Sono stato in questo albergo già due volte. La struttura è meravigliosa, le stanze enormi e pulite. Certo comincia a sentire un po' il passare del tempo ma la manutenzione è costante. La colazione è fantastica, la suggerisco assolutamente. Lo staff molto disponibile.

Konum olarak ulaşım için taksi kullanımı dışında biraz zor. Etrafında restoran, alışveriş merkezi tarzında olanaklar yok.

This was my first time staying at the hotel the ultra luxury and premium hotel but it felt like this was not at all value for money in jinan city where as wassim hotel which was 2x lower price has better service and location as well .

Everything . The hotel felt like old in this generation . The room was average.

Spacious room with comfortable bed. Decor is slightly dated but well kept. Gym is well equipped with cable machine, Smith machine and barbell. Breakfast was served in a bright and airy atrium. It had a good selection of local and western options.

Very bad smelling room. Changed at request but without help. Laughing staff seemed well aware. WiFi password not working at arrival. Poor food quality in specialty restaurant.

Very good breakfast. Rooms are big and comfortable. Staff doesn't speak a good English but luckily I can speak Chinese so I faced no problem.

This hotel is in central of Jinan, very close to Shandong museum. The hotel looks is not new but well maintenance with luxury design. The room condition is nice preparation, clean and things are on its way. Only air condition is no cool even set temperature down, but maintenance team come to service to be cooler at night time. Breakfast is multinational food with good material and taste.

I stayed here 4 nights in my vacation trip and can fully recommend the Jinan Sheraton. The checkin and checkout were very fast. The room was comfortable, large and very clean. The breakfast has a great choice. Located just across from the Jinan Olympic stadiums. l also recommend you the breakfast fabulous. Well I recommend you this great hotel.

The breakfast was good. Has a good variety of western and Chinese breakfast meals. The chefs were lovely. Out of everything loved the syrup I used for waffles and pancakes. Really fantastic and quality

The limited food options of the room service. Good quality of food, just was not fond of the flavor or lack thereof .

The location, the hotel the breakfast was all very good.

Wifi was very bad. I had to switch off data to access many apps as it is very poor and inconsistent. Just to add, if the hotel is leasing space for a spa to operate, they should not allow below standard spas to operate out of the property. It also affects their reputation.

The building and facilities are really old and lack of maintenance. Also lack of service.

Both the reception and concierge staff are excellent and very helpful. Room is clean and lovely. Fitness center staff are very friendly too.

It is fine for the side such as service quality, updating the room according to the level of membership and the room size. On the other, the furniture in room looks a little bit old, but it is fine, because they maintain it will. Secondly, the location is quite far from the West train station,because the hotel is located on the East side, but it is my own problem and doesn’t relate to the hotel.

Good location. Easy to get a taxi. Metro stations nearby. Big hall on the 1st floor to easily arrange events signing activities.

Dinner at the first floor. When I arrived at the hotel it was 7pm. There were few food and many shelves were already empty.

1. Bathroom was good to take showers. 2. There were CNN, CNA, etc, channels on the TV. 3. Welcome fruits.

1. The survey card on the table was showing previous guest’s words written at 1 month ago. 2. The TV sometimes had no signal and shown just a blue screen. (I encountered twice) 3. Breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor did not reach my expectations. There were limited kinds of food and many of them were Jinan local food.

The hotel was a bit old, but located at the good place

I am a Marriott (which runs Sheraton hotels) Titanium member. When I checked in, there is no recognition and upgrades, although the hotel is quite empty. When I go to swim, the pool is full of kids because the hotel tried to make some money by offering the pool to local kids. I talked to the manager and they just apologized but without any actions. You can not get basic service in the hotel. Not recommended to stay.

It is one of the best Sheraton Hotels in the world, I have so far experienced like the Abuja Sheraton and Towers. The rooms are wonderfully spacious and comfortable. The Restaurants are serve hard-to-choose sumptuous buffets. It induces over-eating but the starters and deserts are comforting to the appetite. The spars and the pool are so good and lovely. It's a lovely amazing resort and transforms hospitality in tourism.

One street away from the Jinan Olympics Stadium. This hotel is in the east part of the town. The room size is spacious and the hotel check in check out is very professional and efficient. The hotel is suited for business trips around the development zone of Jinan. Hotel staffs were helpful. It is interesting to see the hotel staff training new employees live in the executive lounge. While watcthing the live training, I feel even the smallest thing like serving the tea or table manners can be hard to grasp. Hotel management is an art! I enjoyed the stay very much. Hope to come back again.

雰囲気はさすがに良いホテルだと感じました。エレベーターも数があり、待つことなく良かったです。朝食もいろいろと種類があり美味しかったです。

Sheraton was very good to me while I was there. Service was amazing and hotel was clean. My two criteria.

除了位置有点偏。。。附近没什么可以逛吃的地方。。。。行政楼层的下午茶选择有点少。。。别的都非常满意。

Stayed in the hotel due to the proximity it has to the office. The hotel was right in front of Jinan Olympic stadium so there was a good view of the architecture of the stadium. There were 3 restaurants available in the hotel. There was an ATM machine (this saved my life as I didn't have enough foreign currency with me, while wechat and alipay requires a China card). There was a couple of selections for western food as well.

Fabulous hôtel! Spacious room, wonderful view from the 15th...(picture : view of my room) because I like play tennis 🤩 I really enjoyed to eat at the great buffet the evening (seafood, chinese's meals) and drink a nice draubt beer (pint). I also recommend you the breakfast : fabulous!!! Well I recommend you this great hotel 👍

Several months later, I came to Sheraton Jinan Hotel again. Due to the tight time, I actually didn't expect much for this trip. After all, it's just a one-night business trip. However, when I came to the hotel, I surprisingly found Dora has already arranged me the same room as the last time just because I mentioned that room is quiet and the layout meet my taste very much. Such careful arrangement of Dora made me feel like a family member is waiting for me to come back home after a long trip. Stepping into the room, everything seems familiar to the last time. There were even a bunch of rose on the bedside cabinet! Thank you Dora, Thank you Sheraton Jinan Hotel.

Stayed at this Sheraton while on business trip with several colleagues. Staff was very helpful with more than adequate English competency. Rooms were clean and quiet. Only meals we had in the hotel were breakfasts, which offered a massive buffet selection. Lots of traditional Chinese and Western selections. One recommendation for restaurant chefs is to not pre-fry so many eggs. I asked for over-easy and I was pointed to a pile of over hard fried eggs with broken yolks. Not very appetizing. Overall, this was a good hotel choice and was very reasonably priced. Recommend.

Very new hotel and comfortable... area around is not busy as Taipei city center, but still a lot of shops and malls around.

Sheraton Hôtel Jinan ! Checking experience even if it’s 4 stars Hôtel are terrible and the room need a big change , the carpet are terrible dirty and need to be change , same in restaurant very Dirty . And also the issue is they don’t respect foreigner , when I make my checking the ladies said to her collègue in Chinese “ you don’t care and we don’t care he don’t understand Chinese !!!!! So respect at all
