Siam Mandarina Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel (Free Shuttle)

The airport shuttle was very easy to locate. They were there waiting for us even though we were late getting there due to airport issues. The hotel is beautiful! Rooms also very nice. The breakfast buffet that was included with our stay was phenomal! I didnt know where to start first! Staff excellent! We will definitely go back when we need to stay in Bangkok! Highly highly recommended!

Great spot for a late arrival & early flight the next day. We arrived after 9pm and left at 4am. They had a shuttle service to pick us up & then took us first thing in the morning. Great service🙏

Nice size room, comfortable bed and the staff are super friendly. Just 10 mins from the airport, though transfers go only once an hour, so if you just miss one you’re waiting a while for the next. The food was good, didn’t get to try any of the facilities.

Great staff,great room and the food in the restaurant was also good. We didn’t have time to use gym,swimming pool or other facilities,I would think they would also be great.

I loved the free airport shuttle and the food was delicious!

I was delayed to the hotel because of Typhoon Ragasa. The hotel moved my checkout date and cheated me out of a night. Expedia was useless in handling the situation. All I asked for was a credit for the night I wasn't able to be there. That was too much to ask. I won't use a third party to book again. I will stay somewhere else on my next visit.

The hotel was tired and dated, the tap was loose in the bathroom and slow WIFI. The only positive note was that it has a free shuttle service to the airport which was convenient.

Clean room, good size, convenient location 10 minutes from the airport, friendly staffs at night. Someone helped with unloading luggages. We tipped him a bit. In the morning noone helped with heavy luggages. A male staff stood at the counter chatting with another female staffs not noticing my old dad dragging a big luggage down the slope all by himself with his crooked legs. Not offering any helping hands. Very disappointed with their morning service. Breakfast not included for the price like that in Thailand, it should be included. Simple dishes 400 bath. Over priced.

Close to airport. We arrived in midnight so it’s great that it’s so close to the airport. The airport pick up service is punctual and it’s easy to find the staff in the waiting area. Breakfast is also really good.

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, shuttle to airport was quick. Didn’t have a chance to use the pool. Overall it’s a decent hotel but I wouldn’t stay there again due to the atmosphere in the hotel room which is a bit sterile, it may suit others but it was very big and open and cold. Tile floors with big fluorescent lights only, no bedside lamps/reading lights. I prefer a cozier space.

I loved everything about this beautiful boutique hotel. We had massages in the room three nights in a row. The staff was amazing, and we loved our stay there 👏👏👏

A great place to stay on your way to or from the airport. Nice staff, very friendly. I liked the pet relief/smoking area, which also has a place to wash one's feet. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options. I also enjoyed the massage spa and cafe.

Small Mandarin Hotel approx. 5 mins from Bangkok airport. Limited food menu but what they have is good quality ad well-prepared. Nice beds. Good value for an overnight at Suvarnabhumi.

Our stay was only one night but will definitely return :) the staff was amazing and the breakfast was perfect ! This is an amazing hotel that I highly reccomend.

Beautiful hotel with good service however, it was very noisy making it harr to sleep. Not far from the airport, the free shuttle was great in the morning but we had to wait fifty minutes to get the hotel one as they only ran hourly and there was no special waiting place so it was azlittle chaotic. Good bat and restaurant.

Property was clean and accommodating however the photos are very deceiving. The hotel outside and lobby gave luxury. Inside the room gave clean motel 6. Old furniture and not spacious like the pictures.

We booked this hotel as we had an early flight and needed to be close to the airport. Don’t think I would stay in the area otherwise.

Very pleased with the people and service

Hotel was beautiful. We only stayed for a night because we had a connecting flight the following morning to Phuket. We arrived near 1am and staff was ready to serve when we arrived. This hotel is NOT in walking distance from the airport and requires a shuttle to hotel (~20min, but wait for shuttle was 45min).

Hotel close to airport, nice breakfast. Hotel looks lovely from outside but rooms dated and the room we had booked (2 bedroom suite on 3rd floor) had a very strong smell of either paint or solvent/spirit coming through the vent. Smell so strong it gave us all headaches after being in it for half an hour. Staff are aware of issue (apparently coming from building work on floor above) which begs the question why they would put guests in it in the first place. We were then moved to two separate rooms one of which had blood stains on the bed sheet under the tucked in duvet. No real apology for this. They changed the sheet but not nice to deal with as you are climbing into bed after a day of travelling. The location is convenient for the airport and breakfast is nice, but I wouldn’t stay again.

Lovely hotel. Had breakfast and found a piece of metal in my cereal. Spoke to a member of staff and she check the machine that dispense the cornflakes and the metal came from that. Further bits fell off while she was talking to me.

Very nice property. Convenient airport shuttle service. Nice clean rooms. Gym better than most hotel gyms. Everyone was very attentive. Almost nothing to do on, or around, property. I got so bored, I finally had to rent a driver to go into Bangkok. If your stay is very short, it is a very nice place. But if you would like some activities: shopping, walking, sight seeing, etc. , then you are better off renting in Bangkok and praying for a longer can ride to the airport. This place is best as a 1 night transit hotel.

For an overnight it’s ok. Very dated with a fair amount of damage in the hallways and very worn rooms. Dinner was nice but expensive. Staff was fabulous!

Good proximity to Airport - we were only staying briefly before flying out to Samui

The hotel allowed work to proceed requiring the use of glues and chemicals that permeated the hallways and air conditioning system. We had to be moved twice to find good air. They didn’t give us any concessions.

It’s a convenient hotel Shuttle to from the airport was the best part. It’s kind of like between 2-3 stars

Bad experience during the airport transfer as a lady was being removed from the service then our luggage was removed too. Fortunately,I spotted it but had to shout to the staff to tell him that it was our luggage and not the lady’s! Very poor service!

The pictures in the listing were a bit nicer than reality. It was quite outdated. The sink looked dirty but was just chipped a lot to the point of being off putting. They did a nice job with the small space around the pool and had a fair amount of amenities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The shuttles weren’t quite on time and really had to pack people and luggage in. Not sure I’d stay there again but it was sufficient for one night before a flight. A neat view of the city at night in the distance.

Excellent hotel, located 15 min from terminal . Enjoyed great view on the landing/ departure of BKK. Staff very efficient and friendly,spacious room, appreciate also information received before checking about activities planned in the hotel ( yoga and music set). Recommend if you need to sleep near airport

Location of property very close to the Unit 27.

It was an ok room, the bed was lovely and big. The bathroom was a bit of a disappointment as it was old looking and didn’t look clean.

We only stayed here for a few hours as we had a long layover at BKK. I am so glad we booked this room so we could rest, shower and chill before our long flight home. The airport shuttle was on time and very useful. The beds were comfy. The pool was nice but could do with a couple more sun loungers. Overall a perfect hotel for a short stay close to the airport.
