Rooms are great, staff are amazing and the location is good. Miss Kristine in the restaurant lights up our mornings every time we go for the amazing buffet breakfast. The entire team are lovely.

Dies war mein zweiter Aufenthalt im Aston Kuta. Beim ersten Mal war ich noch sehr zufrieden, aber leider war mein zweiter Aufenthalt eine große Enttäuschung. Das mir zugewiesene Zimmer war meiner Meinung nach in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und entsprach überhaupt nicht meinen Erwartungen. Erst nachdem ich mich deutlich beschwert hatte, wurde mir ein besseres Zimmer angeboten – allerdings zunächst nur gegen Aufpreis. Für mich war das der letzte Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Schade, denn nach meiner ersten positiven Erfahrung hatte ich etwas anderes erwartet. Überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert!

Chambre sans fenêtre. Grand buffet de pdj mais pas très bon dans l’ensemble. Une fontaine à eau qui traîne dans le couloir mais pas d’eau fraîche. Rideau de douche moisi et beaucoup de détérioration. Hôtel très vieillissant

Ho prenotato una camera superior matrimoniale con vista piscina, ma mi e' stata assegnata una camera standard vista palazzo e non vista piscina. La stanza non garantiva acqua in bottiglia per lavaggio denti. E sorpresa l'ultimo giorno si aggirava un topo nella lobbye dell'hotel.

Clean, spacious room, with a big balcony. Great breakfast, lovely staff. The pool was really nice and we had it all to ourselves for a good hour in the morning, the only problem is that it is raised so from the loungers you can't see your children so it makes it hard to relax. Had the bbq dinner at the rooftop bar which had a lot of options and pretty good value, included a fresh juice or beer and was timed well with happy hour 2 for 1 cocktails for 85k from 6-8pm.

Our room, number 138 was infested with mosquitoes, just when we killed about 5 more seemed to appear. Should have mentioned it to reception/housekeeping during our stay but we were only there for 1 night at the end of our holiday. My husband and sister in law were covered in mosquito bites on our return home.

Excellent location, was chosen so I could walk to airport early in the morning - 20 minutes. Also able to walk down to beach for sunset. Room was clean and good size. Did not have breakfast or use any other services/amenities.

Even though I arrived at 4pm (check-in starts at 2pm) I was told I needed to wait for my room. After standing for about 5 minutes I went back to desk to check and was given a key. Not a smooth experience. The plastic shower liner was a bit too long so made it awkward, and the dark color blocked light but this is a minor thing for 1 night.

C'est un bon emplacement. La chambre est grande et propre. Les personnels sont serviables et sympathiques. Pas mal de choix au petit déjeuner. Nous sommes contents de notre séjour.

Une petite amélioration pour le dîner. Plus de menu balinais.

La proximité avec l’aéroport et le personnel très réactif et gentil car nous avions une suite avec 3 chambres mais une odeur de tabac atroce en entrant et nous avons été immédiatement relogés dans 3 chambres spacieuse côte à côte.

Convenient, comfortable woth a great buffet breakfast. Staff were very helpful in organising transport to our next destination.

Very clean, and got a free filtered water dispenser outside of our room, not sure if they are near everyones room, but very helpful 😅

Water pressure for the shower was a little disappointing but not terrible, can still wash and clean self. Just little bit of a weak flow.

La chambre vaste et le lit confortable

La douche était délabrée, c’est vraiment dommage car la chambre était plutôt bien mais aucun effort pour la partie salle de bain. Un rideau de douche qui n’était plus blanc mais jaune à cause de la crasse et de l’âge, des tapis de sol dans la douche qui était devenus gris/jaune et très sales. Bref ça ne donnait pas du tout envie.

The breakfast was amazing and loads of options.

Our kids loved the swimming pool and we enjoyed our cocktails right next to them while they were swimming.

Everything was perfect. The room was incredible, the restaurant had a variety of different dishes to suit everyone’s taste. All of the staff were really friendly and kind. I was lucky to get the room we stayed in and would actually ask for this room again if we travel to Kuta again.

Everything was great except one thing. When the room service were cleaning our room each day, they keep leaving the doors open and letting too many mosquitoes fly into our room. This made me have to spend more than 1 hour each night searching for them all which are very hard to find and we were being bitten all night long from mosquitoes because staff did not close doors while cleaning. This was very annoying and took away from the enjoyment of the room.
