New Seoul Hotel Myeongdong

The location was great really close to city hall station.

The bed was pretty firm but flat enough I could feel the springs. It could also do with a deep clean as dust and dirt had collected in the corners.

明洞の栄えているところまで歩いて行ける スタッフが優しい！ 日本語対応もしてくれて親切！ 荷物も預かってくれてありがたかったです！

地下鉄ソウル市庁駅に近く、景福宮に徒歩で見学出来る 距離にある事。

洗濯機が最上階の16階にあったが、クレジットカードが 必要との事で、1,000ウォン札など現金で使える仕様を 希望していた私は利用しなかった。 また日系のHotel東横inのような、宿泊客にはビュッフェ形式での 朝食を無料提供するシステムで無かったのは残念。

O hotel possui quarto confortável e bem estruturado. Fica próximo ao City Hall e de fácil caminhada até as ruas principais de Myeongdong. O atendimento da recepção foi muito bom.

O café da manhã parece terceirizado e não possui muitas comidas ocidentais.

リニアルされて以前よりも内装、設備共に綺麗になっていた。

前にも書いたが、正面入り口にスロープが無いので係員が居ないと重い荷物を運ぶのが大変です。別の場所には スロープが有るが分かりにくい。浴槽のカーテンが短く湯が漏れる。宿泊した部屋だけなのか、トイレが壁に近く 左足を入れられなく、大便の時に体を斜めにして使用した。

Otel çok merkeziydi, temizlik iyiyydi. Lobisindeki cafede kahvaltı yapabilirsiniz. İçinde para bozdurmak için makina vardı çok kolaylık oldu. Hemen yanında marketler, yemek yerleri fazlaydı

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido lo impoluta que dejaban mi habitación cada día. Reposición de agua, papel higiénico, café, etc. Los 2 señores mayores que abren la puerta del hall cada vez que entras o sales, educación y amabilidad al 100%. No he tenido mucho trato con recepción, aunque lo poco que he tratado ha sido positivo. Los ascensores son muy rápidos. La insonorización de la habitación es muy buena. Cama y almohadas muy buenas, para mi gusto. Aire acondicionado perfecto para la ola de calor. Alargadera con varios enchufes, se agradece muchísimo. Toallas grandes, con cambio diario. Gel, champú, acondicionador. Tazas, tetera y nevera, también es de agradecer. Lavadora y secadora en el hotel, viene genial cuando tienes limitado el peso en la maleta.

No me gustó que el agua de la ducha sale por toda la habitación, el hotel ya lo sabe, pues hay trozos de la moqueta cambiados a parches por la humedad. A las cortinas les vendría bien una limpieza profunda. El agua de la ducha sale con poca presión.

打掃的房務人員都很親切也很客氣。 櫃檯接待和門口的接待也都很親切，一樓也有行李秤重的地方，還有Wowpass的機器，可以退稅等。

每天只給兩瓶水，飯店沒有飲水機，所以要多喝水的話，都要另外購買，感覺比較不方便一些。除了這個，其他都不錯！

The staff was nice, and the placement of the hotel is good. The room has lots of space for your bag's and a big Smart TV, with easy login for Netflix.

Air conditioner turns off automatically (after a set time), and makes a loud sound whenever it goes on/off, so it can wake you at the middle of the night. The walls lacked good soundproofing. The pillows were a little soft (subjectively)

1Fのカフェのコーヒーとパンが美味しくて、幸せでした。家族４人で行ったのでダブルベッドに２人ずつ寝るんだなーと思っていましたが、お部屋に着いたらお布団も用意されていてとても嬉しかったです。特に布団用のシーツ・枕がひんやりして気持ちよく、掛け布団も買って帰りたいくらいでした。

お部屋は広くて申し分なかったのですが、窓がなかったこと。（正確には小さな窓がありましたが、曇りガラスで開けたら非常階段しか見えませんでした）

Tout est très propre et confortable. Le personnel est aimable et très serviable (sauf à l'acceuil du petit déjeuner). Quartier très central et pratique.

子ども4人と大人2人で宿泊しましたが、お部屋も広く テーブルで広々と屋台で購入した食べ物等を食べる事ができました。レンジ、食器類が揃っていて良かったです。

The hotel was in a good location a quick walk to the train station and the palaces. The staff were very helpful and responsive to any requests. They helped us get a taxi to the train station when we were leaving. Overall a solid stay!

The room felt a bit cramped since there were four of us but that is understandable.

The staff, so rude and not pleasant. Apart from one lady at the time of check out.

I had a room without window as of cost constraints but as I was only sleeping there, it was fine. The room was clean and no issues to report. The coffee at ground floor has a good selection. There are many restaurants around and 1min away from one convenient shop. Reception staff is nice and speaks english.

The hotel look and feel from outside is not that great as well the entrance.

Incredible hotel for the price you literally can't go wrong! Very great location in Seoul, can walk to many things, plus you have easy access to nearby public transit. The hotel staff was super nice and friendly. Very nice modern rooms, with a comfy bed. I highly recommend this place, id definitely stay her again on my next visit! Also there is a nice cafe in the lobby that hotel guests get a discount at, they had great salt bread 😊

Останавливаюсь здесь в течении несколько лет, исторический район за адекватный ценник, отзывчивый персонал, можно оставить багаж на пару-тройку дней, есть завтраки, внизу кафе и маленький магазинчик на улице. Очень удобно добираться до аэропорта (остановка лимузина рядом) и все рядом-достопримечательности, храмы, остановка экскурсионных автобусов, метро несколько веток.

O quarto tinha um tamanho excelente. O grande destaque fica por conta da localização. Perto de várias das principais atrações da cidade, cercado de conveniências, ótimo para transporte e bem ao lado do fantástico Cheonggyecheon onde parece que você está dentro de um filme. Certamente voltaríamos a nos hospedar no hotel.

Nada a apontar. Tudo estava em ótimas condições e tivemos grande experiência.

The bed is too small, when I book this room, it stated King size bed but I found out it is smaller than queen size bed.

リノベされているのか、窓なしのお部屋でしたが、とても綺麗でした。 ソウル駅から1駅で、明洞にも東大門、南大門へ行きやすい。 韓国初心者の方にも便利な立地にあると思います。

お得な分、アメニティは購入となります。 スリッパが部屋にあるものは汚れていたので、簡易的なものを持ってくるか、購入する方がいいと思います。

The hotel is located centrally in Seoul with the added bones that you can reach it easily on the airport bus.

スタッフさんが皆さん親切で日本語で対応してくれました。4人部屋を予約しましたが、全員のキャリーケースを広げても大丈夫なくらい広い部屋で良かったです。

The room was dated, stanes on the carpet, sealing in the bathroom glued with the scoch and so on... I asked for the quite room and the hotel approved my request - but they gave me room next to the staf loundry room and it was inposible to get rest there. I had to ask for the deasant room. Yes, the room was upgrated but who wants to have theese kind of discussions with the reseption after traveling from the other side of the world :/ Very disapointed

Overall, this hotel was great for what we paid. Very convenient location in Myeongdong. We were able to get everywhere we needed via walking or taking the metro. The staff was very friendly, and able to converse with us in multiple languages -- my group was international. I would recommend and would also stay again. :)

The room was big with a sofa and nice bed. We had plenty of room.

There was no ramp at the front of the hotel so we had to lift our heavy luggage up the stairs.
