I really liked the cleanliness, comfort, and the professional service from the hotel staff. The atmosphere was relaxing and everything was well organized, making the stay very enjoyable.

Excellent facilities within the hotel. The restaurant at level 3 is very good. The ground floor cafe has good coffee. Surrounding the hotel has a few convenient stores and snacks places.

The accessibility is restricted to the upper floor check in level or main lobby before the room level. There transition of lift access might take a little longer to your room.

Genial. Me dijeron que es el mejor hotel de Jinan y esto es bien posible. Todo impecable. El restaurante japonés de la planta 52 es fabuloso (aunque caro). Las vistas desde la habitación (planta 55) eran increíbles.

My third stay in Kempinski Jinan for 8 nights and everything was absolutely perfect once again. The beds are stunning, the breakfast is varied and very good quality. Housekeeping service is exceptional. I cannot fault a single thing about this hotel and it remains my undisputed go-to choice when staying in Jinan.

因为演唱会的关系，原本2点可以入住的，一直到晚上6点半左右才有空房可以入住，等了老半天，实在是令人失望。感觉酒店不具备同时接待大批客人的能力。但其他都挺好的。

The only minor point was that not all staff were fluent in English, but they always made a genuine effort to assist, which we truly appreciated. For those planning to travel during summer, please note that the city can get as hot as 40°C. If you’re not used to such high temperatures, like myself, it’s important to take precautions to avoid heat stroke — stay hydrated and limit outdoor activities during peak hours.

You can not discard any toilet paper into the toilet! Or ir immidiately blocked! The service is awful. When delivery reached hotel, the concierge said nothing was there, I had to go downstairs to pick up myself.

马桶只要扔一张卫生纸纸就堵上，非常难用。 入住的时候前台给错房间，给的低一级的房间，住到一半被告知给错了房间，可以换去正确的房间，嫌麻烦不换房间的话拒绝退差额！ 上班时间主持电话会议的时候酒店不停打电话到房间问一些乱七八糟的事。 开会时房间外有请勿打扰的灯，服务员很清楚看到了请勿打扰的灯，仍然在外面使劲敲门，并在未允许进入的情况下擅自闯入房间打扫卫生，打断两次国际会议，多次驱赶才赶走！参加电话会议的人都惊呆了！

Clean comfortable

I went to have lunch with my family today, and the variety and quality of the food and drinks are amazing, especially the cranberry cream cheese and white wine. After lunch, I took my two girls to the playground and they had a great time there. The manage Sarah brought us pleasing experience.

this was my second time at this great hotel traveling on business to Jinan . amazing staff and clean .very warm welcome and a personal welcome from the general manager who went above and beyond , even arranging contact with sister hotel in Beijing for our onward travel . Thank you again and we will keep in contact for our next trip .

The staff is really helpful, the hotel manager very care about all and very kind. There are two excellent restaurants in the hotel, one is Japanese and the second is the grill bar....the two of them are at the highest level and it's a really amazing experience to eat there. It's my second time in that hotel and for sure I will come back again when I visit Jinan again

Beautiful and luxury

Excellent view since all the rooms are high up in the sky. The rooms are excellent and so is also the breakfast that lacked nothing! The downside was the area, really boring with no shopping close by and terrible traffic every day. Also the wifi was the worst I have ever experienced at any hotel.

Great property and amazing breakfast with so many options rivalling HK and other big city 5 star hotels. Not many staff speak or understand English well but hey! It’s China and we have translate apps on our phones now.

Location have no subway near by.. and no green space for leisure facilities..to walk around.

Perfect stay

Room was nice, breakfast was excellent, 68-th floor view was magnificent, staff was friendly.

I could not manage to control the temperature. Although I tried several times to change it from controller but all night was too warm (26C).

I want to be very clear and precise in my review: the hotel is very nice and prestigious, the rooms are stunning and big, the breakfast is good, if so, on my first day at the hotel after the room was delivered, I put my things and left the hotel, a guy came in to clean, opened my suitcase, rummaged through my things and stole from me $900 from the suitcase since there is no one in the hotel who knows English and when I asked where the suitcase was they didn't know what I wanted so I left the money in the suitcase. I didn't imagine that in a prestigious and respectable hotel, things would be stolen from the guests. I called the police and dealt with them from there. The hotel staff did not help me and sided with the cleaning guy even though they saw on the cameras that he entered the room for no reason 5 minutes after I left the hotel. If you can't feel safe in the hotel room on your vacation what does it matter how beautiful and luxurious the hotel is?

On the 55-69th floors of the tallest building of Jinan. Good location and easy to find a taxi. The facilities were new and smart. The staff was nice. The restaurant had various food and drinks with good city view.

She treats guests as idiots and integrity as garbage. I experienced a farce today, Linxian Fang, the front desk employee of this hotel directed it all. I stay at this hotel often and the front desk staff often encourages me to write good letters, so on my last trip I got a verbal promise to upgrade to a suite next time, When I came back here today, the Fang hosted me and when I asked if I could keep my promise to upgrade to a suite, she turned me down and told me it was full tonight. Except for the very expensive diplomat suite. I checked today's booking through the hotel's official website and found that all types of rooms are available，I posed this question to Fang, if I book a suite now through official channels, will I be able to stay. Fang told me that the official website is inaccurate, even if your reservation is successful we can only upgrade you to a diplomat suite for free because that's all we have left. I think it's a good deal, I plan to book a junior suite to experience better. But at this point Fang rejected me and gave me two conditions, one was to pay an additional $500 to upgrade to the Diplomat Suite, and the other was that she had just found a basic suite available. Not satisfied with being cheated, I saw a sxxtly lie and I exposed her. Then told her to go ahead and check me in and explain. She had a very bad attitude, refused to check me in and told me there was a problem with my booking, then left her post and went backstage until her colleagues came out to end the farce. During the special period,I have visited Jinan by business needs ,to stay at such great hotel; not far from mess downtown, landmark building in new district; safe and health measurement are all in place; staff are very friendly, room did have the best view in city, I have to say great experience at the end!
