This mini holiday was not my first one in Ho Tram Boutique and despite all new developments in the area it is still my favourite. The property is nice and well maintained. Highly recommended

Everything was pretty much very good, therefore I have no negative comments to make about the place. Maybe if the staff would know a bit more English.

L'hôtel en bord de mer est incroyable tant sur l'emplacement et le décor que sur les prestations. Dépaysement garanti. En semaine les prix sont très abordables. Ils montent beaucoup le week-end.

We love this place for its beautiful grounds, excellent facilities, and private beach. Unfortunately, the service did not match the standard we expected, and it made our stay disappointing.

Too many employees had a “can’t do” attitude instead of trying to help. This was not our first stay, and once again, no one offered to help with our luggage during check in. At a resort of this level, this should be standard service. The beach bar was another frustrating experience. I asked for a coffee by the pool and was told it was “too dangerous” to serve it there. Fifteen minutes later, another staff member served a bottle of wine with glasses to a couple sitting right next to us at the pool. There was no logic or consistency in the explanation. The bungalow rooms are definitely in need of renovation. It looks like the hotel has already started updating them, which is good to see, but the older rooms still feel tired. And finally, the pillows. They are incredibly overstuffed, like a turkey on Thanksgiving. Please offer softer pillow options. A good night’s sleep is one of the most important parts of a hotel stay, and having a choice of pillow firmness should be a basic amenity. We genuinely enjoy this property and would love to return, but the service needs significant improvement to match the quality of the location.

The venue was lovely. Wish I could have stayed longer. Beautiful place. Lovely room and lots to do. Food was great and staff were friendly.

My only issue was the bathroom light kept tripping the power in my room and one of the bedside lights began flickering when I plugged on my charger on the second plug. Electrics may need looking at in LAVENDER 1. Forgot to mention on checkout as driver was waiting.

The pools and the beach views were absolutely stunning. The facilities such as our spacious room and the bar by the beach were stunning and we absolutely loved spending dinner there, and sat by there almost the whole time to relax.

We found that the staff were quite uninterested in assisting us or serving us food. When we wanted to have lunch, we would go to the restaurant and receive glares, which made us quite confused. Many members of staff spoke little to no English, although this was understood completely by my partner and me, as we understand this is a smaller, more localised town. When asking questions about where to get menus and where to sit, staff were cold and ushered us away from them, which came across relatively rude.

Everyone working there is so friendly. The gardens are so enchanting and tranquil Very nice breakfasts. Next to the beach. Spacious bedroom Plenty of hot water for showers. Had beautiful massages

It did not bother me, apart from a few of people, their spoken English is not great and the time to serve the food can take longer than what we are used to in Europe

We returned to Ho Tram Boutique after visiting here 19 years. The whole layout of the resort has a lovely vibe, with a lot of attention to gardens and trees for shelter, unlike the sparseness of many neighboring resorts. We were an extended family of eight and all of different villas were delightful.

The resort restaurant was a bit limited, which is typical of a lot of these places I guess.

Wij verbleven in een fantastisch boutique resort, omgeven door prachtige natuur. We hadden een bungalow midden op het resort, wat zorgde voor veel rust en privacy. De bungalow is ruim opgezet en stijlvol ingericht. Vooral de badkamer was bijzonder: het open dak gaf een unieke en luxe ervaring. Het restaurant bood een uitgebreide menukaart met zowel internationale als Vietnamese gerechten. Ook de drankenkaart was zeer uitgebreid. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was goed en het terras aan het strand is absoluut een groot pluspunt. Daarnaast hebben we genoten van de spa, die van hoge kwaliteit was. Ook het ontbijt was uitgebreid en verzorgd. Kortom: een echte aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar een luxe en ontspannen verblijf. In het bijzonder willen wij het personeel van de receptie bedanken en complimenteren. Zij waren uitzonderlijk vriendelijk, meedenkend en deden er alles aan om ons als gasten een prettig verblijf te bezorgen. Dat maakte echt het verschil.

