Ich habe einen Zwischenstop im Intercity Airporthotel gemacht bevor es am Folgetag mit dem Flieger in den Urlaub ging - Preis-Leistung war völlig in Ordnung, das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen ich hatte ohne gebucht.

Einen Punkt ziehe ich ab da ich bei einem "Airporthotel" einen Shuttleservice zum Flughafen erwartet hätte auch wenn die S-Bahn in der Nähe ist (ca. 700 m) will ja vielleicht nicht jeder bis dort hin laufen schon gar nicht wenn man viel Gepäck dabei hat.

Nettes Personal, schönes Zimmer und Frühstück war auch gut.

Die Parkgebühr fand ich sehr hoch,

Ontbijt is veels te duur en t restaurant en de tap was niet open savonds. Jammer, je moet in de stad dineren.

Note that you can't walk to the airport from here (or rather, you need more than 1h). You need to use the S-Bahn, which will take 20 minutes overall and cost 5 EUR.

Normalny, komfortowy hotel, na jedną noc przed lotem spokojnie wystarczy. Czysto. Duża zaletą jest to, że jest cicho, chociaż nie wiem czy to zasługa wygłuszenia, czy po prostu braku nocnych lotów na lotnisku BER.

Lokalizacja jest dość odległa od samego lotniska i nie obejdzie się bez taksówki, co kosztuje kolejne 20 euro. Łatwo pomylić z drugim hotelem Intercity, który znajduje się przy samym terminalu.

Klar, hier ist eine kürzere Version für Booking.com: Ich hatte mir die Lage näher am Flughafen vorgestellt. Zu den Terminals muss man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fahren oder ein Taxi nehmen, zu Fuß ist es nicht realistisch erreichbar. Das war für mich bei der Buchung nicht ausreichend ersichtlich. Das Zimmer hat mich ebenfalls nicht besonders überzeugt: kleine Fenster, keine schöne Aussicht und eine Duschkabine, die sich nicht richtig schließen ließ.

I would like to share some feedback regarding the breakfast experience. Unfortunately, the breakfast was quite disappointing and did not meet our expectations. The overall quality and variety of the food were not in line with what we expected, especially considering the amount we paid. We understand that preferences can vary, but we felt that the breakfast offering could have been much better in terms of taste, freshness, presentation, and choice. Given the price we paid, we expected a higher standard and a more satisfying experience. I hope you will take this feedback constructively and consider improving the quality and variety of the breakfast options in the future. We appreciate the effort of the staff, but overall, we did not feel that the breakfast provided good value for the money.

Very close to the airport. Not a walking distance. You can walk to the SBahn station and take a train (only 1 stop) or a 10-15 eu taxi.

The restaurant is closed, not sure if it's temporary or not. They sell drinks and snacks in the lobby. Very overpriced. And they only sell small bottles of water. Sometimes a big one would be handy. 10 minutes walking to a gas station and the problem is solved.

Die Lage ist natürlich gut wenn man irgendwo hin fliegen will. Aber sonst irgendwo im nirgendwo. Die Betten sind toll. Der billige Instant Pulver Kaffee auf den Zimmern schmeckt wie zu Ostzeiten.

Das Personal ist reserviert ist aber nett. Die Fahrstühle sind alt und fahren sehr langsam. Naja Kleinigkeiten. Ich würde wieder kommen. Das Wlan einfach Mittelalter. Die TVs haben erst garkein Internet oder Smart Funktionen.

Clean room, near to public transport that can get you to the airport, friendly staff.

Wir sind schon zum wiederholten Mal im Hotel gewesen. Perfekt für einen frühen Flug, nicht weit von der S-BAHN entfernt. Ruhiges Zimmer bekommen, vielen Dank dafür. Sehr sauber, mit Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher.

Kopfkissen sind leider sehr dünn. Ein zusätzliches Kissen wäre schön.

Booked this hotel for 1 night as I landed late at night and it served it's purpose very well. I was greeted nicely by the staff and my room, whilst seemingly basic, was very clean, had plenty of room and a comfy bed. There was a shop within the hotel where you could buy food and drink, which allowed for a late night wind down with a beer. Given it's location there was no noise, so I got a reasonable nights sleep. Getting into Berlin the next day was no problem either as the train station was roughly a 10 minute walk.

