Wir sind Wiederholungstäter- das sagt alles! Gemütlicher Bungalow mit Blick ins Grüne von der Terrasse und die wunderschöne Bucht zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln. Landschaftlich sehr schön mit den Felsen. Schöner neuer Poolbereich. Abends auf den Nachtmarkt.

Leider keine Aufleger auf den Liegen- sehr schade! Unter Tags ist der Strand ziemlich überlaufen, aber man findet sein Plätzchen im Schatten.

המלון לא נקי ולא מתוחזק , כבר בכניסה לקבלה ניתן לראות עובש בקירות , החדרים מריחים ברייח של עובש מהול בצבע ורייח של כימקלים , לא נקי חשוך לא מזמין , אין זרם מיים ובחדר ילדים לא היה זרם ולא מיים חמים , עזבנו לאחר לילה אחד על אף שהזמנו 3 לילות ....

Мы были в этом отеле в 2018 году. Нам всё нравится. Люкс рядом с пляжем - двухкомнатная вилла со своими лежаками, что удобно т.к. пляж очень разрекламирован и на него приезжает много туристов с других уголков острова, занимают все места в тени деревьев.

Location is beautiful, staff were super friendly, the food is good and the wine selection was surprisingly very good. For the price we paid for a 2 bedroom bungalow with a great patio with gardens views I can highly recommend this resort.

Der Stil der Anlage ist gemütlich und hübsch. Sie Zimmer sind sauber und praktisch.

Der Strand ist fantastisch, es hat viel natürlichen Schatten unter den Bäumen. Es gibt Restaurants und verschiedene Massagedienstleister direkt am Strand. Das Zimmer war für mich ideal. Es war ein eigenes kleines Häuschen. :) Die Lage ist perfekt, es hat in der Gegend genug Restaurants und Scootervermietung. In ca 45min ist man in Lamai.

Un ressort très agréable dans une très jolie petit baie! Villa spacieuse et bien équipée, belle piscine pour alterner avec la mer. Le restaurant de 'hôtel les pieds dans le sable, très belle carte et très bon. La terrasse massages vue mer avec une équipe de masseurs au petit soin

Nuestra habitación de tipo beach front estaba completamente renovada. Una habitación muy cómoda en primera linea de playa. Te permite ver el amanecer y disfrutar de la soledad de una playa concurrida en las horas centrales del día. En el restaurante la comida y los cocteles están muy bien aunque son algo caros. La zona de la piscina muy cuidada. El personal muy amable. Tuvimos un problema el primer día con el agua caliente y en seguida vinieron a solucionarlo.

Me esperaba un desayuno tipo bufet y sin embargo era a la carta.

- Herzliche Begrüßung beim Check-in - Belegschaft/Personal (Empfang, Restaurant, Taxi/Fahrdienst) - Ort für das Frühstück

- Strand:Extrem bevölkerter Strand: Die Menschen liegen derart dicht gedrängt beieinander, dass es schwierig ist, sich einen Pfad durch die Menschenmassen zu bahnen, sei es zum Restaurant, ins Meer oder zurück ins Apartment. Die Besucher lagern so nah an der privaten Veranda der Villa, deponieren ihre Utensilien dort, und Kinder, die den ganzen Tag vor der Veranda spielen und lärmen, dass eine Nutzung der Veranda zur Erholung schlichtweg unmöglich wird. Zudem sind die Personen so dicht dran, dass sie ungestört in das Wohnzimmer blicken können. Der Strand wird angeblich als einer der schönsten auf Koh Samui gehandelt, was leider überhaupt nicht zutrifft. Er ist überlaufener als Rimini und der Ballermann 6 zusammen. Früh morgens bis 9/10 Uhr ist es jedoch äußerst angenehm zum Frühstücken, doch darüber hinaus ist der Strand für nichts weiter zu gebrauchen. Denn früh morgens herrscht dort Ebbe, und man kann nicht einmal schwimmen oder schnorcheln, da das Wasser zu weit zurückgewichen ist. - Pool: Der Swimmingpool war ebenfalls unbrauchbar, und die wenigen Liegen sowie die davor angebotenen Massagen ebenso wenig, da der Pool von kreischenden und spielenden Kindern überfüllt war. Das glich eher einem Wasserpark für Kinder als einem Ort der Erholung und Entspannung für Erwachsene. - Lage: Das Hotel befindet sich an einer gefährlichen und stark befahrenen Hauptverkehrsstraße. Man konnte täglich dankbar sein, mit dem Motorroller unversehrt wieder angekommen zu sein. - Frühstück: Kein Büfett und lediglich 3-4 Optionen zur Auswahl. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt definitiv nicht!

