It is so old, not taken care of hotel, was even a bit nasty. Did not expect it from Ibis / Accor group. Ibis was always trustworthy thing to stay for a night or a few, but not this time. It was smelly, room was fool of ants, when asked about early bird breakfast was told we could have a coffee and that is all. Paint was off, tiles were off, bad smell next to the room.. Vibe of bad old motel, not hotel :(

The first room we were given had a very strong chlorine smell. The second room had a 20cm long mould stain on the wall by by the window. While I appreciate that the staff offered alternative rooms straight away, it is not great to offer those two rooms to guests to stay at in the first place.

Posizione dell'hotel molto comoda, struttura moderna e accogliente; staff cordiale, gentile e competente; colazione molto varia e buona con prodotti di qualità per poter soddisfare i gusti di tutti; camera pulita e confortevole con parcheggio all'esterno della stanza.

Θα ήθελα μεγαλύτερο χώρο στο πρωινό και το air condition σε υψηλότερη θερμοκρασια (έκανε πάντα κρύο στο δωμάτιο)

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo Ibis e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita ed accogliente, con un comodo posto auto immediatamente fuori. Una menzione particolare per la colazione: ricca e abbondante, adatta ad ogni palato. C'era di tutto tra salato, dolce, creme e frutta. Le dipendenti, inoltre, sono sempre state molto disponibili e ciò ha reso il pernottamento ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo!

Colazione nell’area dedicata abbondante ed attenta a tutte le esigenze (colazione dolce e salata, per intolleranti al lattosio, glutine, ecc). Personale molto disponibile ed educato. Le camere sono molto ampie ed anche una famiglia di 4 persone come noi stava larga. Parcheggio frontale alla camera, riservato. Pulito.
L’area verde intorno potrebbe essere tenuta meglio.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Bardzo przyjemny hotel, czysty i spokojny. Blisko autostrady ale nie słychać przejeżdżających samochodów. Pokój dość przestronny z parkingiem bezpośrednio przed drzwiami. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, zdecydowanie wystarczający wybór jedzenia. Jedyny minus to doliczenie podatku miejskiego, pomimo że na Booking cena była ostateczna. Polecamy.

In un hotel a 4 stelle mi aspetto che i tavoli per la colazione siano apparecchiati e non di dover cercare anche le tovagliette. Il cuscino era bassissimo, quindi molto scomodo per i miei gusti, ma lascio aperta la possibilità che abbiano disponibile il cambio cuscino dato che non ho avuto modo di chiedere

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Ciekawy wygląd hotelu i pokoju. Bardzo blisko do super sycylijskiej restauracji i dobrze wyposażonego supermarketu. Możliwość dotarcia nad pobliskie morze (na końcu dość stromym szlakiem turystycznym). W części hotelu istnieje ciekawa możliwość zadokowania samochodu przy samym pokoju, co ułatwia manewry z bagażem.
Pod pokojem mieliśmy chyba pomieszczenie gospodarcze? Dało się wyczuć jakieś wibracje (wentylator, chłodziarka?). Jednak zrezygnowaliśmy z zamiany pokoju, którą nam zaproponowano (oprócz tego pokój był cichy i przyjemny). Dojście do stacji kolejowej było zaskakująco długie. Lepiej postawić na dojazd samochodem.

החדר מיושן, המיקום מרוחק מקטניה, והמחיר מופרך לחלוטין. אנחנו מניחים שהם גובים את הסכום הזה במקרים בהם הר הגעש מתפרץ וכל הטיסות מבוטלות אבל זו רק השערה שלנו, אחרת אין הסבר למחיר הלא הגיוני שהם גובים על לילה במלון

Posizione periferica quindi se si vuole cenare si deve prendere l’auto e andare in centro. Nel bagno c’era un odore di fogna appena accennato ma comunque presente. Cosa a mio parere davvero molto grave per un albergo . Poneteci rimedio!

It is a bit far from the center of Agrigento, but for those who have a car there is no problem, there is free parking.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Es ist sowohl mit dem Auto, als auch mit der Bahn von Catania aus sehr gut zu erreichen. Eigene Parkplätze auf dem Gelände. Alles sehr sicher. Die Hotelanlage hat einen sehr schönen gepflegten Garten und liegt sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind groß, geräumig und werden täglich gereinigt. Alles super.
Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist, ist das Frühstück, das weit hinter unseren Erwartungen blieb. Der Kaffee aus den Automaten ist schlecht und die Speißenauswahl viel zu gering. Wenn Speisen leer waren dauert es zu lange bis wieder aufgefüllt wird. Für ein Hotel dieser Klasse war das Frühstück nicht gut. Der Rest aber alles sehr gut und schön.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Camere molto spaziose e abbastanza pulite, staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Buona colazione. Parcheggio vicino alle stanze.
Le camere non hanno nessun armadio, solo un appendiabiti. Per chi soggiorna per diversi giorni è molto scomodo dover tenere sempre tutto in valigia. La camera al piano terra nell'edificio della reception era disturbata dal rumore della sala colazione al mattino e poco isolata dal rumore delle camere adiacenti. La zona dove è situato l'hotel è in mezzo al nulla, c'è giusto un ristorante raggiungibile a piedi. Non lo consiglierei a chi non ha un auto a disposizione.

Non essendoci una hall/sala comune per sostare, avevamo chiesto la cortesia di poter accedere in anticipo alla camera spiegando la necessità di preparare un lavoro per un concorso ma la richiesta è stata respinta con un atteggiamento indisponente da parte del personale della reception. Alla fine ci è stato concesso di rimanere all’interno della struttura nella sala colazione ma l’atteggiamento del personale è stata la nota più dolente. Comfort e Privacy inesistenti: La camera, oltre a mancare della necessaria riservatezza, era rumorosa a causa dell'affaccio diretto su una trada trafficata che ha reso impossibile il riposo. L’igiene della camera si è rivelata abbastanza carente. È inaccettabile trovare diversi insetti all'interno della stanza. Gentilissima invece la signora che si occupava della colazione/sala. Colazione buona e abbondante. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è sproporzionato per il servizio offerto.

La camera non era pulita ma soprattutto piena di zanzare . La colazione 🤦♂️ Le vetrate della hall non si potevano guardare completamente sporche 😞

Pouvoir garer la voiture devant la porte de notre chambre, c'est plus rassurant et pratique.
