The hotel was fine and had everything they promised. However the staff were exceptionally helpful, professional and friendly.

Not ce clean room with kitchen and washer! Location is ok if you can take the MRT. Nice and quiet!

Wow!! I absolutely loved my stay at Oakwood! From the roof top Zodiac bar to the front check in. Everyone was so kind and helpful! I would definitely stay here again!! You can’t go wrong with this booking! The washer/dryer is an added bonus!

The overall stay was terrible. If I could give this place a negative, that’s what it deserves. The smell upon entering the hotel was disgusting, it was absolutely filthy, it smelled like spoiled fish all over the place. The rooms are small, more like an apartment complex, and the kitchen provided with the room, the guests aren’t allowed to use before 7 days of staying. The food served is absolutely horrible, there is no diversity with food. I’m not sure why it’s a 5 star hotel, it deserves a 1 star. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Ich war jetzt zum vierten Mal in diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und das Frühstück sehr gut und die Betten auch sehr bequem. Zu erwähnen ist das Bangkok City circa eine halbe Stunde mit der Metro entfernt ist. Aber die Metro Station ist direkt beim Hotel.

Bin jetzt zum vierten Mal in diesem Hotel in Bangkok. Man musste dazu sagen, dass es circa eine halbe Stunde ausserhalb des Stadtkern liegt. Aber mit der Metro Station direkt beim Hotel ist es kein Problem in die City zu kommen. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und die Betten sind fantastisch zum schlafen.

Overall a good place. More of a 4-Star hotel rather than 5-Star. Building looks good. Clean facilities. Water takes a little to heat up. It’s a bit further out to most tourist destinations but near the BTS rail but longer commutes. Overall a decent stay.

The property is very new compared to the other buildings around it. Facilities are top notched as expected from a high end service apartment. Although the a/c remote has seen better days. The ceiling shower head could also use a little fixing. Since it’s located near the station, you’ll hear the station running around 5am. If you’re a light sleeper it’ll wake you up. Also the roads are quite busy during the day time. Expect some car noises as well. Not many restaurants around nearby or I didn’t explore enough. 7-11 is about 200m away which was pretty convenient. It’s directly in front of Yaek Tiwanon station amd easily accessible. The only drawback is the location from the city center (Siam) It’s about 40-60 mins by train and about 18km. If you like a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you to relax.

Great place to stay. In fact loved it so much that I moved in permanently. Although the breakfast is disappointing if you are a westerner but the rooftop bar makes up for it.

Great facility. Staff were very uneven -- outstanding front desk, simply amazing; restaurant staff did not know what they were providing (after answering incorrectly, the manager -- at least I think she was... pink business suit -- argued with me sure she was right, then lapsed into "fake Thai" like she couldn't speak English anymore and merely repeated what she had said earlier "we have -- you order"). I have stayed here before, and I see where they have tried to upgrade their restaurant but it's not where it needs to be yet. In addition even though they have a rooftop bar, it was closed for a "private party" 3 nights in a row. Disappointing.

For the price, the cleanliness could have been better. We were surprised by many stains on the dining upon checking in. There were false lashes and sticky mess on the living room table (hmm..suspicious). We called the concierge, and they sent the person to clean it all up right away. Hair strands could be found throughout the bathrooms. However, we felt the security and the badge system was very nice, staff were very helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed. Great location for activities and public transportation.

I am giving this property a one star because they have an a very elaborate security system that has failed every second time I left the apartment . The girl at the deal just told me maybe I wasn’t taping the card properly to get into the hall way . Give me a break I know how to tap and tried at least 15 times every time I was locked out . Instead it was oh you are doing it wrong . Well no your system doesn’t work a Nd you get one star end of story plus there is only a restaurant from 6.30 to 9.30 . And no were to eat anywhere

Thusbis ine if the best hotels in Bangkok. Thevstaff are great and they all take pride in customer service. Rooms are as comfortable as being home. It was hard to check out, because we felt like we were already home. Thank you for making our 1st time in Thialand a great experience.

