Overall, the staff is amazing and I must call out that Marie (guest services) was very helpful throughout the whole stay. She was very supportive and knows English as well which is quite a relief for me.

The carpet on the corridor is old and smelly

Personal helps you with your suitcases when you arrive. The lobby is large and the hotel restaurant and bar are good.

I expected more luxury based on the pictures and price, but got a little disappointed. The hotel is very old and out dated, the rooms feel old because of the carpet and outdated TV, telephone and bathroom. It could use a good renovation. You have to wait very long for the elevator because of the many guest. The personal speaks little english, so communicating can be hard. The location of the hotel is not good. Very far from the city centre and 20 minute walk from the nearest subway, then a 30 minute drive/ride to the city. No nearby restaurants of cafe's. The breakfast menu is very dry and not high quality.

Problem från dag 1, fick sova på annat hotell första kvällen då dem hade överbokat. Riktigt roligt efter ett 32 timmars flyg och komma fram mitt i natten. AC:n funkade inte heller som den skulle. Piss kallt eller fett varmt, inget mellanläge. Bastun var trasig också som inte stod någonstans heller.

Me encontré una chinche en la cama!!!! Lo dijimos en recepción y Tampico se sofocaron mucho. Nos cambiaron a otra habitación y nos dieron unos pastelitos de cortesía...no más En un hotel de 5 estrellas, no se debería consentir. Desayuno escaso, al menos para los occidentales. La nevera totalmente vacía. Los accesorios del baño también escasos, teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel de esa calidad. Decepción total. No volveré

Бассейн хороший , есть парная комната .В целом отель красивый , но старый. Персонал помогали чем могли , но английский у них не как в других странах , уровня таких же отелей , но это Китай , понимание есть , и на то спасибо.

Как только разместились , в номере не работал нормально туалет , до ресепшн невозможно дозвониться, для всех просьб спускались на ресепшн , потому что дозвониться таки никак не получилось. Локация в целом не самый лучший вариант , но если пройтись минут 20, есть трц где можно купить что то , и поесть

My room smelt of smoke and as a non smoker that was very unpleasant.

Fantastic hotel, nice breakfast. Our family enjoyed it a lot. Staff very very helpful and go out of their way. I lost my wallet at this hotel but they (Coco, Tiana) found it promptly and Tammy, the front desk manager mailed it safely to Hong Kong and I got it in less than 48 hours, such an amazing act of kindness. We booked 3 rooms and will reconsider it at our next visit for sure.

Staff tried to charge us twice for our stay. They over charged on laundry and it was 2 days late. Very expensive and we got charged for everything, so many surprises expenses and not cheap at all!

The hotel was conveniently located. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant was great and the food ordered from the menu was excellent. The main restaurant was really superb and the variety of food offerings at breakfast was comprehensive and exceptional.

El inglés del personal no es tan bueno, hay que invertir un buen rato para darse a entender normalmente. La primera pieza que me dieron olía a humo.

I want to praise hotel stuff particular Fancy Zhao, Irene, Kiki Raymond. They are to kind and always at service. Fancy Zhao spend 3 hours with me to set up Alipay, also other help us with Didi payment since we don't set up Alipay work properly.

I arrived at the hotel a day early, without notice. It was peak season, so there were no vacancies, but Gale at the front desk calmly found a solution. He unexpectedly assigned me a nicer room. He also gave me his WeChat ID, which made it very easy to accommodate my request. I hadn't noticed it since I checked in in the evening, but when I opened the curtains in the morning, I was greeted by a forested paradise outside the window. Breakfast was a varied and delicious meal, and dinner offered even more options at a reasonable price. The other guests seemed equally satisfied. The Canton Fair shuttle bus made commuting to and from work very convenient, and the hotel staff were always busy and friendly, both morning and evening. I was disappointed that I didn't see Gale at the front desk again when I checked out. I hope everyone finds the talented and capable Gale! This is a hotel I'd love to visit again.

The gym and pool are great, but the locker rooms are poorly maintained. The staff are always out and about, not working.

The only good thing about the property was the cleaning staff. They were very sweet and did their job perfectly

The staff at desk didn’t understand english. It’s a 4 star hotel and yet there was no difficulty in communicating with . While booking it was mention with breakfast for 3 people and extra bedding. After reaching there the hotel charged extra for extra bedding to which i had to cancel my breakfast. The checkout bill was almost double of i was expecting i had to pay. I have decided not to make any booking for this particular hotel.

Some of the staff were pleasant.

They kept charging My card and cancelling my deposit to recharge my card for the full amount again when they could just have added any extra charge to what I had already deposited. The debit and cancellation meant my card exceeded the limit because the monies don’t go back to my card until the end of the month. Other hotels I stayed in China just took the extra charges only when I am checking out. They never canceled the original charge to make a fresh charge. This was frustrating and caused me problems because I have to find alternative mode of payment for my next hotel.

Was great stay and look forward to staying again. The prices were steep during Canton Fair.
