Grand Richmond Stylish Convention Hotel

What a wonderful property and stay. The staff is exceptional and the hotel is very beautiful. It is right next to train station so great access to everything. Highly recommend.

It looked clean, tidy and beautiful. The view was spectacular from my room and staff were so kind. If you want to do stuff with in walking distance, this is a great choice, not far from stores and shopping center.

The rooms were a little smaller than usual

the breakfast and food was excellent, and the massage I had at the spa was one of the best I ever had.

figuring out how to change the temperature of the AC in the room. Some instructions would have been helpful.

Would not return. 5 star hotel without bar in the lobby, unfriendly reception staff, gym not like the pictures, very rigid policies .

The staff are excellent! All really helpful and willing to accommodate requests as possible. Breakfast is good.

The facilities are old and windows are not soundproof so you can hear the noise of the highway most of the day. I got a room with a really old shower courtain with mold, which I asked to change and they brought another old one from another room.

Almost everything else (negatives below) exceeded expectations. Big room, high floor, clean, good water pressure, good WiFi.

Although we had a family of 4 and staying for 6 nights, I had to call to ask for 2 more towels every single day as housekeeping only replaced 2 towels every day even though they took away 4 used towels. There is only 1 EV charger for guests for non-TESLA vehicles, and it was used by the same car every single day for 6 days. Considering I never saw the car leave the hotel, I wonder if it was a hotel employee or local staying somewhere nearby who was using it? In any case, I had to find other means of charging my rental EV even though I stayed 6 nights at the hotel. Also, aside from the 1st day, the hotel blocked off all the ground floor parking lots so we had to drive up (and down) 1 extra floor. I didn't see the ground floor lots being filled up on any of the days (I assumed they were blocked off for an event). Hotel breakfast was very underwhelming.

The staff in the dining room expected guests to drop what they’re eating and leave as soon as 10 o’clock came around. Going as far as to stand there and watch you eat telling you to hurry up the whole time. When I asked for 1min Gigi “a supervisor” argued with me and it was only 10:08am even after I asked her to”please leave me alone” 4-5 times she continued to argue that I was rude and need to finish eating and leave. Then proceeded to yell at me in Thai (which I did not understand) so I told her to the f&@$ off because I was really angry and embarrassed at the scene this woman was making. . This place is not good at all

Dass man für 4 Stunden länger also von 14 Uhr Check Out time bis 18 Uhr late Check Out den halben Zimmerpreis bezahlen mußte. Andere Hotels machen das für wiederkehrende Gäste gratis. Besonders, wenn diese auch noch mehrere Nächte geblieben sind.

The staff were great, the gym is well equipped. Close to the train, within walking distance to a couple of 711s.

Poor shower pressure, really impatient cleaning staff with weird routines, air conditioner didn't work properly and was noisy. The noise from the building next door being torn down all day was unreal but that isn't the hotels fault.

Ontbijt was goed. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De kamers verdienen een upgrade. Airco maakte veel lawaai en temperatuur was niet te regelen of uit of koud. Stopcontacten moeten vervangen worden.

The sheet on comforter was stained, the shower is no hot water at all more on the cold side and can’t take a shower in the morning for what I spent 3,000 baht I rather stay elsewhere.

The food was terrible signature green curry tasteless and we were so disappointed.

The swimming pool cannot be used during that period.

Beim Frühstück war eine sehr große Reisegruppe aus China, so dass alles zu laut und etwas chaotisch ablief.

Very convenient location, within feet of the skytrain which can connect you all over the city. The hotel was very affordable and luxurious. The breakfast was a huge buffet and good quality.

It didn't have a microwave in the room.

Conforto, espaço, limpeza e hospitalidade. O staff foi muito simpático e educado. O pequeno-almoço é excelente! O buffet do restaurante também é variado e delicioso.

A localização não é muito central, tivemos sempre de apanhar grab para ir aos museus e visitar o centro da cidade. A utilização do ginásio não foi possivel às 8h da manhã, apesar de estar assinalado que está aberto pelas 7h da manhã.

Location excellent for our needs with Bang Kasor MRT station on doorstep which gave easy access into Bangkok centre. Comfortable clean room with all amenities you would expect.

Menu limited for western pallet. Unfortunately the hot water failed on our last day.

Här sover man som en kung. Bra frukost buffé. Hotellet är vad du kan förvänta dig i prisklassen.

Poolen var lite väl kall. Ett eluttag vid sängen saknade jag.

The room was always clean by staff and also like the water bottles thy provide for free, the room was big and good lighting

hard to communicate with the front desk, there was a major international event happening, the hotel was not ready for it, i feel there was a lack of staff specially at the restaurant, bar, the breakfast was really good but only 2 coffee machines and most days only one worked so we had to wait on a line to have coffee.

Hotel elegante, con todo muy limpio, la cama super cómoda, todo el staff muy amable y servicial. Sin lugar a dudas repetiría mi experiencia si necesito alojarme en ese hotel por localización, no está cerca pero del centro pero tampoco lejos, para mis necesidades fue perfecto. Parking con muchas plazas y amplias.

EL agua de la piscina estaba helada, demasiado fría la verdad. Y en el restaurante de la planta baja como en el del desayuno el aire acondicionado estaba demasiado fuerte y hacía frío. Pero por lo demás todo muy bien.
