Wyndham Ankara

The location and hotel amenities were just right for a business trip. The stay was comfortable, convenient, and made it easy to focus on work.

Nothing significant.

Güleryüzlü ve yardımsever personel. Odalar konforlu ve temizdi. SPA sı çok iyiydi. Konumu çok iyi.

Kapalı otoparktan sadece vale ile yararlanılabiliyor. Fiyatları biraz yüksek.

Perfect location, perfect staff

Location and style

Nothing

Location

Good staff. Especially I appreciated Ms.Ilayda and Mst.Artur for theirs attention .

Nothing

Alles is goed

Nvt

Good and the services was excellent especially the breakfast

I like almost everything about the hotel

Location and Staff

Alles was mooi en roomservice en personeel was heel goed

Nvt

I am pleased with everything

The location is good.

The decoration of the terras suit was quite old fashioned, no sitting furniture at terras. Based on the price that we are paying I think the rooms are quite poorly decorated.

Everything was excellent!

Location, hygiene & staff

Nothing

Thank you so much, all is very good

All is very good

The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful , good bedding and the location is great

Dinner services ends early but the room service is good

I had a great spa treatment by Ms. Ekin, which was the only thing positive about my experience at the hotel.

I had a very disappointing stay at Wyndham Ankara. The hotel and rooms are clearly outdated and poorly maintained. The air conditioner wasn’t working, and even though it was quite warm inside, it was impossible to cool the room because they disable the cooling function outside of summer months — which is unacceptable for a five-star property. The bathtub couldn’t be emptied because the drain button was broken. The customer service line was often unavailable, and when I finally managed to reach someone, they didn’t seem to care about the issues at all. To make things worse, my room was cleaned despite having a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. This shows a serious lack of coordination and respect for guests’ privacy. Overall, I believe this hotel suffers from major managerial problems, which are clearly reflected in the staff’s attitude and the poor maintenance. Definitely not the quality one would expect from a Wyndham-branded hotel.

Manager Alina help to me, with the pharmacy and documents.

Everything was good.

Fenster kippen half.

Friendly staff , location, breakfast and the spa facilities were excellent. I loved the steam room , salt room and special hamam treatment. The rooms were do comfortable , clean. Would definitely come back

Nothing really

pulito, moderno e silenzioso. Buona colazione

They make you feel comfortable like home, staff is helping whenever you need something immediately.

Nothing

Herşey genel olarak iyiydi. İlk girişte sadece odamızda çocuklarımızın yatakları hazırlanmamıştı onun dışında genel olarak iyiydi

Ales!!

Temiz hijyen konfor sanırım tanımlamak için gayet yeterli ;)

Pulita , ottima colazione

Very clean and staff are amazing. Arthur got me set up until my room was ready bringing me blanket. He was so nice and helpful.

Stuff, hotel, spa all were perfect!

We stayed in the suit room as a family. Beautiful, clean, comfortable room. Good views, and the best bathroom we have had in a hotel with a specious jacuzzi. Location is great with restaurants and a shopping centre. At your doorstep. We enjoyed the breakfast, but as more of a business hotel, perhaps the choice was a bit more limited for kids. Pool is good, small but hi enough. No child pool though if this is a consideration for you. Great service and staff. Overall an excellent stay and one we would return to

It was a great location and also staff was very helpful.
