Die Atmosphäre empfanden wir sachlich nüchtern und deshalb unpersönlich. Das Restaurant hat etwas von Bahnhofshalle. Die Speisekarte war sehr „übersichtlich“, die Preise dafür eher „ambitioniert“! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis des Restaurants kommt über ein gerade noch „befriedigend“ nicht hinaus.

The pillows were low quality and the price shown on Booking.com did not include tax which we were charged when paying at the hotel. This jumped the price up a lot.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Since what I needed was an affordable place to stay before a flight, the location could not have been better, a short walk from the terminals. Nice, clean facility where I could also get a reasonable dinner. Also turned out to be a useful stopover a week later, when I had several hours before another flight and stopped for several hours during lunchtime without having to pay for a room.
Check-in queue was longish, and automated check-in failed due to connection problem with the machine in the lobby. Not a biggie, but still annoying at the time.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, man macht aus der ungewollten Not der Gäste,deren Flug ohne Gründe gestrichen wurde richtig Kasse. Trotzdem, alles gut, aus markttechnischer Sicht, kann man es verstehen und die Lage,gibt es auch her.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Es handelt sich um ein gutes Hotel mit perfekter Lage gleich am Eingang zum Terminal. Wenn wir frühmorgens fliegen müssen, steigen wir abends vorher immer hier ab und wir sind auch immer zufrieden.
Wir können nichts kritisieren.

Ich konnte leider mein Gepäck nicht im Hotel für einige Stunden verwahren. Ich wurde aufgefordert, einen Gepäckfach innerhalb des Hotels zu buchen. Dieses hat mich zusätzlich 14€ gekostet. Bezahlung war nur per Kreditkarte oder Paypal möglich. Für mich nicht nachvollziehbar, weshalb das Hotel keine andere Möglichkeit anbietet. Die Mitarbeiter/-innen waren sehr unhöflich und man hat sich als Gast nicht willkommen gefühlt.

Early check-in costs 10 euros per hour (exorbitant). The breakfast is pathetic; by 7:30 AM, the food had already run out and wasn't replenished. In short, I do not recommend it at all; you are better off staying a few hundred meters further away from the terminal than at this hotel.

Das Personal wir sehr gestresst und wenig freundlich. Sind früh geflogen und wollten uns im Zimmer wie beschrieben eine Kaffee nach den Aufstehen gönnen, Kaffee war in der Buchung beschrieben. Leider nur löslicher Kaffee über Wasserkocher in der Zubereitung und dann 1x normal und 1 x entkoffeiniert für 2 Personen ??? Wir haben verzichtet und uns im Flughafen den ersten genießbaren Kaffee gegönnt . Sehr schade bei diesen Zimmerpreis.

Das Restaurant ist naturgemäß (weil direkt am Flughafen) nicht besonders günstig, aber auch nicht erschreckend teuer. Zimmer sehr sauber, Bett hervorragend, Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich. Kann ich für eine Übernachtung vor einer Reise empfehlen.

The rooms were quiet despite being right next to the terminal. It was also proximate to the car rental return. The pricing was very reasonable for two rooms. I know my adult daughters appreciated having their own space.

Das Restaurant verdient dieses Nahmen nicht. Die Angebotenen Speisen schmecken wie aufgewärmt und sind qualitativ minderwertig. Kritik wurde zwar vom Servicepersonal angenommen. Allerdings wurde uns offeriert, dass man an der Qualität nichts ändern könnte. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis steht in keinem Verhältnis. Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr warm. Die Bettdecken waren dicke Federbetten. Wir sind fast geschmolzen.

3,50 Euro extra für das Omelett ist schon sehr unüblich, wenn man bedenkt, wie teuer das Frühstück ist. Ebenso ist der Gepäckaufbewahrung sehr kostspielig und nicht technisch barrierefrei.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026I like the automated check-in. It makes it convenient if you don't want to get in line with other customers in the reception. The rooms were nice and clean. I asked before my arrival regarding an iron and ironing board in the room, and although they told me it will depend on availability, I was pleased to see an iron and ironing board in the closet in the room, and I appreciate that. I would recommend it if you need a hotel in close proximity of the airport or even if you plan to explore Berlin, it's a convenient location. It's peaceful and quiet, too even though it's on the airport, you can't hear the aircrafts at all.

נוהלי המלון לא תומכים באנשים לפני ואחרי טיסות. מתנהל בחוסר גמישות. למשל: אין חדר מזוודות. שזה בסיסי. יש לוקרים של חברה חיצונית וצריך לשלם עבור אכסון עד לקבלת החדר דרך אפליקציה. בהגעה מוקדמת דורשים 10 אירו לשעה (!!!) למרות שיש חדרים מוכנים. זה דבר לא מקובל בבתי מלון. יש חדר מוכן.. נותנים. מצד אחד אורחים משחררים חדרים מוקדם כדי להגיע לטיסות. ומצד שני המלון מנסה להרוויח פעמיים מאורחים בודדים מאוד שמגיעים לפני הזמן. הייתי היחידה במצב הזה שהגעתי בבוקר. היה להם חדר לתת אבל זה היה מוגזם לשלם עוד 70 אירו. חדר מזוודות כאמור, אין. זה מאוד לא שירותי לדעתי ופגם מאוד ברצון שלי להשתמש בו בעתיד באופן פרטי או עם הקבוצות שלי.

Für eine Nacht ist es nicht das günstigste Hotel. Aber man muss fair bleiben, wenn man zum Flieger muss, ist die Lage perfekt (daher einen kleinen Punktabzug)

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Frühstück war super. Die Zimmer sind freundlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Flughafen ist perfekt.
Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden.

No puedo dar más opiniones, por cuanto la estancia fue solo de una noche y no desayunamos o compartimos con el personal para dar una opinión negativa
