O locatie deosebita! Personal extrem de amabil, parcare subterana securizata, decor si ambient exceptional - specific zonei, servicii de calitate si plusul major - PISCINA infinity cu vedere la munte! Panorama oferita de la aceasta este mirifica! Mai mult, faptul ca este incalzita , creeaza un cadru perfect pt relaxare dupa o zii plina de activitati montane, indiferent de anotimp! Aici, relaxarea se petrece in tihna, neavand un timp limitat alocat sau nevoie de programare in avans pt a te bucura pe deplin de aceasta facilitate. Cina tip barbeque a fost perfecta, potrivita cu cadrul montan, micul dejun de asemenea, la cele mai inalte standarde. Recunosc ca in aceste conditii pretul ridicat este justificat pe deplin! Camera tip apartament cu 2 balcoane, foarte spatioasa si curata.

Da wir am Anreisetag kurz vorher in München geheiratet hatten( auch ein paar Tage vorher mitgeteilt hatten) hätten wir uns bei dem Preis mehr als ein wenig Obst auf dem Zimmer gewünscht.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The decor throughout the property is amazing, and the spa and pool area are truly outstanding. The restaurant food was excellent, with great quality and presentation, although we would have appreciated more protein-rich options on the menu. The ski room is modern, fresh, and very well equipped, making ski storage and preparation extremely convenient. The location is simply the best in the area and was one of the highlights of our trip. We enjoyed our stay very much and would happily return.

There were a few disappointing aspects to our stay. The room had no door separating the bathroom from the bedroom, and the shower was fully visible from the bed. This unusual layout was not mentioned during booking. The towel warmer was not working, and despite reporting it several times, the issue was not resolved. We were told it was due to the central heating being off for summer, although other guests said theirs worked. In a luxury sports hotel, a functioning towel warmer should be standard. Finally, charging €3 for a bottle of tap water felt unnecessary and out of line with the overall guest experience.

Naprosto skvělá lokalita přímo u lanovky na Hintertux, případně hned u nástupů na horské výstupy a pěší turistiku. Skvělé snídaně s velkým výběrem, několika chodová večeře na úrovni luxusních restaurací. Velmi ochotný a milý personál, a jako třešnička pak venkovní bazén ve 3. patře s výhledem na ledovec i do údolí. Určitě se sem vrátíme!

We love staying here. The owners and staff are delightful. The hotel is extremely comfortable., with beautiful bedrooms, wonderful dining and a gorgeous spa with a sky pool! The position is perfect for the gondola or exploring on foot.

Die Nähe zum Skilift.

Am Hotel alles ok .Nur die Buchung über Booking war dann beim auschecken eine sch...Überraschung!! Das Kind war wohl nicht mit eingebucht und somit war Freitag der 13. So für uns gedacht! :(((((((

Lage ist sensationell; das Frühstück und das Abendessen war recht gut. Auch die Weinempfehlung durch Herrn "Gerhard" war sehr gut! Der Wellnessbereich war sehr gut.

Leider war im Wellnessbereich/ der Sauna, aufgrund einer größeren Männergruppe, die zuvor anscheinend in der Tenne gefeiert hatten, die erhoffte Ruhe nicht zu finden. Sonst ist der Wellness- und Saunabereich ziemlich gut!

One of the closest hotels to the cable car station. The room is very comfortable. Great sauna and excellent food.

The underground parking is a bit tight to get in.

If you are skiing in Hintertux then the location doesn't get better than this. Over breakfast you can watch the lift queues to pick your time to go! The room was good size with a lovely view, very clean with lots of storage. TV had most European languages. Great access to Intersport Ski shop and ski storage lockers specifically for your room. The SPA and wellness area was exceptional, with amazing steam room, salt room, sauna etc. Food was good, especially breakfast, but evening meals were very Austrian. Staff were wonderful across the board.

I was travelling with my 17 year old daughter - the fact that there is no door to the bathroom and the toilet has a glass door was a real issue, and became a matter of logistics. I really think this should be highlighted. Our room was on the 1st floor and was noisy, a lot of early morning prep went on below and there didn't seem much consideration for anyone asleep.

My husband and I were visiting our son who was traveling/training with his ski team from Vermont, USA. Hotel Neuhintertux accommodated us last minute and making our team dinner such a success! The staff went above and beyond to make everything seamless, from the setup to the service. Beautiful atmosphere, great food, and outstanding hospitality!!!

A single waitress was borderline rude and quite unpleasant, never once smiled or acknowledged me. I felt uncomfortable whenever she was on duty.

Everything was perfect. Very good breakfasts and dinners. Room was clear and functional. It matched all our needs. Spa area has variant zones, we could rest there after a long day skiing. The lift is in literally 3 minutes walking from the hotel. Hotel's stuff was extremely friendly and responsible.

For me and my son it was a perfect ski holiday. The Hotel was exactly what we hoped for. Friendly staff and everyone was very helpful. The Check In and Check Out was easy. Our room was of a good size with a nice balcony and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the nice swimming and wellness Area after a day of skiing. The food was really good and to use the words of my son:" The best I had in a Hotel." Also the location is a super big plus of this Hotel. It is right there next to the Gondola. It has a parking garage and since you are so close to the ski area you can keep the car there the entire time of your holidays.
