The mattress was stinky and the coverall blanket was the same from previous booking - smelly . It was just spread out neat. The towels were rough, dull and had few loose threads coming out. You can verify that either of the 2 towels placed in the bathroom is yellowish, rough and dull and the other slightly rough. There is no softness.

There were only about 3 in the room...not a single one of the staff greeted me or offered me a coffee or tea.they are so backward in coming forward.tgey all need to be sacked...show zero interest

Decor is a bit tired and in need of updating. The beds are short and not mattresses weren’t very comfortable. Some guests were smoking in their rooms which appears to be permissible by the hotel.

Furniture in the room needs repair/renovation. Balcony looks very dirty. Staff at breakfast too busy chit-chatting among themselves; need to be more attentive to customer requirements.
