Reviewed Aug 1, 2025At the time of breakfast we found whole bread loaf was found covered with fungus. The staff did not check it before placing on the table. Also found lot of cups with broken edges. The Sabudana khichadi was not cooked properly. Overall this property is needs lot of management changes to avoid such issues.

Bathroom fitments were very inappropriate and uncomfortable! Wash basin was stuck inside a narrow space - nearly impossible to do a convenient face wash. Hand faucet in the toilet placed on the wrong side!

It’s not what the images shown on your website. Studio room is well short of studio. It is just little bigger room. Your 3D images of property is misleading.

Location was a bit in the interior lanes. Washroom is slightly on a smaller side.

But food options were minimal , no lunch was available until asked and when asked it was hardly 4 options given from which only we had to choose. A place in Gujarat ought to have had aamras so disappointed they didn’t have any fruit juices or milk shakes not even amras. Only water melon juice and fresh lime soda was there with butter milk or lassi. It satisfied. We had to order from outside to eat.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2025The hotel is located in a calm locality, few hundred meters from the main street and city center. It has a grand outlook, friendly staff and comfortable rooms as advertised. The cleaning staff is quite regular and everything is maintained quite well.
The rooms had no view or sunlight coming in. One of the window faced the corridor and the other faced the neighboring building. There was no microwave oven, induction or anything provided with the kitchenette. Even if the rooms are ready, the property charges INR 1000 extra for early check-in. The TV was tiny and barely had any channels to watch.

Reviewed Jan 14, 2025Very clean, the staff are proffessional and the breakfast was.lovley with plenty of choice. We met the owner, who is a lovely lady eager to ensure guests have a lovely stay. The location is great...walking distance to the areas we wanted to visit.
The shower in our room was not working properly. We did report this and the maintenance guy did come to repair the issue. However, it wasn't, Having said that the other rooms we hired were fine with no issues with the shower.

Reviewed Oct 24, 2024Parking problem. Only 6 vehicles can be accommodated. Rest kept on the road. At the birthday celebration people occupied all the parking and in house tourists kept their vehicles far away from the hotel. Disgusting . One of the owners opposite the hotel fought with me.saying that he will damage my vehicle if I kept my vehicle on the road near his residence. No staff from the hotel came to help me in this situation.

However, the fitness room as mentioned in the features was completely out of order, with no facilities in it. A boutique hotel generally has some spa facilities available which wasn't the case here.
