Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Location is excellent, there is parking and it is right next to the cable car. The food is great and the staff is very friendly. You can buy the ski pass right there which is very comfortable.
No air conditioning in the room but keeping the window open is fine.

Arogance of the Owner at Breakfast and the way treated the employees , they charged the Soap (from bathroom)that i had to use for cleaning my Gear and the Sauna facilities that i thought was free because of the message on the Slipers... highly recommend an english Course and more humility , too bad for the Location and frendly staff but not gone come back ever there!

Zimmerkühlschrank sinnlos, da die Stromzufuhr abgeschaltet wird, sobald das Zimmer verlassen wird. Super weiches Boxspringbett hat sich nach zwei Nächten leider als verantwortlich für morgendliche Rückenschmerzen rausgestellt. Aber das liegt wohl eher am user....

Nevhodné oblečení hostů při snídani i večeři. Host, který jde na snídani v lyžařském oblečení a s čepicí na hlavě by si mohl příště vybrat jiný hotel

Schade nur, dass die 90 Grad Sauna während unserer 5-tägigen Aufenthalt laufend außer Brtrieb war, etstaunlich, das sie nicht schnell wieder intakt gesetzt werdeb konnte. Auch ein Kritikpunkt ist der Mangel an Liegen im Ruhebereich des Wellnessraums - 6 Liegen für ganzes Hotel ist, meiner Meinung nach, viel zu wenig. Im Frühstück-Buffet würde ich mir etwas mehr am Gebäck wünschen. Ansonsten würde ich das Hotel vom Herzen weiter empfehlen, weil Preis-Leistung Verhältniss absolut Spitze ist.

Reviewed Nov 7, 2024The location of the entire ski center is outstanding, and the location of the hotel is exceptional. The hotel is excellent and worth the price of the arrangements. Not only the breakfast, but also all the meals are plentiful and well prepared. Special compliments to the chef de cuisine.
I could hardly suggest anything that the hotel lacks. Someone, for example, would suggest an apres ski facility, but I, as a hotel guest, prefer peace and quiet.

Dinners are varied and insanely delicious. Staff is very caring. Big and free parking. Ski lift is located in 1 minute walk. I did not expect that in 4 stars I will receive impeccable service, wonderful food and an ideal location. On the first day I extended my stay and booked another weekend at the hotel

And there wasn’t a single employee we encountered in our 2-night stay there who wasn’t pleasant, helpful, hard-working and friendly, from the front-desk staff to the lovely young people who served us in the dining area. It was a standout in our month-long tour of Europe, and we definitely would stay here again.

Es gibt auch neu eingerichtete Zimmer im Hotel. Das Servicepersonal wirklich toll. Frühstück sehr gut, Abendessen allerdings stark verbesserungsfähig.