Restaurant was good, great breakfast. Beach area was nice, too many hidden rocks in water, not great for swimming with so many people in small area.

The room allocated was a disaster (104). The toilet was blocked when we got there. The roof of the patio area was falling down on one corner and held up by sticks on the other. NO ambience in that room but following my complaint (toilet) we were given a better room, but not with any vigour. The price for the 1st room was 'way above' any value for money, very disappointing.

Die Hotelanlage hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Besonders schön ist die direkte Lage am Strand – wirklich traumhaft. Wir hatten einen kleinen Strandbungalow in der zweiten Reihe, was für uns ideal war, da wir jederzeit direkt vom Strand zu unserem Bungalow laufen konnten und dadurch trotz des teilweise sehr vollen Strandes unsere Ruhe hatten. Unser renoviertes Zimmer war modern und angenehm ausgestattet, das Bett war sehr bequem und insgesamt gab es an der Ausstattung nichts auszusetzen. Am Pool waren außerdem ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Die Lage bietet direkt an der Anlage eine Massage sowie einige Restaurants und einen 7-Eleven in fußläufiger Entfernung. Wer allerdings mehr von der Umgebung sehen oder verschiedene Restaurants, Shops etc. besuchen möchte, ist auf ein Auto oder Taxi angewiesen.

Leider war das Frühstück für uns eine große Enttäuschung. Wir hatten extra ein Zimmer inklusive Frühstück gebucht und bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie etwas anderes erwartet. Statt eines Buffets oder einer größeren À-la-carte-Auswahl gab es lediglich eine sehr kleine Karte mit vier Gerichten: English Breakfast, Joghurt mit Granola, Thai Breakfast oder Croissant mit Marmelade. Davon durfte man sich genau ein Gericht aussuchen, dazu ein Getränk. Das empfanden wir für ein gebuchtes Frühstück als sehr eingeschränkt und enttäuschend. Auch der Strand ist etwas, dessen man sich vor der Buchung bewusst sein sollte. Der Strandabschnitt wird auch von vielen Tagestouristen besucht. In der Mitte der Bucht steht ein großer Baum, unter dem sich sehr viele Menschen sammeln. Dadurch kann es am Strand zeitweise extrem voll werden und es entsteht regelrecht eine Massenansammlung. Für uns war das aufgrund unseres Bungalows in zweiter Reihe kein großes Problem, da wir uns jederzeit zurückziehen konnten. Am Strand gibt es außerdem nur etwa fünf Doppelliegen. Wer dort eine Liege möchte, muss also wirklich früh dran sein. Am Pool hingegen waren ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Zusätzlich möchten wir zukünftige Gäste beim Check-out auf etwas aufmerksam machen: Uns wurde zunächst mitgeteilt, dass ein Strandhandtuch auf dem Zimmer fehlen würde und wir dieses bezahlen sollten. Wir konnten glücklicherweise nachweisen, dass sämtliche Handtücher vorhanden waren und wir das Zimmer vollständig und ordnungsgemäß hinterlassen hatten. Die Forderung wurde daraufhin zurückgenommen. Trotzdem war diese Situation sehr unangenehm. Wir empfehlen daher, beim Check-out genau darauf zu achten, dass alles korrekt erfasst wird.

Locatie was top! Amazing!

Zeer druk met toeristen die het resort een beetje verzieken, weinig privacy om echt te genieten van je vakantie.