A point worth noting, though out of the hotels control is that you do have to get a taxi there which can be on the steep side (or at least mine was!).

Ich fand die zwei Damen an der Rezeption unglaublich nett und sehr professionell. Trotz System ausfall haben sie weiter nach einer lösung gesucht und sind sehr engagiert geblieben.

Hier gibt es von mir erst einmal nicht so viel zu erwähnen. Checkin hat geklappt. Anreise war auch relativ einfach. Sonst fällt mir nichts ein.

Besonders bedauerlich war ja, dass die Hotelbar nicht besetzt war bzw. scheinbar gar nicht mehr besetzt sein wird, obwohl diese noch da ist.

Z Hotelu w tej lokalizacji korzystałem już w poprzednim okresie czasu.Hotel cały czas utrzymuje akceptowalny przeze mnie standard czyli czystość,wyposażenie,cisza-spokój, dogodny dojazd,obsługa.Wprawdzie zauważyłem,że z głównego holu zniknęły automaty z napojami i przekąskami jednak to nie zmienia mojej oceny o tym Hotelu i szczerze gorąco polecam tym wszystkim,którzy po lub przed podróżą samolotem, takiego miejsca potrzebują.Cena jest adekwatna do świadczonych usług.

Przywrócić automaty z napojami lub przekąskami na holu przy recepcji.W okolicy nie ma żadnego sklepu,więc jeżeli się wcześniej " nie zaopatrzysz" w napoje lub drobną przekąskę w Hotelu zakupu nie zrobisz.

Das Zimmer war absolut ruhig, das Essen im Restaurant (überschaubare Portion) sehr lecker bei nettem Service. Zimmer plus Bad waren vollkommen sauber und wir haben hervorragend geschlafen.

Nur 10 Minuten mit der S-Bahn zum Flughafen. Das Zimmer war funktional. Würde raten, ein Updatezimmer zu nehmen, dann ist die Lüftung weniger laut.

Leider war die Lüftung sehr laut & dadurch das Schlaferlebnis nicht ganz so gut.

It was written in the booking add (and still is) that baby bed is available if requested. I requested one, confirmed via chat 2 times before my arrival that they will put a baby bed in the room. 30 minutes before my arrival i received message that they don't have baby beds...

Vybavení, čistota, pohodlí. Ráno jsem si chtěla "dokoupit" snídani, o kterou jsem původně při check-in neměla zájem. Recepční byl skvělí. Řekl že to není žádný problém, zaplatila jsem mu hotově a doprovodil mě do prostoru se snídaněmi, zapsal si mě do nějakého dokumentu s číslem pokoje a popřál mi dobrou chuť. ( Byl velmi milý, usměvavý a působil velmi profesionálně i když byl zřejmě ze mě trochu nervózní (jsem TG MtF)) Děkuji moc pane recepční i za Vás respekt ke mě!!!

Po doprovodu od pana recepčního do prostoru se snídaněmi jsem si vzala talíř a začala vybírat co si dám. V tom mě oslovil jiný pán, mám pocit, že se ani nepředstavil s otázkou z jakého pokoje jsem? 2 minuty zpátky si mě zapisoval skvělý pan recepční... Podívala je se na něj a vidím jak se škrábe u nosu a kouká na mě jako kdyby si myslel, že k hotelovým hostům nepatřím. Rozhodně musím říct, že na mě nepůsobil profesionálně. To nemluvím o tom, jak si mě prohlédl od hlavy až k patě. Víte, potkávám se s těmito pohledy každý den a věřte, že my TG to nemáme vůbec jednoduché... Musím říct, že neudělal asi nic špatně, nic méně na mě nepůsobil příjemně. Pánovi se omlouvám za upřímnost s přáním: "zkuste se zamyslet nad neverbální komunikací, Vaše ťukání nehtem na na podložku pod strojem na juice když ukazujete druhému hostu, kde máte juice, také nepůsobí vůbec příjemně.... (Působí to velmi direktivně!!!)"

Abends kein Restaurant oder Bar. Allerdings aber Getränke über Automaten erhältlich.

Alle perfekt. Selbst mit dem teuren Parkplatzpreis 21,- €. immer noch für die Lage und den Komfort sehr günstig. Bei den heutigen 36 Grad Hitze, war die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage besonders wertvoll.