Het grootste deel van het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar helaas gold dit niet voor iedereen. Een simpele begroeting leek soms al te veel gevraagd en vragen werden af en toe onvriendelijk beantwoord. Ook kregen we eens te horen dat bijvoorbeeld cappuccino “op” was, terwijl dit meer leek voort te komen uit onwil om deze te maken of te halen. Gelukkig was dit zeker niet bij alle medewerkers het geval, maar het kwam wel voor.

The setting of the resort is absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The two pools are beautiful and perfect for relaxing, and the breakfast is both delicious and very well organised. Being right by the sea is a real highlight, with plenty of sun loungers to unwind and enjoy the view. Everyone at reception, including Bien were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The team who assisted with our bags were also fantastic and made our arrival and departure feel smooth and stress-free.

The service at the restaurant/ bar on the beach was very slow.

das Meer und entsprechend Strand von Plastiktesten übersät, wobei die Personal sich bemüht es zu entfernen. Im Restaurant wäre mehr „europäisches“ Essen und mehr Auswahl von Fleisch-/Milchprodukten sowie qualitatives Rindfleisch wünschenswert.

The hotel grounds made a very pleasant impression — everything is literally surrounded by lush, well-maintained gardens, creating an atmosphere of comfort and tranquility. The restaurant impressed with its delicious, high-quality cuisine, and the variety of dishes was a delightful surprise. The spa area is of a high standard, an ideal place to relax and recharge. I would especially like to highlight the professionalism of the staff — attentive, friendly, and always ready to help.

Fantastic location. Peaceful, relaxing, great beach and spectacular sunsets. The bungalows blend in with the surroundings. Great facilities and wonderful, friendly staff - Mr Bien will organise anything for you and the bar manager, Duong (?) is hilarious and makes awesome cocktails - the ice spice is our new favourite. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Unterkunft war ein Traum. Schön abgelegen hat man seine Privatsphäre und ein unglaublich schönen Strand. Auch die Tennisplätze haben uns sehr gefallen. Wir hatten keinen Lärm durch Bauarbeiten (bezogen auf ältere Bewertungen)

Het is prachtig resort, gericht op westerse toeristen, erg smaakvol aangekleed en met mooie tropische begroeiing! De beach bar is een fijne plek voor een hapje of drankje. Het eten in het restaurant is goed. Manager Biên sprak gasten regelmatig aan voor een gezellig praatje. Zwembaden zijn fijn, dikke kussens op de ligbedden. Het strand is fijn om onder de bomen of parasol te liggen, de zee is minder geschikt om in te gaan ivm golven en sterke stroming. Alles wordt goed bijgehouden.

Wij hadden(voor 1 nacht) de voordeligste kamer geboekt, Beetle 1. Het was een eenvoudige kamer met een vrij hard bed en een airco. Doordat de airco ontzettend veel lawaai maakte hebben wij deze uit gezet en de plafond ventilator aangezet voor wat verkoeling. Helaas maakte ook deze veel geluid en hierdoor hebben wij hele slechte nacht gehad. We hebben deze klacht gemeld en er is aangegeven dit voor een volgende gast op te lossen.

We have just returned home after a fantastic week at the Ho Tram resort ... hotel staff could not have been more helpful or friendlier rooms were beautifully clean ... and breakfast had a wide range of food to cover everybody tastes. Would not hesitate to go back again if I needed a peaceful break

Meillä oli oma iso huvila omalla uima-altaalla, aivan ihanasti sisustettu. Koko resortin alue on niin kaunis! Palvelu on huomaavaista ja tyylikästä. Resortin kaksi isoa uima-allasta ovat kivoja. Olo oli kuin The White Lotus -sarjassa.

L’hôtel très bien situé, au bord d’une belle plage (la mer n’est en revanche pas très propre). Il est très joli, même si les chambres sont un peu vieillottes. L’hôtel dispose d’une petite plaine de jeux et d’un toboggan dans l’une des deux piscines, très appréciés des jeunes enfants. Il dispose également d’une belle piscine d’eau de mer. L’hôtel est flexible sur les check-in avant l’heure et les check-out après l’heure lorsque la chambre n’est pas occupée avant/après.

Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes (mais sont propres) et pas très bien isolées contre les moustiques (bien que les lits aient des moustiquaires, celles-ci sont un peu trouées). Le samedi soir, seul un buffet/ bbq de fruits de mer est proposé. Bien que le cadre sur la plage soit très agréable, le buffet est d’un mauvais rapport qualité-prix (cher et pas très bon).

Rooms are spacious and ok, food tastes very good and offers huge variety. The garden was beautiful designed, ideal for relaxing, just watching or walking. Beach with beach bar and two pools compete for your pleasure with all equipment needed. Spa, fitness room, sport, leisure possibilities and activities all week for many tastes. What you should know: - the resort is not new, hence some people feel it needs renovation. But it has his own charm and staff takes permanently care of everything. - you are not in the Caribbean with crystal clear water for snorkelling or diving. - for doing excursions/trips you have several attractions and you need some travel time with a car. - you have to be patient when ordering food or drinks, but hey are all genuinely friendly and fulfil all your wishes. That is what can make your stay wonderful if you take the time und attention to let them take care about you. Their restaurant manager Bien is extraordinary.

The location was amazing, right on the beach. The whole site is one huge tropical garden. So beautiful! There is a surprise around every corner as you walk around. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing break, this is the place! There are two pools, fresh water and sea water. The water is warm in both and of course there is the sea which is like a warm bath. There is a lovely beach bar which is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. where you can order both food and drink. The main restaurant has a slightly more extensive menu. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Chanced on this beautiful place for a 4 day stay at the end of six weeks travel. What a beautiful tranquil place to add to lovely memories of Vietnam. Set in gorgeous gardens with a surprise at every turn this resort sets onto a golden sandy beach. Staff were all cheerful friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the chats at the beach bar with Bien Tuan and Khan. This is an amazing place and we will be back.

Sometimes the waiting time for food was too long. All guests should receive their food at the same time. Once my Dad and Sister received their dinner 45 mins after the rest of the table. Also I’d like to suggest you offer a kids menu with smaller portions

As for many years, perfect experience ! Luckily the weather as the see were great, the resort still charming and the staff kind and committed. It s always a great pleasure to spend few days there in a cosy and genuine peaceful atmosphere. The food is still various and very good, prices really reasonable. Amazing Breakfast . Good choice of wine as well. I know it s difficult period to find extras as was there during Tet holidays, however i would recommend the management to add some anyway during these hot peaks; the staff was overworked even however still very performant!

We stayed in Emerald Ho Tram next by, but ate only here for 9 evenings. Very nice food, good prices, staff is friendly, they have a bar next by the see. It was sad to have our last meal to leave this place. Special thanks to Bien the manager, Ngan our wonderful waitress and Tony bartender. We ate almost all of the menių, everything what is fresh raw , perfect. Good cocktails at the bar. Will add the meniu in pictures.

Beautiful location on long and wide beach. Had amazing service from Huong in the main dining room who anticipated our every need. Thank you! While food was slow from kitchen and often cold, you can’t beat the setting. Room was big and comfortable. Huge salt water pool fabulous!

There is nothing else there, it is in the middle of nowhere, do not be fooled into thinking there are restaurants and bars, there is nothing, you have to eat and drink in the hotel, no other option, the prices are not expensive, but not cheap, it makes you chill as there is nothing to do!

The staff were so friendly. Special thanks to Dai and Nhi in reception, Tuan and Yao in the bar, and our lovely waitress Nung who took such good care of us and was always smiling a welcome.

If you have mobility issue this is not for you. We had to walk quite a distance through the beautiful gardens to get to the restaurant. However, Dai in reception kindly moved us into a different bungalow for the last two nights. They also have only one bar and there is space for more. Also a few more benches around would allow people to appreciate the beauty of the gardens.

