We went for our anniversary celebration and they made it special. The staff was amazing and so was the breakfast.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Wifi was good. Room was clean and comfortable.

There was no hot water in the room. We reported the problem. It seems the problem was unsuccessfully attended to - what followed was semi warm water. Next morning hot water was gone again. No real communication or follow up from staff or maintenance team on the problem. Parking is somewhat limited.

Beds were very comfortable. A great and varied breakfast buffet. The meals ordered off the room menu were excellent. What really stood out was the friendliness of the general staff and how accommodating the front desk staff were when I experienced major car problems and had to extend my stay.

Not much to fault. Some marmalade to go with toast at breakfast would have been nice!

The location was great and it was more than expected. Definitely book with them again. The downfall was the noise from guests which I understand is out of your control . That is the reason for the answer to the question was it quiet.

The guest house is clean and neat. Bed was comfy.

The power that goes off every morning at 3am and doesn't come on until 6:45. With a spouse that needs to use a CPAP machine to sleep the power outage was not great. We could not make coffee before departing very early and on the two mornings we departed early we didn't even try to shower not knowing if the water would be hot. Towels need replacing - they are hard and thin.

Close proximity to main road

The property needs some serious refurbishment. The room I used was not the cleanest. The carpet was dusty. Couches also not clean.Bathroom door knob is falling off. Wooden floors are squeaky. I’m not sure if that’s the look the place is going for but some redefining and refurbishing is needed.

This was an excellent place to stay, and we were very amazed with their excellent service to the point whereby our son didn't want to return home. The rooms were spacious and neats. This is the place i would like to be every time I'm Pretoria.

We had a wonderful stay. The guesthouse was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We had a great experience. We would definitely recommend it.

The shower was a bit weak. There was a bit of noise very early in the morning (people talking loudly - not sure if staff or other guests).

The toilet was leaking internally. The pressure pump came on at least once every ten minutes. We could not sleep at all.

Es un alojamiento en un barrio tranquilo de Pretoria. Es un complejo cerrado con hermoso jardín y fuentes. Buena comida y personal amable. A 15 minutos andando hay un excelente centro comercial y una reserva de aves.

Mejor ir con coche (aunque es así en toda Pretoria).

It's a beautiful place

We had an apartment with a kitchen and could have all our meals there. The place was clean and welcoming and the staff friendly, all in all we had a lovely stay.

We were on the second floor and not easy to get your bags down, the staff helped us on our way up so it wasn't too bad. There's a shopping centre near by easy to get to during the day but we wanted to buy something to take home on the first evening and not much around.

The Impression that i got was that a lot of things were scaled down since my last visit, like coffee with rusks, like drinking water in a sealed bottle. I understand that you supply filtered water in a bottle, but it is not sealed and the bottle looks very suspicious. If i may suggest something, the showerhead in Karoo 3 can be changed with a small head that would prevent the whole bathroom floor to be flooded with water after a shower