La nostra camera con vista sull’oceano era bella così come descritta, faceva parte di un gruppo di camere di nuova costruzione, ma per il resto il complesso non era un granché.

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per il mare, ma siamo rimasti delusi, l’acqua era sempre torbida e c’era poca visibilità per fare snorkeling. La zona piscina piuttosto trasandata con spazzatura in giro o che restava lì ammonticchiata per giorni, era anche piena di bambini urlanti per nulla controllati dai genitori. Il personale della colazione poco disponibile e poco cordiale sembrava quasi che ti stesse facendo un favore. Per la colazione non c’è il buffet e la scelta dal menù è molto limitata, sia per la quantità che per la quantità che sono troppo misere.

The hotel facilities was convenient, stayed in a newly renovated beach suite and pool villa. Very nice beach, calm in the morning. The bell boy did a great job and was very nice. Dont miss the restaruant the Cliff close to the hotel.

The beach (public) is very crowded and people are right outside your terrace, it’s not very calm unless you have rooms/bungalows further from the beach (even though the beach suites are quite expensive compared to other room types. Also, people cross the resort in masses to reach the beach. Sometimes the no. of sun beds by the pool were not enough for the residents because outsiders could enter the restaurant and pool area, and rent sunbeds. Hotel guests were not prioritized. Breakfast a bit so-so, service as well.

L'accès direct à la plage qui ressemble à une crique, est magnifique. Elle est accessible au public. Superficie de la chambre Deluxe vue mer Superficie de la salle de bain Le fait d'être en villa non mitoyenne Les tarifs négociés par l'hôtel pour les taxis et la gentillesse de la compagnie de taxi. Les personnes de la réception transmettent les messages reçus par l'extérieur. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les jardins, leur entretien et le calme qui règne.

Nous n'avions pas connaissance que le restaurant et la piscine étaient accessibles aux personnes de l'extérieur. Nous ne savions pas que le petit-déjeuner n'était pas servi sous forme de buffet et les formules du restaurant sont restrictives : très peu de fruits, 1 boisson chaude et 1 jus de fruit. En revanche, la qualité du petit déjeuner servi était très bonne. Notre villa était vétuste et le manager nous a expliqué qu'elle allait être refaite en septembre, dans le cadre du programme de rénovation. Bel endroit pour se ressourcer. Nous le recommandons.

L’emplacement prix d’une belle plage

La finition des logements n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur. Le dessous des lits est très sale, la piscine est ouverte aux gens de l’extérieur qui consomme au bar les petits déjeuners ne peuvent être servis à partir de 8 heures. Nous avons demandé deux lits séparés qu’il a fallu payer 25 € de plus par jour lors de la sortie de l’hôtel à 11h pétantes, nous avions le personnel devant notre chambre pour nous virer récupérer nos affaires et évacuer la chambre.

Gezin (3 personen) verbleven in 2 slaapkamer bungalow direct aan het strand. Mooie ruime kamers, fijne douches en ruime eigen overkapte patio. Restaurant geeft gelegenheid om te ontbijten, lunchen of diner. Strand is mooi, met een taxi overal makkelijk naar toe.

Property is beautiful with very nice landscaping and view of the beach.

I had a beachfront villa wich was amazing for the view and convenience of walking to the beach with it being literally off your back patio but it is also a public beach so as the day continues you will literally have guest just a few feet away from your patio, and when there are kids it can be quite noisy if you plan on spending the day in your villa.

The staff were very helpful. We rented a scooter for a few days, used the massage parlour on the beach and had a meal at the beach restaurant. The pool was delightful, the cabin and shower comfortable. We had a great stay!

The hotel is in the bend of a busy road. No noise from the road, but it was at times a little challenging trying to cross.

Das Personal ( nicht der Manager ) war sehr freundlich .

