Das Frühstück könnte etwas umfangreicher sein, z.b. mehr Gebäck oder verschiedene Brotsorten.

Overall, the common areas of the hotel and the furnishings are somewhat outdated and definitely need to be spruced up a bit. The kindness of the staff more than makes up for these shortcomings!

We also liked being able to park our car close to the hotel though we didn't use it much. The hotel staff were great! They were always pleasant, and they were helpful. We would love to stay there again.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026We arrived after a long days drive,so were very pleased to have no hassle with parking. We’d pre booked a place in the private garage, which is located at the back of the hotel. A member of staff kindly got in the car to direct us. We were up graded to a suite on the 3rd floor, so very pleased with this. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is right in the centre of town, just 5 minute walk from all the attractions. The breakfast was great. A wide choice of food to choose from. Probably the best choice of hotel that we made on this 4 night trip across Europe.

Klimaanlage ist leider nicht besonders gut geeignet zum Kühlen des Raums. Auswahl beim Frühstück eher überschaubar, viel abgepackt.

Wir hatten lange vorab einen Parkplatz Mit angefragt und reserviert. Bei unserem Ankommen gab es nur die Aussage die Parkgarage ist voll wir hätten in ein anderes Partner Hotel38 zum PARKEN fahren können. Das ist nicht besonders kundenfreundlich nachdem ich wirklich lange vorher und den Parkplatz angefragt habe

Reviewed May 9, 2026Abgesehen von dem nicht mehr angemessen Frühstück schaffte das Personal es leider kaum Kaffee bereitzustellen. Sicherlich möchte man in Italien sehr guten Kaffee bereitstellen, jedoch klappt dies nicht mehr bei zum 40-50 Frühstücksgästen. Hier wären zwei gute Kaffeeautomaten wünschenswert. Das Personal kam daher auch nicht mehr zum Abdecken der Tische und der Bereitstellung von Besteck und Teller.
