Badkamer : verouderd bad met een gordijn. Muzieklawaaihinder : veel te luide muziek van een zanger bij het avondeten. Ook om zeven uur 's ochtends werden we wakker door veel te luide muziek. De locatie is een veel te drukke, verouderde en lawaaierige stadswijk van Kuta.

The property location is especially convenient for catching flights early morning due to its distance to the airport. They even packed our breakfast to bring to the flight. Staff are very nice and helpful.

The Indonesian food in the restaurant i had were catered for Western taste and not truly authentic.

The staff were beautiful souls and very helpful.

The tiles on the bathroom can be slippery when wet as the shower arrangement (in bathtub) allowed water to spill out onto floor.

The Risata is a beautiful, sprawling, older-style Balinese resort, set amongst gorgeous tropical gardens. The service and friendliness of all the staff were exceptional. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well maintained. The location is great — situated at the quieter end of Kuta, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, while still being close to the airport.

Noise from the guests upstairs was easily transferred into our room, including footsteps, talking and furniture being moved.

Staff are amazing -super friendly and helpful. Great location with easy walking access to beach, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and other shopping, water park, etc and easy driving access to airport, Jimbaran, Benoa, and beyond. Perfect pool with plenty of sun or shade. Apartment-style rooms that are super spacious with great privacy.

Some rooms and facilities are a bit dated but this is something they are always working on - with improvements every time we visit.

Sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer war groß und sauber. Gute Lage direkt neben dem Flughafen

Qualität des Frühstücks war nicht gut. Das Ambiente des Mittags-bzw. Abendrestaurant „Jepun Bar“ ist nicht ansprechend. Das Essen war in Ordnung. Bauarbeiten in vielen Zimmern wurden zu wenig versteckt. In Bad war regelmäßig ein stinkender Fisch-Geruch, welcher teilweise wieder weg ging aber wieder kam. Außerdem ist das Hotel eher für ältere Gäste geeignet. Zudem ist das Lokal sehr indisch geprägt und Essenstechnisch daher für Europäer nicht so abwechslungsreich.

The swimming pool and grounds were lovely, the food was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was close to the airport and shopping centres.

The room was so hot, the air conditioning didn’t work well at all.

Gute Lage, auch sehr nah am Flughafen. Man hört jedoch keine Flugzeuge starten oder landen. Schöner Pool, das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Man muss wissen, es hat viele indische Gäste dort. Diese verhalten sich nicht diskret. Es sind laute Menschen, eine andere Kultur. Mehr muss man dazu nicht sagen.

Outdoor facilities were excellent. The restaurants were very good and delicious food, except the rewturant serving the morning breakfast.

Staff during the morning breakfast in the live counter was unfriendly. Made us wait for a long time and eventually we had to cancell the order. Bathroom- the tub had hair dye scar and drain was clogged. The exhust diffucer at the Top of the water closet was fully dirty and and the same was falling on the WC. No lift available to access 1st floor

Welcoming, clean and friendly. Close to airport. Pool was fantastic. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly.

If you are coming for a resort holiday this is great! The staff were so nice and the spa was fabulous! After 2 weeks of bad water pressure in villas the head spa was bliss!

Really convenient for the beach and shops. Standard tourist hotel. Good pool. We got upgraded to a two room suite for some reason. Staff helpful. Pretty much just what you would expect really.

Room upgrade was fine but two bedroom suite was a bit 'tired'. Also moving from two rooms each with an ensuite to a suite with one ensuite and one shared bathroom is not really an upgrade. I mean we had a lounge and kitchenette but for a one night stay had no opportunity to make use of these. A shared bathroom was not a problem but it might have been for some.

Perfect for the last night before a flight. Close to the airport, clean, comfortable, and surrounded by a beautiful garden. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place, friendly staff

It did smell a little of mould in the room. This was a downside, but I have found this in some properties in Bali.

It was clean and tidy. Lovely entry, just a nice place really.

I cannot make any complaints.

The breakfast buffet has changed and heavily caters for Indian cuisine,which carries no descriptions. Some western style food but minimal in comparison. Also depending on the time, certain food not available due to other guests.

This is quite a big property and is beautifully landscaped. The staff are amazing, always happy and can’t do enough for you. The pool area is excellent. Breakfast was delicious. The location is good, close to walk to but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing.

Didn’t use the facilities this stay was for 1 night as we had an early flight the next day. The pool area looked lovely and the bed was very comfy. There was lots of hot water and the water pressure was very good.Although close to the airport the road layout for airport access was convoluted. The walk into town took about 30 minutes.

You could hear people walking past the room and people coming and going although this stopped around 10 pm.

Friendliness of staff was amazing made you feel very welcome. Breakfast was amazing 👏 Food in restaurant and bar was superb. Any issues fixed straight away.

Quiet a few Indians kept to themselves not many westerners at the time of stay.