Die Zimmer lagen an einem Hang und waren nur aufwendig zu erreichen , dazu waren die Zimmer mehr als kläglich eingerichtet , nicht mal ein Tisch an den man sich mit seinem Laptop setzen konnte war vorhanden . Achso Laptop , dieser war sowieso kaum einmal zu nutzen , da das angepriesene Highspeed Internet so langsam oder teilweise garnicht vorhanden war . Um die sogenannten Villen in denen wir wohnten lag nur Dreck und Bauschutt wie auch längs des Weges zu diesen . Das Frühstück ist mehr als einfach und nur eine sehr geringe Auswahl , ich hatte 17 Tage nur getoastetes Brot mit Ei Und ein wenig Lachs . Das Resort selber liegt zwar vom Anblick gut gelegen , jedoch zur sogenannten High Season ( so sagte es der Preis aus ) war tagsüber ständig Ebbe und der Strand ( öffentlicher Strand ) an den Wochenenden sehr voll . Direkt vor dem Resort nur steiniger Boden im Wasser , besser man geht ca 60 bis 70 Meter zu Nachbarresort um dort auf Sandboden ins Wasser zu gelangen . Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde irgendwo im Resort ständig etwas erneuert oder repariert ( ausser der Internet Zuleitung ) und so waren immer irgendwo Lärm oder Absperrungen wahrzunehmen . Auf die Villen zurück zu kommen , einfache Bauqualität , sehr sehr schlechtes Finishing ( Türen öffnen und schliessen schlecht , Malerarbeiten schlecht ausgeführt , Fliesenarbeiten auf den Terrassen nicht gut , Im Badezimmer wurde nach Fertigstellung nie richtig Grundgereinigt und so war der Zementschleier noch auf den Fliesen . Alles in Allem , eine sehr sehr ungepflegte Anlage und teilweise sehr alt , für mich preislich total überzogen !!!! Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt recht enttäuschent und wir sind froh das es die Kinder nicht so wahrgenommen haben . Dazu kommt das die Anlage selber , etwas vom Schuss liegt und man für eine Auswahl guter Restaurants , ca. 20 Minuten fahren muss . Bei Check Out gewährte man uns 20 % Discount aufv die Restaurant Rechnung , der Witz ist nur das Hotelgäste sowieso 10 % bekommen

Die Crystal Bay gehört sicher zu den schönsten Stränden der Insel. Das macht auch den Reiz dieses Hotels aus. Die Anlage selbst ist in Ordnung, unsere Beach Suite (frisch renoviert) war sehr schön und wir hatten einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Auch das Restaurant ist gut, wenn auch etwas teuer. Schöner Pool, sehr nettes Personal

Einige Bereiche des Hotels müssen noch renoviert werden, da sie schon etwas abgenützt wirken. Die tägliche Reinigung könnte etwas gründlicher erfolgen.

Une vue magnifique qui ne compense pas les graves déceptions de cet hôtel** ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Nous avons séjourné au Crystal Bay Yacht Club à Koh Samui et, malheureusement, l'expérience globale s'est avérée très décevante. Si l'emplacement de l'hôtel offre indéniablement un panorama superbe, le reste de la prestation est loin d'être à la hauteur. Points négatifs: Les chambres :** La décoration est sobre, pour ne pas dire minimaliste. Surtout, évitez absolument les **"villas jardin" situées près du lobby** : elles sont tout simplement lugubres et misérables. Un cadre peu privatif : La plage étant publique, le restaurant de l'hôtel est ouvert à tous les passants. Résultat : la clientèle de l'hôtel ne bénéficie d'aucune attention particulière ni d'un sentiment d'exclusivité. Le personnel :L'accueil et le service manquent cruellement de chaleur et de professionnalisme. Le personnel n'est pas vraiment sympathique. Insécurité et vol (Inadmissible) :Le point noir de notre séjour a été un **vol de 150 euros en liquide commis dans notre chambre par le personnel de ménage. L'argent se trouvait dans un portefeuille lui-même rangé dans un sac fermé, ce qui témoigne d'une intention de vol claire et préméditée. Face à cela, l'hôtel n'a absolument rien fait, nous renvoyant simplement vers la police locale. En résumé :Un établissement qui ne vaut clairement pas le détour, malgré sa jolie vue. À fuir au vu du manque de sécurité et de considération pour les clients.

