Mọi thứ điều rất tốt, chỉ có buffet sáng hơi ít món và khu vực dùng buffet bố trí sát nhau nên dễ va chạm, bù lại thì nhân viên rất quan tâm để ý khách hàng.

Quiet place not very crowded, needs a better night life and entertainment for the guests . Advantage of using the grand properties and facility.

Beautiful hotel - super clean. Having access to multiple pools across the three hotels was great. Highly recommend.

Beautiful resort and hotel. Many good restaurants with different dishes. Breakfast as a vegan was good enough. I could ask for muesli and special coffee. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. Great swimming pool.

Everything waa great. Lots of families visit so it's not always as quiet, but most of the time it is.

The 2 rooms apartment was very comfortable. Bedding was soft and clean. There was a private outdoor jacuzzi connected to the master bedroom. The kitchen was sufficient with bowls and plates, large refrigerator loaded with fresh water and sodas for us, absolutely free of charge! Breakfast was good with variety. Markets and restaurants are about 20 mins away taking taxi.

Both bathrooms had very slow drainage. We notified the staffs and they came to fixed it right away but still did not work so well. The infinity pool was so nice, but the pool floor was so rough that after swimming our feet were sore. Highly recommend to have swim shoes!

- Tuy khách sạn nghỉ dưỡng 5 sao nhưng thiếu 1 số chuẩn cơ bản: Không có welcome drink; căn hộ 1 phòng ngủ không có bàn trang điểm. - Tivi không có YouTube, Netflix - Khách sạn nằm trong khu vực đang xây dựng nên cảnh quan phía trước cạnh công trường khá ngổn ngang , xung quanh chưa có nhà hàng, cà phê hay bất kỳ dịch vụ du lịch nào.

Beautiful surroundings, grassy areas and the pool was pristine. Loved the massage, the private pool in the penthouse superb and the view fabulous I loved the gym

Absolutely brilliant for a few days and if you played golf then possibly longer. However, there was no “countryside” or area beyond the Resort to explore.

The complete resort is very clean, high level personnel, delicious food , rooms are very spacious and beautiful.The swimming pool with the view over the sea is super.👍👍👍

Didn’t found something what I didn’t like.

Extraordinary location, great facilities especially with access to the companion hotel group next door.

There’s a lot of construction work nearby, ambient noise was a bit annoying but nothing too bad.

Les chambres sont propres et confortables mais destinées à des familles qui recherchent le calme car pas d'animation. Il faut aller à Holiday Inn pour trouver des animations.

The hotel is very nice with a good service quality. The staff was amazing, always available and offered to help before even asking.

The bed by the pool are not included in the price. It is quite surprising regarding the level of service of the hotel.

Room was very big and comfortable. Very clean hotel. Great breakfast with fantastic staff. Lots of beds around the pool. Can use facilities in other hotel a massive bonus.

The TV in the room doesnt have the ability to log into Netflix which was my biggest flaw. As there is no where else near the venue to go I thought the food and drink was expensive.

It’s very convenient to have shared facilities with the three neighboring hotels, and the grounds are quite extensive.

The transportation system to Ho Tram is not convenient.

Super Resort, neu, sauber, direkt am Meer. Traumhaft!

The resort is clean, quiet, comfortable and very accomodating for families. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful.

It would be wonderful to see some new or updated menu options, or children's options as well.

All of us love it 7 in all .villa was great .like photos..friendly staff plus been able to use the grand hotel facilities as well was awesome 👌

Personeel was heel vriendelijk, het hotel zelf was schoon. Goed ontbijt.

Dat het hotel zo ver weg van alles was maar goed dat wisten we toen wij dit hotel boekten. Dat het zo afgelegen is ben je dan wel afhankelijk van de restaurants van het hotel en die van de twee naastgelegen hotels. En die waren vrij prijzig! Gewoon Europese prijzen.

Pool was good. Room set up was good. Staff were very friendly.

Only issue had was that the shower didn't drain properly.

Vänlig personal och mycket hjälpsamma. Det var rent och fräscht. Bra att man har tillträde till närliggande hotellkomplex. Väldigt lite folk vilket var skönt. Ingen trängsel någonstans. Bra frukost!

Half board is a rip off. Breakfast + lunch or breakfast with diner basis lunch menu only. So no normal diner menu. Not explained on the booking sites.

The pool and gym were nice and modern. The plants and trees were nicely appointed throughout the property. The Interco and Holiday Inn properties were within a short walking distance.

The reference of a private pool 1 BR apartment with ocean view should be corrected. The pool is really not a pool, but more of an oversized sunken tub - and certainly is not private at all - being visible from pedestrian walkways and from nearly all apartments in the above floor rooms. The room also did not have any ocean view. The Bedroom was small and had no space for walking or placing bags or suitcases, the closet was small with no doors. The bathroom was nice and fixtures were modern, the towels were new, but low grade and smaller than most hotels in the same price class. The shower drained slowly and the design of the lip on the floor was not preventative for spilling out water due to the slow draining water buildup during a normal shower. The daily room service was done, but not at a 4 or 5 star professional level. As an example, the tea pot and coffee cups used the day before were not cleaned or washed until the second day, when the staff was asked to clean then so they could be reused. On arrival, there were dust bunnies and hair on the floor of the living room area under the couch and coffee table. There was no warning that advertised facilities would not be operating during the stay period. For example, the spa was only open 2 weekend days, but not during the week. The breakfast area had no buffet on one of the days due to low census. The beach behind the property was really not swimmable. The Interco charges Ixora guest to use their mini-golf clubs and balls. Really a guest turn off. There was a noisy energy plant next door that could be heard at all hours from this room and outdoor tub. Additionally, heavy equipment could be heard rolling and building new roadway/parking lot areas for the power plant. Lastly, construction workers on phase 2 & 3 worked into the night every night, and during the day and noisily banged their hammers on steel as the high rises continues its structural framing.