Power trip on property while staying. Downtime was pretty long.

The staff were really helpful , hotel is clean , rooms spacious. BTS purple line is just down the road connects to everywhere in the city . Taxis are easily available and staff happy to help, take a hotel card with a location map and address in Thai if you're returning by taxi. Great coffee shop by bts called The Mill. Would definitely stay here again, wonderful staff.

스윗룸 구조가 참 좋네요. 중심 시내와 떨어져 있어 택시비는 좀 들지만 그랩을 이용하면 저렴하니까. 조식도 나름 좋았습니다.

Budget hotel, and you get what you pay for. Room smelled like an ashtray and the sewage smell in the kitchen was terrible. No places (work-desk or similar.) to work on your laptop, not in the room or in the hotels facility, fyi.

Overall was fair, there had washing machine, coffee machine and microwave and electric stove

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Far from the sites tourists visit in Bangkok.

Room was comfortable with many amenities. Only negative was the extreme heat in hallways and elevators.

We arrived early in the morning after a long ride out of Krabi, so we were way too early to check in. The reception staff was very welcoming and friendly. They offered to keep our luggage for us and allowed us to change and freshen up in the lavatory. The Skytrain station is right next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The only downside of our stay was that the rooftop bar turned out to be booked for private events every night of our stay, so we couldn't visit it.

Nice room with kitchen. Comfy beds and pillows. 2 air conditioners. Good Wi-Fi. Gym and swimming pool. Restaurant was great, and room service was excellent . Breakfast was good. And friendly staff att front desk. Good price on room

I booked this hotel for my birthday break. The staff during the day are very difficult to get on with but the night staff are fantastic and very helpful. Limited choice of foods for both vegetarians and meat eaters The rooms are big but you will need to ask for it to resourced with things. The rooms are not sound proof so you will hear everything from cars driving past, to people leaving during the night. Taxi’s and cabs found it difficult to locate the hotel. I’d you don’t care about where you sleep it’s a nice hotel for a cheap price. Personally I wouldn’t recommend it until they change the surroundings.

Modern building, and appartment, but definitely not 5-star level, as advertised. Staff were polite and helpful. Pool was out of order during my stay which was not listed anywhere when I made the booking, and there was no TV in tje bedroom as per the photos. The apartment was basic, but the highlight was the big bed, which was really comfortable. Kitchen area and bathroom were a little tired. Overall a good short stay in BKK.

５スターとの記載がありますが、全く違いました。駅から近くて最高に便利ではありましたが、部屋は老朽化していて、想像とは異なりました。シャワーも生ぬるいお湯しか出ませんでした。 ベッドはすごく柔らかくて良かったです。

Do not expect a quiet nights sleep. Location next to MRT/BTS is the only thing that is good. You can hear doors in hallways closing you hear all traffic and even on the 29th floor I heard a whistle blowing from someone directing traffic I am sure. Check was the most impersonal thing I ever experienced. Gave the ID cards of my wife and I to the lady she proceeded to do the check in and then had me sign the forms and then proceeded to ignore me and walk around he desk and give the keys to my wife and talk to her in thai. Absolutly disgusted by this. Breakfast is mediocre rooms are clean beds not the best but the shower with marble floor is absolutely a danger from being slippery.

Staff are kind and nice. The breakfast is not bad. It’s away from the center of Bangkok but there is an BTS station right next to the hotel.

Really nice place to stay and good service

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I only stayed for one night and left for the airport very early in the morning but they made sure to call me a taxi and have a breakfast box to-go so I could eat on my way to the airport. Felt very safe as a solo traveler and the amenities were gorgeous!! I absolutely loved it and will definitely return the next time I am in Bangkok, hopefully for longer!

Enjoyed my stay at the Oakwood Suites. Great amenities in the room, particularly the in room washing machine. The staff was especially wonderful, they met all my need I. Arranging transport throughout the area. Restaurants were very accommodating and food was very good. If I need to be in Nonthaburi again, I will stay here.

I really like this hotel, clean, good service and safety.
