Posizione, buone finiture e potenziale della camera, non sostenute dalla cura e manutenzione che ha il gestore della stessa.

Premetto che sia io che la mia compagna siamo persone estremamente adattabili e che raramente utilizziamo lo strumento di recensione. Siamo stati in struttura 2 notti, in suite "Cividale", pagando 300€ totali. Per questa cifra abbiamo trovato: - Finestre velux a tetto chiuse, non apribili (immagino sistema rotto), nonostante (e qui cito testualmente il testo preso dal sito della struttura): "Anche la suite dedicata a questo magnifico borgo ha ripreso questa caratteristica aggiungendo la bellezza del cielo, che si intravede dagli ampi velux del tetto". L'altra finestra, a parete, aveva un tendina rotta che non funzionava. Ergo, non abbiamo potuto beneficiare di un minimo di luce naturale durante tutto il soggiorno. - Tavoletta water MANCANTE. Non aggiungo altro. In bagno, mancava anche un misero bicchiere per poggiare lo spazzolino, che ho dovuto chiedere al bar a piano terra. - Altro sistema sponsorizzato all'interno della camera è quello della TV a scomparsa. Ovviamente il sistema era anch'esso non funzionante, con la TV rimasta esposta esattamente il linea con la fine del materasso e conseguenti calci notturni involontari. Non propriamente confortevole. -Vernice box doccia con importante scrostatura. Non un problema funzionale, ma denota la poca cura. La cosa peggiore è che, alle mie richieste (ripeto, credo lecite vista la fascia di prezzo su cui si pone la struttura) se non altro di una tavoletta, nessuno si è premurato di sistemare quanto notificato. Ho riscontrato un palese disinteresse a risolvere le problematiche sopra citate e che, in una struttura organizzata ed accorta, sarebbero comunque dovute essere rilevate PRIMA dell'arrivo dell'ospite. Unica nota positiva la gentilezza della ragazza alle colazioni che, immagino suo malgrado visto che non si è riusciti a risolvere nulla in due giorni e due notti, ha capito l'importanza dei disservizi presenti ed il conseguente disagio provocato.

Entzückendes Zimmer, herzliche Betreuung durch die neue Dame im Café. Frühstück: einfach, in unserem Fall Espresso, Orangensaft, Croissant, aber soooo gut.

Abstellenmöglichkeit für Kosmetika im Bad kaum vorhanden. Duschwand gehört wirklich saniert.

Keine Klimaanlage. Ich habe eine Unterkunft mit Parkplatz gesucht und so war sie auch auf der Website ausgewiesen - leider keiner vorhanden. Ich weiß aber nicht, ob das an Booking oder an Al Palazetto liegt

The shower was full of mold and too scary to use!!!! There was a mix up with our room and we were told just before check in that our room had changed due to technical issues. However, there was someone occupying the new room assigned so we wasted 1/2 hour of our precious time for the staff to sort it out.

Great location - very nice and helpful staff. Written communication with host was very friendly and reactive. Very clean and nice room!

All was nice and nothing I did not like but , just a small warning: if you come by car make sure you know before how to reach the car park next to the Palazzetto, as the center is closed to non residents with varco.

Nagyon jó felszerelt és egyedi hangulatú szoba várt ránk. A földszinten található kávéházban dolgozó hölgyek mindenben segítettek. Kerékpárral érkeztünk, amiket a szobában tudtunk tárolni. 3. emelet, de van lift.

The hotel is in the center, parking nearby in the parking house. Hotel is small but sufficient. Its excellent choice for those who dont mind the hotel DOES NOT have functional air conditioning. When we entered the room, we saw number of fans prepared which we found weird. We turned on the Aircon but it was broken, reception told us its old and takes time to start working. Three hours later when we returned to the room, inside temperature was 29C and Aircon did not work. Reception tried to reach out the owner, he/she would not respond. So here we were, looking for another hotel at 9.30pm. We left the hotel same night, asked for a refund, stay was however never refunded.

Its excellent choice for those who love to sleep in sauna. The presence of fans in the room indicates hotel is aware of non functional air conditioning and hopes that once people find out, they will just try to stay and survive.

Es war sehr heiß und dass Zimmer war in Dachgeschoss ,wir haben nach einen ventilator gebeten,die Mitarbeiterin hat uns gesagt es ist nicht vorhanden , Frühstück nur ein Kaffe,mini Glas von Saft und ein Croissant.wegen die unaufhaltsame Hitze im Zimmer wegen offenen Fenstern könnten wir nicht einschlafen weil es zu laut war,ein Horror insgesamt .

Niente, purtroppo non siamo rimasti nella struttura, al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto andarcene.

