After reviewing so many hotels in Taipei, we settled on Just Sleep Ximending. We wanted to be by Taipei Main Station and this hotel was 1 stop away but we settled on Just Sleep because we booked a triple room for our family of 3. The hotel is located in Ximending, an upcoming trending neighborhood with a night market a few steps away. The hotel lobby is located on the 5th floor. It also had a Hello Kitty 7-11 convenience store at street level with an ATM. The room was spacious with 3 separate twin beds. There was also a table which seats 4 people. There was space to put our luggages and many places to hang clothes or use the hanging knobs. Our view faced the Main Street and since our room was in the corner we had a great view of the city plus we did not hear any street noise or noise from neighboring rooms. The breakfast served had asian and western foods and it did change daily. We also had access to coffee/tea everyday and snacks were provided in the late afternoon into evening. We figured out that there was an elevator midway down the block to take you down to the mall level and easy access to Taipei's train system (Blue Line) so we didn't have to walk any stairs. It was great to use this elevator after a full day of sightseeing with my achy knees (location X6). The lobby staff, chefs, waiters/waitresses, and housecleaning were all great especially during breakfast when staff was clearing out dishes and cleaning tables. On the last day our plane back home was scheduled for 7pm. The staff was more than happy to let us stay in our room for 3 hours for an additional cost which was not expensive at all. Overall, this was a great choice for a family of 3. We paid a bit more but it was definitely worth it. Highly recommend this hotel!

The best thing about Just Sleep Ximending was definitely the location. It was very convenient to the MRT and close to a pedestrian shopping and dining area, which made it easy to get around Taipei and find places to eat nearby. The beds were comfortable, and overall we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast had a good selection, and I especially appreciated having several fruit choices. The one disappointment was that the eggs and bacon were consistently cold. The staff was friendly and helpful.

住宿位置離捷運方便（西門地下街6號出口上來就到了），西門町也很近，逛街吃飯都很方便。吃早餐的交誼廳非常方便，可以買東西回來吃，飯店員工也都很友善熱情，是很好的住宿體驗。

房間雖然有除濕機，體感舒適，但剛進房間會有很明顯的下水道味道，另外隔音不是太好，電梯以及隔壁的聲音還有外面下雨的聲音都會聽到。 床雖然蠻舒適的但是有點短，晚上睡覺腳會一直伸出去。

This hotel is amazing - rooms are great, aesthetics are so fun, the bathrooms are great with big showers, the bed was so comfortable. The hangout spaces are a real plus and puts this hotel ahead of the others. The staff were all so kind and friendly. Cold/hot water dispensers of every level. Unbeatable location - just down from ximen exit 5, a 2-3 mins walk to the main ximending area and one station from Taipei main station. I loved everything about staying here.

Everything, great customers service stands out for me.

Personally the breakfast I would perfer more traditionally Taiwanese style but iyd personal choice. Whats offered was great quality none the less. I only realised the main reception is on 5th floor when I arrived but staff came down to help with luggage.

We had a nice time in this hotel. The room is big enough and the bed was comfortable. I really liked the breakfast buffet. Very convenient location, near the metro and Ximeding.

北部旅行四天三夜，Booking平台幫我升級豪華房間+30平方+早餐，才選了這間當旅程的最後一晚，實際抵達919號房，一開門就發現，開門就快撞到牆、格局很奇怪，床很大，但空間明顯是不足30平方的，浴室也是黑黑暗暗的，不敢關門洗澡、上廁所！ 因帶著孩子沒有多想，床偏硬、一整晚都沒有睡好，隔天一早看見逃生地圖「所有房間的房型」發現919是偏小格的，沒有達到30平方的大小，跟櫃檯反應她們也是堅持這個就是豪華房、空間是對的。 「飯店現場空間明顯與平台升級的標示不符合」影響消費者與訂房平台的信任！ 早餐選擇也偏少，還沒到達結束用餐時間，有許多空盤沒有補，吃、住最基本的品質都沒有達到🙃🙃 8/26入住/個人感受 平日3640$這價格可以住更好的

המלון נמצא במיקום מעולה - ממש ליד רובע XIMENDING התוסס ובמרחק קצר מאוד מתחנת הרכבת המרכזית. החדר היה גדול ומרווח והמלון היה נקי ומסודר. אהבנו את הלובי שמשמש גם כחדר אוכל בבוקר שהיה מעוצב בצורה יפה ונתן הרגשה של חום ואינטימיות. הצוות מאוד שירותי ואדיב וחוויית השהיה שלנו הייתה מושלמת

櫃檯人員很親切，讓人很舒服！講解也很清楚，連寄放行李都很被感親切，大廳也由有提供茶點飮料，很設想周到，讓旅人能在路途上放鬆許多！謝謝捷絲旅，下次有機會再入住！

Ho reclamato perché lo scarico dell’acqua del bagno era molto inefficiente. Non solo non hanno risolto il problema ma mi hanno proposto di spostarmi in una stanza molto più economica. Non è ciò che mi aspettavo da un albergo a 4 stelle. Altro episodio spiacevole a colazione. Ho capito che mettevano i tavoli riservati per non pulirne altri. Quando mi sono seduto, mi è stato chiesto dal manager di turno di “alzarmi immediatamente”. Avevo osservato da vari giorni che a quei tavoli non si siede a nessuno quindi non erano riservati. Quelli erano gli unici tavoli con le sedie provviste di schienale.

