Reviewed Feb 23, 2026The standout was the staff and their responsiveness which was outstanding. Special mention may be made of Puja & Rezia from the restaurant who were sweet and attentive always.
Mention has to be made about the room keys which were mostly non functional and a source of constant discomfort when trying to enter one's room. This issue was pointed out to the reception attendants and the Management need to take this up on a priority basis.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025Be cautios before booking this one dont go by the name ITC. One of the worthless ITC properties stayed ever. Been ITC member till 2023 but never seen such a bad quality of hotel along with negligent staff. I had placed a special request for one single bed but yet provided me 2 twin bed depsite of agreeing while booking, then after requesting the double bed they denied and informed that hotel was full. While i finished my work and just stepped in my wshroom and realsed that my slipper were wet along with my botton till ankels the washroom was wridly leaking. after giving multiple calls and request they shifted my room to next door to my surprose it was a double bed which earlier was not available. At the checkout i requested the staff very soefically about the invoice email, which she never emailed and still i am waiting for same despite writing an email. Probably it would be tough to choose this one again due to poor staff cleanliness and amenties.

If you have been to other fortune properties like vapi....this will totally disappoint you....old run down, unkempt, the food late, below par, there was no plug point for the kettle, fridge didn't work, the restaurant staff disappointing.

The property is now old and needs and complete overhaul. Their sports all over the sofas and carpets. The washroom door and flooring is work out. Their are better properties available at this price range. Please dont go as per the photos

Reviewed May 19, 2025PROPERTY is under renovation, it is utterly disgusting. The way the staff behaves. I would never ever recommend anyone to stay in the hotel. Please stay away from it. The ITC is only the name for which we went over there, but there is nothing like ITC in the hotel, it is a hoax. It is a scam. Please stay away from it.
The behaviour of the duty manager was pathetic. We could not have breakfast for some reason. In spite of that we asked. Can you please pack something for us on which he rudely said if you want to eat eat, otherwise you will not be given anything. We went empty stomach from the hotel because of the rude behaviour of the duty manager on board.

Very run down place. As soon as you enter you realise the place is in dire state for Renovation. Requested for towels which were in poor conditions and were torn from the corners. Fit to be in the museum towels !! Besides the location advantage there are better options. Absolutely nil security checks besides at the main gate where your car gets checked. Anyone can enter and go to any floor. No key system for the lifts and an outsider can access any floor without anyone stopping him.