לנו בוילה על הים, היא עברה שיפוץ ונראת ממש נחמד. הארוחת בוקר עבורנו היתה נפלאה מפני שמזמינים במסעדה מנה לפי תפריט מי שאוהב בופה עלול להתאכזב. החדר על הים מול נוף מרהיב ולשם כך הגענו למלון. יתר החדרים פחות מפנקים מזכירים את תאילנד של פעם.

Please get some comfortable dining chairs. The timber upright "school chairs" are not holiday chairs and not conducive to long, laid back and enjoyable meals.

Tiene una piscina hermosa, un espacio de tumbonas frente al mar que parecen un sueño (no tienes que pagar para usarlas) y un restaurant frente al mar divino! El desayuno incluido esta super bien y el predio es realmente hermoso. También tiene un espacio frente a la playa para hacerse masajes (pagando por fuera) y es espectacular. Las habitaciones son lindas, comodas y el premio me gusto mucho. Tiene salida directa a la playa que es espectacular.

Error mio pero no me fije que era un resort familar asique en lo personal fue molesto el tema de tantos peques corriendo y gritando por el lugar. Si van en plan familiar es un lugar perfecto, si preferís lugares más tranquilos nose si lo recomendaría. Antes de reservarlo tener claro que planes quieres hacer porque si tu intención es ir a visitar las islas el resto queda lejos de los puertos y hay mucho transito (1hr para llegar al puerto aprox)

Simple, clean and comfortable room. No frills but perfect for an island, beach/pool stay. Beautiful established natural area around the rooms and resort. All staff that we came in contact with were polite, caring and well presented and professional.

There were some children swinging and jumping off the tree in the pool. Staff did speak to him/them to stop but only after watching him do this several times. There were no signs around the pool to prevent this kind of behaviour, and staff should intervene quicker. Its a beautiful place, and should stay that way even when parents haven't instilled good choices with their children. I would have liked a (hair) conditioner in the bathroom/shower, or a 2 in 1 shampoo conditioner.

Great location, but recommend you hire scooter or car.

KS bed was very comfortable. Thai timber furniture is very heavy , very chunky and very uncomfortable. Not good for old or travel weary bones. The bungalow I had unfortunately had an air con unit blowing onto it 24/7 from the bungalow next door. It made things pretty uncomfortable . .noise and heat. Crystal Bay is so peaceful, calm, quiet and picturesque. You can turn your brain off for a few days. Fix the aircon problem and my stay was close to perfect.

Great location , friendly helpful staff, comfy and spacious! it’s right on the beach so no complaints there! Quite a traditional & rustic property with a need for a bit of an upgrade to gardens and pathways. Bike hire is available at a good price and negotiate on a weekly hire. Tours service next to reception is overpriced- shop around

My bungalow was right by a fountain which is nice but the pump was buzzing all night and there’s a lot of light around the area shining into my room. I have suggested better block outs

We stayed in the Beachfront Suite which was very spacious, clean and had a private terrace directly overlooking the beach. The location was perfect for us, it wasn’t too busy during the day and the restaurant and pool area were great.

+ приветливый персонал; + большой выбор номеров на любой вкус; + работают с нормальной компанией по прокату автомобилей, очень удобно и адекватно; + собственная парковка для автомобилей, для постояльцев бесплатно; + бассейн, вокруг него много лежаков с зонтиками и столиками; + первая линия, очень живописная и уютная бухта, прекрасный вид и релакс; + отличные свежевыжатые соки в собственном ресторане.

- комары! Не знаю, как внизу возле моря, но в домиках, которые на горе, их полно, на балконе сидеть вечером невозможно. Либо заранее запасайтесь спиралями. Если вечером или ночью открыть окна, комары налетают в комнату моментально; - количество блюд на выбор в ресторане большое, но их качество в целом не очень, особенно том-ям, ну совсем не хороший. Понравились только отдельные блюда, но таких мало;

Hôtel confortable dans une des plus belle baie de l’île. C’est un endroit idyllique pour se reposer, la piscine et la plage sont très belles et le service de restauration complet. Tout est accessible rapidement en Grab, scooter ou Taxi. C’est l’endroit idéal pour séjourner à Koh Samui.