I thought the best part about this property would be its location but I have so much more to praise! The location is extremely central, with an elevator access just outside the building that leads to the basement level of the Ximen station. It is also walking distance from the Ximending market. The cutest Hello Kitty themed 7-Eleven is right underneath the building. Apart from that, we loved that the staff was so helpful and courteous. They helped us out with every small request. The breakfast was exceptional -- with a wide variety of items to choose from! We already miss the creamy scrambled eggs, the soft breads and the little cheese cubes! The snack bar and chill zone at the lobby level is a great added touch, with light snacks and refreshments available from 1 PM to midnight, and the Coffee machine itself is accessible 24 hours! The 7th Floor boasts of a really cool Kaleidoscope which is a great spot for clicking pictures! The 8th Floor has a very engaging play zone, we indulged in some giant lego blocks to build our own version of the Taipei 101 -- felt like we went back to being kids all over again! The room itself felt a little small for us, but as we spent 9 nights here we got very used to the space. The bed is super large and very comfortable. Just like the name of this property, we ended up having the best quality sleep at Just Sleep. The restroom is spacious and has a bidet, makes life comfortable! The shower pressure is great, and the counter space around the sink is large enough to house all the make-up and skincare!

子供連れ家族利用を想定してキッズコーナーや卓上ゲームもあった。トリプルで泊まれるホテルは少なく、4人掛けテーブルもあり、近くの西門の屋台で持ち帰ったものでの部屋食にも十分な部屋の広さがあった。 朝食は7時からで美味しく朝食付きにして正解だった。

シャワー温度設定が難しく少し操作しただけで熱すぎる状態になった。

①洗臉槽的通水口容易堵水 ②雖然淋浴間和廁所分開很不錯，但廁所氣味很不容易散去，抽風設備❌ ③充電插座不在床的旁邊很不方便 ④雖然有桌子，但鏡子在洗臉槽那邊，吹頭髮、護膚和化妝都只能站在那邊處理 ⑤廁所的捲筒衛生紙小且薄❌

位置極佳，三人房空間很夠，大桌子以外還有足夠位置容納三個大行李箱。 前台職員十分貼心，知道我們要參加活動很早出門，主動提出幫我們準備早餐餐盒。

早餐餐盒如果可以將其中一個麵包換成水煮蛋就十分完美。

Breakfast at this hotel was outstanding. There's enough variety that over a 3-night stay you can revisit dishes you loved on day one while still discovering new ones. Different types of bread are on offer daily, along with local specialties like steamed buns and roast pork, pickles and other savoury accompaniments, plus yoghurt, cereal, and fresh fruit. Coffee is self-service but limitless, and snacks are available from 1pm to midnight (just enjoy them at the restaurant). You can also help yourself to ice from the restaurant whenever you need it. Staff were wonderfully helpful, arranging tours for us and securing reservations at some of the city's most popular restaurants. The hotel has also gone eco-friendly with disposable bathroom amenities, something they flag clearly at booking, but they more than make up for it with a shared water dispenser in the corridors plus carafes and kettles you can refill as often as you like. Tea and coffee bags are provided in-room too (just grab teaspoons from the restaurant, as they're not stocked in the rooms). There's also a small on-site fitness centre for anyone wanting to stay active between sightseeing and a self-service laundry facility, if you need to freshen up your wardrobe mid-trip (will cost you 60 NTD per wash cycle and 20 NTD for 16mins of drying). Use up your collected 10 NTD coins for this! On the design front, the hotel has a distinct personality. The art throughout leans into a bold, playful street-art aesthetic (think punchy murals in deep blues paired with bright pops colour, giving the lobby, restaurant, and guest rooms a lively, urban-cool energy rather than the generic 'boutique hotel' look. There's a 7-Eleven right next door, which is incredibly handy for late-night snack runs or forgotten toiletries. And the best part of all: it's genuinely walkable distance from Ximending Shopping District!

Friendly staff, comfortable room, excellent breakfast and perfect location, with an MRT station and mini markets right next door. We loved it and extended our stay because it was so great.

Very convenient location. Friendly staff. Spacious room - no traffic noise. Beds are quite firm. Ok for me but worth noting if you prefer something plusher. Strong wifi.

Great location, excellent service staff, very comfortable lounge/lobby with refreshments available for guests. There are play areas for kids. Highly recommended, will definitely stay here again the next time I return to Taipei. Short walk to the lift to Ximending MRT. Plenty of massage shops just around the corner with competitive prices.

Walls are a bit thin, so it could get a bit noisy if you are staying near inconsiderate guests.
