Downtown Ankara Hotel

Perfect location and friendly staff

Found hair on the linen and the room was not equipped with robes!

Оказывается, это не DOWNTOWN, a GRAND MERCURY.

Rien Une honte

Comfort and location

All was good

Kahvaltısı, personel güleryüzü her zaman üst düzeyde.

Son seyahatlerimde yer bulmakta zorlanıyorum

the breakfast is good

The room was not cleaned every day, and basic items were missing from the room, such as a shoehorn.

Location

Music in the surrounding restaurants is very high (disturbing) at nights.

Nice hotel. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. The spa services are great.

N/A

The location was very good, a mall nearby, also it is near the main bus station of Ankara if you would travel to another city, the staff were very nice, polite and helpfull, the room service was good, in the morning they brought me a dental kit without asking and extra water.

I waited an hour for my room (half hour after check in time), basically I arrived at 13:30, completed my registration and payment, but I received the room at 14:30 .. the staff at the recipient told me they had a technical issue. Anyway they compensated me with a VIP service (snacks and fruit in the room for free), which made me happy and hence the good scoring

Great location.

The bathroom looks a bit worn but still useable and kept clean

Hotel room is large and comfortable. Breakfast, in a corner room with vue on Ankara on a large big buffet

The hotel is located in a lively area. The music was played at a high volume, even on the upper floors (I was on the 19th), and I could hear it until 1 a.m., which is very annoying when you have to get up at 6 a.m.!

The location.

The room had two single beds even though I requested a double bed. When I asked about it, the hotel said they were fully booked. The beds were also very uncomfortable and extremely low. Another strange issue was the lighting system in the room. Turning the lights off felt unnecessarily complicated, almost like it required engineering knowledge to figure out. Overall, I cannot say the hotel is well maintained. The general condition of the property feels worn and poorly managed.

Location is good, the hotel is in a area full of restaurants and stores. Bedroom cleaned and comfortable. Staff available.

During my reservation fitness and spa area was not available due to national political meeting. A lot of police at the entrance.

Good location with large shopping mall just across the street. A lot of good restaurants in front of the hotel. Room comfortable, perfect breakfast.

Location was very convinient for my short stay.

To start with, the breakfast was very disappointing. Several items were not fresh, and the staff seemed eager to remove unfinished plates very quickly. For a 5-star hotel, the service did not meet the expected standard. There was no attention to welcoming guests or offering hot drinks at the beginning of the meal. Unfortunately, I even found tiny stones in the vegetables I ate, which was quite concerning. In the room, the shower contained hair and there were no toiletries provided. When we requested a toothbrush and toothpaste, the toothpaste that arrived was completely dry, and the toothbrush was super hard. In general, the staff were kind, but in my opinion they would benefit from observing and learning from other true 5-star hotels to improve the overall quality of service. The ambiance also felt quite cold, and the music in the breakfast room was stressful rather than relaxing. Additionally, the temperature throughout the hotel was very warm, making it difficult to breathe comfortably. In the room we had to turn on the air conditioning just to make it bearable to sleep. Overall, while the staff were polite, the experience did not meet the standards expected from a 5-star hotel.

Frühstück ist ok -- Joghurt ist mangelware und es ist eher Türkish aber im großen und ganzen gibts fast alles --is ok Personal Top Location Top was will man mehr.

Çalışanlar her konuda yardımcı oldular.

kahvalti sunumu cok zengindi. Diet, vejiteryan her ture hitap ediyor.

Good location and quality

Bed could be softer

Perfect location for shopping at the mall & local restaurants literally starting at the entrance of the hotel. 35 minutes from the airport, perfect place to stay

Everything was spot on

The hotel location is perfect. Employees are very friendly and polite. Breakfast offers are very good.
