Это не первый мой приезд в Гуанчжоу, но именно в этом районе и этом отеле я остановилась впервые. И, как говорится, первое впечатление играет огромную роль. Настоящее ощущение пятизвездочного сервиса для меня создала всего одна сотрудница — Эми 😍 Я искренне восхищена ее профессионализмом, вниманием к гостям и искренней заботой. Она очень дружелюбная, милая, отзывчивая и всегда готова помочь. Именно благодаря Эми этот отель в моих глазах действительно заслуживает уровня 5⭐. Огромное спасибо за теплый прием! The hot water in my room wasn't really hot, it was luke warm and you have to leave it for a while running so it can warm up.

Очень комфортный отель с достаточно хорошим расположением. Персонал очень вежливый и помогли разобраться с очень многими проблемами. Однозначно рекомендую и точно остановлюсь в следующий раз снова здесь

Le personnel est réactif, mais pas toute l'équipe, Ceux qui étaient en renfort pour le canton fair, sont plutôt très bien formés , pour l'équipe habituelle, ils manquent de beaucoup de choses.

Je n'ai pas apprécié la caution demandée. 200 RMB ( monnaie locale ) en caution que j'ai repris lors du Check Out. J'ai jamais payé de caution dans un hôtel !!!!

Отель как и многие в Китае. претензий к номеру нет, за исключением вида из окна, он был на стену которая в 30 см:):):) зато тишина:) Но есть номера с видом на улицу, но есть и тут минус, проезжая часть оживленная и слышно машины. Завтраки нормальные, тем кто не может кушать китайскую еду, найдут и для себя кусочек европейской еды:) Но ресторан маленький, в момент проведения выставки, с столами проблема. В округе полно магазинов и ресторанов, рядом торгушники, до центра на такси 20 мин.

Ужасный отель , не стоит своих денег, любых денег не стоит. прокуренный , завтрак плохой , персонал такое себе , номера старые поюзанные из плюсов нас пересилили при второй просьбе , два дня были без света в номере из минусов пришлось заплатить в 2 раза больше

The window doesn't lock. Noise and mosquitos all day. Also noise from the laundry room. Staff was very rude took from 4 am to 5 am to check in and find the booking. Bored a business king room but tried to give me a queen room anf when i ask they say ok but no windows. Tried to scam me when i asked for a room upgrade and when i questioned the price all rooms were magically booked. Stay away.

в комнатах чисто, пастель белоснежная, удобные мягкие кровати, вся мебель и сантехника в хорошем состоянии, завтраки нормальные, надо идти раньше так как ближе к 10 почти ничего нет, завтраки однообразные, но не критично.

не понравилось то что в номере мало освещения, темно даже когда включаешь всё дополнительное освещение, расположение отеля так же не очень рядом мало хороших магазинов и кафе, персонал не отзывчивый, что то спрашиваешь отвечают на отвали.

Attention to details and friendliness, staff were very helpful especially Amy, she was awsome and offered a free upgrade as the room i wanted was not available. She went the extra mile to satisfy my request to have a room with plenty of sunshine, Xie Xie Ni amy. I will be back to your hotel soon.

Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et excellent. Le personnel était très accueillant et à l'écoute. Annie n'hésitait jamais à se rendre disponible, une collaboratrice très dynamique et serviable (je ne veux pas faire de jaloux :D les autres collaborateurs l'étaient aussi). Merci à chacun des membres du personnel, le service d'entretien, l'équipe de cuisine et la belle équipe de cuisine d'avoir rendu mon séjour agréable au sein de leur établissement. Belle situation géographique, pas mal de commerce aux alentours et présence des transports en commun.

Parfois les taxis ne retrouvent pas facilement l'emplacement de l'hôtel.

Loved the staff, very helpful and friendly. It's my 2nd time staying here and the rooms suited us perfectly. Breakfast was a bonus and great selection. The cleaners were great.

Some floors are clearly labeled NO SMOKING, but people are still smoking on these floors. As a smoker myself, I respect non-smokers, and having non-smoking floors is key to those who want non-smoking rooms. It's such a shame as this place is a beautiful place, but when you walk down corridors past rooms with people who you can see smoking, it spoils the stay. Have more respect or go outside. The hotel really needs to reinforce this policy. The white curtain in my twin room was ripped, not an issue, but it does affect the ratings of your hotel. The telephone was unplugged. These also need to be checked to ensure the room is restored.
