Dinner and breakfast variety both were bad. I waited 10 mins just for fresh plates to come. Staff didn’t seem to be bothered. Tea was reheated and given. Fresh cut fruits were out of stock. Everything was priced very high but quality and taste was pathetic.

The reception staff was very helpful and co-operative. Thank you so much for your help and support during our stay. We will definitely visit again.
We missed the Bathtub room and swimming pool was not there.

Food was amazing too. All the chef's made a real deal out of the simplest of dishes. Special mention of chef Jyoti who made us omlette that rekindled love for omlette. Overall an amazing experience. I highly recommend.

Receptionist gave an irresponsible reply when asked about what booking.com shows and what gets printed on confirmation. I don t think they will take any action and booking.com will continue to show free breakfast while booking but on confirmation it will not be there.

We checked in late at night and the whole lobby was a mess because of some renovations. Breakfast was below expectations - cold, not tasty. Staff looked sad to be there. I felt sad after spending one night and checked out for the rest of my stay elsewhere. Have stayed at Four Points in Turkey and other countries and this was disappointing.

Suman, Chotu Ram, Mika, and Imi supported us a lot throughout. We had requested a few extra services, and they happily helped us with a smile without even charging extra for them. Their hospitality was truly appreciated. Highly recommend this place! :)
