful. Breakfast was also not too good.

The staff were super friendly and kind, helping us with everything and getting us a shuttle to our next stop. The location is ok, and made up for by the amazing breakfast, pools, squash and transfers. We particularly loved our thai cooking class and the chef was kind and helped us so much.

The restaurant and fine dining food could be improved and have more options but they had lovely interiors and great air conditioning.

Het zwembad was fantastisch, en vanuit hier kun je hele leuke dag trips maken.

Der var så lækkert og roligt. Vi var der i juni, børnefamilie og havde direkte pooladgang, det var virkelig lækkert! Der er 3 pools og roligt. Der er en massage og restaurant nede langs stranden, og Grab leverede alt det vi manglede. Det var perfekt langt ude og tvang os til at sætte tempoet ned. Morgenmaden var fantastisk!! Der er mange gratis faciliteter på hotellet, fitness, cykler til ture, kajak, tennis og yoga.

Stranden er ikke så god, men med et par badesandaler så går det. Der var lavvande om dagen da vi var der. Men bagatel - virkelig et lækkert sted. Vær OBS på monsoonvind fra vest, den var ikke rar den vind, men det kan hotellet ikke gøre for.

The location is great, right by the beach. Perfect if you want to be away from the noise and hustle of happening areas in Samui. The rooms are spacious and the pools are massive. The food is also great and not that expensive. The staff is kind and courteous. They have kayaking and some other activities, which sadly we weren't able to enjoy because of timings and weather.

At times I felt there was not enough staff considering the size of the property, maybe because it was an off season and not many guests. A lot of areas, you couldn't find anyone then you had to trod back to the reception to get someone, though they were very helpful it was a task. The location is a bit too remote. There are no stores/restaurants within walking distance and the surroundings aren't well lit to even think of a walk after dark. You definitely need to rent a vehicle if you wish to go outside the resort.

At first the room given was smelly . The pillows and sheets are not clean. Luckily the front desk agent who checked us in helped us to have a room move. I didnt get his name but he is so helpful and good in communicating as most of the team cannot understand us. Thanks to him we didnt check out coz we are planning to move to another hotel. Also I would like to thank the chefs in breakfast. Especially Jeshan who makes our morning start with positive energy. Thank you for cooking our eggs the way we want it and giving us that warm welcome everytime we go for breakfast.

The washroom is not properly cleaned, the toilet bowl has some black spot which means its not being brushed. The bed is squeaking which means the hotel need to have some furniture refurbishment

I had an amazing stay here with my fiancée and another couple the island as a whole is one of the best trips I’ve ever been on. Staff were excellent and very respectful any issue or assistance we needed they were there to help, obviously as it’s a secluded hotel with nature all around you for the off bit of debris in the pool but they cleaned it often and THE POOL WAS NOT DIRTY. Any Karen’s on here complaining about this hotel don’t have a clue don’t listen to them. I’ve had one of the best experiences of my life here. Only thing that’s slightly annoying is always having to get a grab but not a major issue TUKTUKS are fun for coming back to resort also BERYLS BAR which is with walking distance is amazing, there’s a good few stray dogs and cats that are on the island but all friendly and treated very well by locals. You’d be mental not to visit

Amazing rooms we booked the walk up pool room, large room comfortable bed. Very clean and rooms cleaned Daily. Good location if you want a quiet/chill vibe but only 20 minute taxi to the beach clubs markets and restaurants if you want a day or night out. There are shops nearby but not walkable would need a bike or taxi.

Very clean hotel with spacious rooms, a huge swimming pool, staff is very attentive to everything you need and excellent food! Even if you do not have all inclusive their traditional and international menu is vast and very affordable for a 5 star resort!! The only impediment is that it is a little far from other beaches or the center, but the comfort it offers compensates for everything!! They have free daily transport to the center of the island and to one of the famous beaches, so you can explore the island without paying anything. I highly recommend this resort and thank you to everyone there who made our holiday exceptional!! Thank you and I hope to see you again!!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I had such a beautiful stay at Mai Samui Beach Resort & Spa 🤍 From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, luxurious, and so peaceful — it’s the perfect escape if you want to truly relax and unwind away from the busy parts of Koh Samui. The resort is set right on a quiet beachfront, which made mornings especially magical. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pools were a highlight — plenty of space to lounge, and never felt overcrowded. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. The service genuinely made the experience feel extra special. Food at the resort was also great, with a good variety of options for breakfast and throughout the day. Overall, if you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing, and slightly more secluded stay in Koh Samui, I would definitely recommend Mai Samui. It’s the kind of place where you can properly switch off and enjoy the moment. Would 100% come back 🥹✨

Very nice secluded area. Ideal for a break. Very friendly staff who go above and beyond to accommodate. The man that makes the omelettes in the morning was very good.

The gym was disappointing, lack of equipment and very small. Hard tinted around unless you had a moped.

Room was spacious.

The location was so far out so it took ages to get everywhere. The hotel pool was dirty so we couldn’t swim in it. The food in the hotel restaurant was really bad. The hotels beach was also dirty and you couldn’t swim in the sea.

Tout !!!!!! enfin un hôtel digne de ce nom la fin de ces 2 mois en Thaïlande se termine sur une note positive contrairement aux tracas d autres établissements .notre chambre très spacieuse avec un grand balcon et une vue sur les piscines la plage et les palmiers d autres chambres et bungalows ont des piscine privee Nous étions dans la partie côté mer l autre partie est mignonne mais bruyante d après nos discussions avec d autres clients là cuisine est correcte un grand merci au chef qui c est efforcé de ́nous gâter tout au long du séjour toute l équipe de serveurs ainsi que le personnel de chambre étaient adorables si je pouvais mais ma valise est trop petite je les aurais avec leur consétement transporter en France où certaines de ́nos régions auraient bien besoin de personnes telles qu elles

The room was nice and the breakfast was good.

There were a lot of ants in the room, and the doors would not close properly so there were constantly bugs getting into the room. Some of the staff were nice, but they felt very passive and unbothered by us at some times - especially at reception.

Resort does need some maintenance

The staff were incredibly attentive and fast to deal with any issue (not big issue, just WiFi problem). The hotel was very luxe, and we were very surprised to be upgraded to a room with pool access. The pool was amazing and they have a beach with sunset views. The room was so gorgeous with a walk in tub ! We loved our stay there so much. You can also rent a moped from reception which is handy- the hotel is on a quiet side of the island which is beneficial however you will need a moped to get around as it's so big.

We didn't really enjoy the fancier restaurant as it was very expensive, with tiny portions. The pub is much tastier in our opinion and better portions.

Our room was great

Hotel is run down ,most facility's are not open, furnishings are old and tired. Inexperienced staff ,pool are in need of refurbishment, overall very disappointing