Stayed 3 nights here, staff were really helpful and friendly the whole time. Room was great and spacious with a lovely bathroom. Only mention i would have is that a lamp would be great. 😊 Beach was lovely and had some great options for restaurants along it. Hotel restaurant was nice food too ! Nice private feel and a short bike ride down the road to a more busy area.

Great value for money. The resort is located in a peaceful and isolated area with a beautiful private beach, which made it perfect for relaxing. The property is large, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room to enjoy the surroundings. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay

Wonderful location with direct access to the wonderful Crystal Bay. The pool was gorgeous. We also really enjoyed the Fire Show at the restaurant too.

Restaurant was a little overpriced. Beach needs a clean up in places. Two bedroom rooms would benefit from a microwave/mini kitchen for quick snacks. A name change would be good as ‘The Yacht Club’ is a little confusing, as there are no yachts in the bay.

Het resort ligt aan een prachtig strand, vanuit het resort zijn er strand stoelen waarmee je bijvoorbeeld onder een aantal bomen op het strand heerlijk kunt vertoeven. Mooi zwembad wat pas gerestaureerd is met voldoende ligbedden. Gasten van buitenaf kunnen tegen betaling ook gebruik maken van de faciliteiten, kan daardoor soms wat druk ogen. Het verblijf in de huisjes met twee slaapkamers was prima, mooi schoon, redelijke bedden en goede airco. Dichtbij zit een 7-11.

Mon hôtel préféré à Koh Samui. Grands bungalows confortables, personnel aimable et souriant, jolie piscine et excellent restaurant. Seul bémol ils ont remplacé les transats de piscine par des chaises longues en plastique très inconfortables

Kleinschaligheid van het resort en baai. Alles was overzichtelijk en met kinderen variërend tussen de 7 en 14 ideale combinatie van zee, strand en zwembad

Veel stenen in de baai. Bij laag water was een groot gedeelte van de baai niet toegankelijk door de scherpe stenen in het water.

Die Villas sind hübsch eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Personal eher freundlich. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist ok.

Crystal Bay ist generell überfüllt mit Touristen. Der Strand ist relativ klein und ständig überfüllt. Für diesen kleinen Strandabschnitt hat es einfach zu viele Hotels. Das Restaurant des Hotels ebenfalls immer überfüllt. Das Frühstück besteht aus fixen Menu-sets, aus welchen man eines wählen kann. Die Menu-Auswahl relativ mager. Das Hotel hat zu viele Bungalows/Villas gebaut... es hat zu viele Leute. Um das Hotel hat es keine grosse Auswahl an Restaurants. Es hat gerade mal 1 Restaurant (Silver Spoon, welches sehr gut ist), eine Gelateria und 1 7-Eleven...

bungalows sind in die jahre gekommen und renovationsbedürftig. ein teil wurde bereits renoviert. frühstück à la carte, kein buffet. teuer für die nicht renovierten bungalows.

Clean beach, great staff and facilities

I probably wouldn’t choose this resort a second time. The beach is very nice and definitely the highlight, but it gets quite crowded during the day. The rooms were okay—nothing special, but acceptable for the stay. Unfortunately, the surrounding area of the resort felt a bit unkempt and gave off a somewhat rundown vibe, which affected the overall atmosphere. On the positive side, the location by the beach is beautiful if that’s your main priority.

Läget, den goda maten samt pool området var toppen. Maten var fantastiskt god, den absolut bästa hotell maten under hela vår Thailands vistelse.

Rummen hade inte den standard som vi förväntade oss utifrån de bilder som vi fick vid bokningstillfället.

Amazing beach, friendly restaurant staff. Very clean rooms. The entire setting is just beautiful.

However, during our stay they were putting up a wall right outside our cottage, the hammering and drilling made it very uncomfortable, from early morning. Also, be aware of the car rental advertising at reception. This is NOT operated by the property - they don't tell you that they take only cash until they deliver the vehicle, and then they want to take your passport.
