i cant manage air condition. very cold. every 10 minutes i had to switch off.

ubytovaní nekoreluje s tím co je prezentováno na webu hotelu. Na webu jsou znázorněny ložnice které jsou v suterénu. My se k nim ale nedostali. Ostatní ložnice byly doslovně nevhodné pro bydleni.

早餐很豐富，可以自己煮很多青菜。早餐服務人員及接待人員都很和善貼心

隔音有待加強。浴室較小，沒有設置可防潑水的置物處，浴室地板會積水，所以洗澡或只是想洗手，不太方便

Location yes ximending but a bit far from mrt, no window , no flush on toilet , room is relatively small with this price. The cleaning service sometimes forget to clean. We should ask to clean up. Then whats the point by having “ clean up the room button “ Otherwise the reception is great and warm.. hopefully you guys can improve

L'hotel est bien entretenu, assez modern avec une décoration sympa. Il est plus grand que ce qu'il a l'air d'être, avec beaucoup de chambres et couloirs, mais c'est bien indiqué pour trouver son chemin. L'espace commun au rez de chaussée est sympa et l'emplacement est super, facile à marcher vers les restos et magasins du quartier. Les chambres sont bien decorés et propres, avec de bons lits comfortables et une belle salle.de bain, par contre, il.faut être bien.conscient que certaines sont assez petites et sans fenêtres. La.reception permets un self.check in/check out et il y a un espace de lave-linge à chaque étage. Si vous venez en voiture, il.y a un parking publique pas trop.cher plus loin dans la rue.

Notre chambre pour 3 était bien mais dans celle de mes autre enfants pour 2 personnes, il.y avait à peine la place à côté du lit. Aussi il faut noter que (au moins.certaines) chambres sont sans fenêtres - c'est bien indiqué mais.cela peut créer un sentiment bizarre d'enfermement si vous en n'avez pas d'habitude.

第二次入住整體來說早餐還不錯變化很大，衛浴設備分開以家庭旅遊來說，櫃檯人員及清潔人員都非常細心

入住第二晚桌子旁邊跑出一隻迷你蟑螂，衛浴設施浴室門後牆上應在設置掛衣物的部份，廁所另一面需在安裝廁所內側窗簾，廁所門會卡住

The room was pleasant in being clean and attractive. The location was good for access to shopping.

The staff were not facilitating and the access to metro - especially the airport line was by taxi only. After checking in I went out for supplies but when my key card didn’t work it took a long period of time to obtain another. I then discovered that my tv speaker was distorted. After a lengthy delay resulting in no response after advising reception I was required to pack up and go there to demand another room! When seeking advice re: metro I was given incorrect information that put me at risk of missing my outward flight. Not informed or reactive staff. Also note that the sounds of plumbing were so loud I was woken often through the night. Not the best of stays.

We had a great stay at Hotel Papa Whale. The room was nice and clean, although space was a bit limited. That said, the location more than made up for it. It’s hard to beat how central and convenient the hotel is, especially being just a short walk from the vibrant Ximending area, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and transportation options nearby. We did experience a small housekeeping issue upon check-in, but the staff handled it professionally and resolved it quickly. As a thoughtful gesture, they even sent us a goodie bag to apologize for the inconvenience, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful time in Taipei, and Hotel Papa Whale was a great base for exploring the city. Comfortable, convenient, and backed by responsive service. Definitely worth the trip! 😊🇹🇼

地下で不安でしたが結果快適でした

スタッフさんがあまり丁寧でないのが残念でした

- Near ximending area but quiet street 5-7min walk to ximending, near bus stops - Free green tea at night and water refilling station + coin laundry and dryer available - easy check in and check out - cozy room

- Cobwebs on the far to reach areas of the room - You can hear the conversations of the room beside you clearly

這次住單人房，感覺乾淨整潔；床的柔軟度也恰到好處，如果還有機會到台北住宿；我會再次考慮這裡。

隔音效果不是很好，隔壁房間的聲音很容易傳過來。

附切的餐廳和酒吧

洗澡排水塞了，水流出到房間。電話到櫃枱安排人維修要追幾次。修好了又要再追幾次房務來擦地和換毛巾… 結果因為要趕出門所以只好自己出房找人要髒毛巾先把水吸一吸。然後出去時也通知櫃枱要打掃… 結果晚上回去也沒有打掃，第二天，因為很晚出門，出去時也特意去跟房務說可以打掃了。晚上回來又是沒有打掃。自己打去櫃枱找人來，結果問我毛巾收不收？別人用過的臭毛巾呢。很失望，真的很失望！

The hotel offers good value for money overall. The room size is decent, and the facilities provided are more than adequate for the price paid.

The soundproofing at this hotel is very poor. You can clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms, and even guests snoring can be heard through the walls. This is the biggest downside of the hotel. Additionally, when the air conditioner is set to a low temperature, it produces a constant dripping or water-droplet sound throughout the night. This can be quite disruptive, especially for light sleepers. Other than these issues, the overall stay was satisfactory.

The only good thing about the place is the location

Was a terrible experience. They gave me a smelly room, full of dampness and bad smell. When I complained, one of the staff accompanied me and agreed so they changed the room. Around midnight the smell appeared in the second room and therefore I could not fall asleep almost the entire night. The issue is that I passed through the corridor and could smell the same thing in other rooms being cleaned at the time.

Location is good and the overall vibe is nice

It’s like a quirky style , world war style . The beds were not upto mark and no handwash or lotion .

The room was decent good value some small things could improve on but overall good for example could use a paint a few marks about would love a window but didn’t realise until I got there air conditioning and tv was a bit difficult to work out but I managed it.

The hotel is well situated within the Ximending area.

Reception Staff- especially the old male staffs were extremely unhelpful and unfriendly; not welcoming at all. The layout of the bathroom was quite interesting and you have a sink where you cannot wash your face because of the awkward layout.

Great location, staff was super nice and fluent in English.