We stayed here for just 2 nights and 1.5 days - nowhere near long enough to really relax after the stress of ho chi Minh airport! Got a 2 bedroom family bungalow for our family of 4. The furnishings are beautiful and traditional and two services a day has the mosquito nets raised and lowered. Homemade chocolate chip cookies and mandarins were a thoughtful touch at turndown. Our favourite hangout place was the nautical bar and the saltwater pool. Everything is within easy walking or free cycling distance. We also enjoyed fabulous spa treatments! Would have been great to try pool, archery or paddled the small river. We will have to come back! Only suggestion is for at least 2 main door keys be given as one between 4 meant we just kept the door unlocked. We didn't worry about locking individual bedrooms. And husband was a bit grumbly about the shower head and would have preferred a walk in shower than a bath to climb into.

Beautiful architecture, quiet, well maintained, lovely staff and food/ drinks.

HTBB has a large beautiful green territory with all sorts of trees, ponds and lakes. Squirrels and chipmunks happily zoom along the brunches chasing each other, and funny birds are joyfully flying around, while little lizards and geckos are hurrying to hide in the foliage. Most rooms are bright, spacious and clean, showcasing natural Vietnamese construction techniques, with decent plumbing. You may have some occasional visitors from outside, but the bed is equipped with a safeguarding mosquito net. The included breakfast is a bit simple and lack daily variety apart from soup selection. Sadly there’s nothing around the resort within walking distance and beach area is mostly just a huge empty underdeveloped space. But there are two pools, and we really enjoyed the salty one, as it is rather long and always stays cool. The staff is very nice and are always eager to help. The head manager is an amazing host, and we had wonderful time here thanks to her radiant energy and her fantastic team.

This place is really beautiful. We had a great stay in one of the ocean view villas. There’s a 2,5 hours taxi drive from HCMC, can take even longer during traffic hours. The room was clean, big and even more beautiful than the pictures. The only thing to complain about is that you can hear the neighbors in the bathroom (open space near the ceiling). Breakfast was great and the lunch/dinner restaurant offer many different options and a great view by the sea. There’s no other close by restaurants or shops.

Firstly, let me have these words telling you about this beautiful resort has properly the most charming smiles and only real boutique architecture in the area, of course it is located in Hồ Tràm coastlines not far from Vũng Tàu I guess around 40km away. Well...! Can't tell you more than this, I really want to drop my personal impression and it's true feeling. Yes, I had such a great pleasure during my stay even though it was a single night for the New Year Eve's celebration, also a part of my business trip to this destination for the very first time. I totally enjoyed my stay a lot, everything was so peaceful, amazing resort, a big neat room, good quality facilities, freshness air-flow comes in every directions, clean atmosphere and long wide white sandy beach as well as friendly helpful staff and their individual smiles. Believe me, you won't regret your stay...! The resort has so many service options for the people and it’s enough choices to recharge back your energy and relaxation at this place. Overall feedback, I'm giving out 10/10 for this true journey and my personal touch with unforgettable memories at the resort from check in until check out.

Beliggenheten er flott. Stedet ligger ved en fin lang strand som vi hadde nesten for oss selv. Arealet overnattingstedet befinner seg på består av mye gamle fine trær og kanaler.

Despite the long life of this resort, the rooms are still in excellent condition. The seawater swimming pool has been nicely renovated and adds a nice place to relax and do laps.

We had a wonderful experience especially for how few other customers during this time so we practically have the entire beach to ourselves, so zen and peaceful and perfect. Customer service is very nice. Very beautiful. Worth my time.

It is a beautiful resort in a traditional style, fits to people who don’t like crowded loud hotels. Hotel has beautiful facilities, designer have done a great job with plenty of details which give the hotel its charm and soul. Personal is very helpful and always smiling, food is traditional and tasty and fresh. Beautiful beach and pool.

Unfortunately there is a construction going on next to this hotel, breaking the moments of harmony and piece which the resort offers.