Geräumiges Zimmer, alles picobello, gut ausgestattet, auch was Kleinigkeiten betrifft. Total schallgedämpft und gut klimatisiert. Problemloses Parken, wenn auch teuer. In ein paar Minuten am S-Bahnhof, wo man im 20-Minuten-Takt quer durch Berlin fahren kann. Freundliches und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption auch spätabends.

Preise für Knabbersachen und Getränke überteuert, teilweise teurer als an einer Autobahntankstelle

Für den Hoteleigenen Parkplatz muss man 21€ pro Tag zahlen. Für Hotelgäste finde ich das überzogen.

There are some sources online that claim it is walking distance to the airport. It is most certainly not. It is a 10 minute taxi drive or a couple of stops on the train.

Das Zimmer war sauber und für eine Person geräumig. Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen war das Hotel ruhig. Der S-Bahnhof Schönefeld mit direkter Anbindung an den Hauptbahnhof (S9) ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.

They advertise bar and restaurant, false! There is no bar. Restaurant is only open for a prepaid breakfast, from 6am to 10am then it’s closed for the day. No where to eat in walking distance. Also, vending machine with water and snacks had the credit card option broken

Die Lage des Hotels, das Personal und die Sauberkeit waren gut. Die Betten sind bequem. Für eine Übernachtung vor einem Flug vom Berliner Flughafen ist das Hotel gut geeignet.

Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein. Das Frühstück war für den Preis äußerst dürftig.

Es war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich

Wände sind anscheind sehr dünn. Lautes getrampel und Türen knallen waren etwas anstrengend. Die Dusche im Bad ist ziemlich rutschig und die Fugen waren mit Schimmel seitlich übersehen.

Besonderen Dank an Marc Hendel (Rezeption), der sich viel Zeit nahm, und uns älteren Gästen all unseren Fragen eine verständliche Antwort gab ! dank seiner Infos konnten wir nach ca. 10 Minuten Laufzeit die Bushaltestelle erreichen, und dann problemlos ins Zentrum gelangen. Er gab uns auch noch einen Tipp, mit dem wir wäherend unseren Aufenthalts ein gratis Ticket für den Berliner Verkehrsverbund erhalten haben. Nochmals vielen Dank, Marc ! Obwohl um dem Hotel nichts los ist, ausser der Nähe zum Flughafen, werden wir bei einem erneuten Besuch in Berlin dieses Hotel wählen, da es ein gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis hat.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Die Lage ist okay, Fluglärm hat uns kaum gestört. -gutes,abwechslungsreiches Frühstück Besonderes hervorheben möchten wir den Rezeptionisten , der an unserem Abreisetag Dienst hatte. er kümmert sich mit großem Einsatz um unser kleines Anliegen.

Wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer gebucht und nur zweimal Frühstück bestellt. Trotzdem wurden uns 4xFrühstück berechnet. Nach einer schriftlichen Mitteilung und Bitte um Erstattung entstand der Eindruck, dass man sich nicht weiter mit unserem Fall beschäftigen wollte. Ich wurde stattdessen , ziemlich unfreundlich, an Booking COM verwiesen und habe bis zum heutigen Tag nichts mehr gehört. Schade!

This is a very modern hotel with well-equipped rooms and brand-new showers. The location is excellent for those needing to be near the airport, yet the soundproofing is so perfect that you cannot hear the airplanes at all. We booked two rooms and were very happy that they allowed us to bring our dog for a very reasonable extra fee of just €10. Parking at the hotel was very fairly priced, and the parking card allowed us to drive out and return without any issues. As a bonus, there are several great Indian restaurants just a few minutes' drive away. A highly comfortable and convenient stay!

Conveniently located near the airport, and easy to find from the S-Bahn station. Checking in online and at the kiosk was easy and fast. Everything in the hotel is VERY clean, modern, and comfortable. The air conditioning in the room was especially appreciated! I stayed here after a three-week trip the night before a long flight, and it was my best night’s sleep of the entire trip! The breakfast was better than I expected.

The ONLY thing that would’ve made the hotel better is if they served dinner at the restaurant, since the hotel is pretty isolated.