L'aria condizionata era guasta in pieno agosto e con stanza in un sottotetto, presenti solo due ventilatori, segno che probabilmente il problema fosse già noto. Non ci è stata data assistenza adeguata e, anzi, siamo stati invitati ad accettare la situazione così oppure ad andarcene. Nessuna possibilità di parlare con il/i responsabile/i della struttura, solo con la ragazza che lavora nella pasticceria accorpata alla struttura. Abbiamo poi visto tramite altri siti che non era una situazione nuova, altre persone avevano avuto il nostro stesso problema prima (anche riscaldamento non funzionante in inverno!). Abbiamo ovviamente lasciato la struttura con conseguente danno economico, dato che ad oggi la nostra richiesta di risarcimento non ha avuto risposta perché l'host non autorizza o non risponde neanche a Booking. Davvero pessimi! NB: il parcheggio non è della struttura e nemmeno convenzionato, è un normalissimo parcheggio a pagamento.

Excellent position near the old town. Good air-conditioning. effective organisation for accessing the property and a lift to the top. Great layout- love the little kitchen.

The bathroom was in need of repairs - hole in the shower, sonw damp and ruined paintwork patches due to the water. The electrics are unpredictable. There was also a different adapter required, which was left for us. However, the hairdryer was almost impossible to use with the adapter ( which we hadn't found for the first 24 hours). The fan worked fine, though..

Il livello di manutenzione della struttura è problematico. Avendo letto alcune recenti recensioni che denunciavano il non funzionamento del climatizzatore in camera, abbiamo chiesto espressamente per iscritto, prima di arrivare, se tutto fosse a posto. Ci è stato assicurato di sì. Invece, proprio nella nostra camera "Aquileia (beige)" al primo piano il climatizzatore era rotto. La sig.na della reception ha provato a vedere se ripartiva, ma senza successo. Ci ha quindi aiutato a trovare una camera in un altro Hotel perché la struttura era piena. Per la seconda notte siamo ritornati in un'altra camera del Palazzetto ed il condizionatore funzionava. È quindi evidente che la proprietà dell'hotel "giochi alla roulette" col funzionamento di almeno quella camera. Però sono i clienti a farne le spese in prima battuta! È come se uno pretenda di fare il tassista con un'auto che ogni tanto lo lascia a piedi ... o la fa riparare o la toglie dal mercato. Così dovrebbe essere per la camera "Aquileia". La seconda camera aveva un buco nel blocco doccia. Nulla di grave per l'ospite, a parte l'estetica, ma conferma che qualcosa non funziona nella manutenzione. Riassumendo: Al Palazzetto è una bella struttura preparata con gusto ed offre un'atmosfera particolare. Il personale è giovane e praticamente perfetto. Proprio per questo è un peccato che scivoli sulla buccia di banana della mancanza o inadeguatezza della manutenzione. È il caso di provvedere al più presto!

Equipements un peu limités : La lunette des toilettes pas adaptée et cassée ça se change. Très peu de vaisselle, vraiment très peu et à relaver. Peu de lumière du jour. Climatisation peu flexible et trop froide.

Pas d’accueil, très bruyant la nuit (ramassage des verres à 4h du matin. Airco bloqué à 18 degrés. Moisissures dans la douche et plafonnage qui tombe. Déjeuner très sommaire. Pas très recommandable.

really want to praise this hotel. The location is not in the city centre, but the centre is easily accessible by tram. The hotel is clean, the room was always tidy, and everything was well maintained. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The service at the pool bar was very good, and the pool was clean and refreshing. I especially want to thank Nina. She was very kind, helpful, and always smiling. In the afternoon, she worked at the pool bar, then she served guests in the restaurant during dinner, and later she was at the hotel bar. She managed everything with great professionalism. I also want to thank the whole team, because everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Thank you to the entire hotel team for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel. Michal F🇨🇿🇪🇺

Wir konnten die Anreise problemlos auf spätabends verschieben und ohne Aufpreis ( wie beschrieben) per Code ins Zimmer. Das Zimmer war supersauber und sehr gemütlich. Croissant und Kaffee am nächsten Morgen draussen sitzend eingenommen.

Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel. Da wir aber eh nur Nacht da waren, war es für uns nicht wichtig.

A képnek megfelelő méretű volt a szállás, hangulatos belvárosi szoba volt.

Sajnos a klíma nem működött és nyitott ablaknál éjszaka nagyon hangos volt az utca, hol a kukás autók mentek, hol az utcákat mosták fel gépekkel.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, es gab sogar eine eigene kleine Küche. Die Lage war auch ideal

Die Nähe zum Zentrum. Für eine Nacht war es für uns okay.

Kein Parkplatz, nur Parkgarage, die ca 5 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt war. War etwas mühsam, da wir mit unseren Motorrädern unterwegs waren, und uns bei 35 Grad mit dem Gepäck abschleppen mussten. Es war auch nicht gleich zu finden,da der Haupteingang in einer Seitengasse ist, die man nur von einer Seite der Straße zufahren konnte.

Das Zimmer hatte Charme und war geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Leider stimmt die Kritik vieler Bewertungen vorhergehend. Die Klimaanlage war zwar vorhanden, ging aber nicht. Es stand 24 Grad auf dem Display, aber man konnte manuell nichts regeln. Gefühlt waren es in der Nacht 34 Grad, extrem stickig ohne Luftbewegung. Ein kleines Fenster ohne Fliegengitter. Nach 3 x den Besitzer anschreiben und 2x telefonisch versucht zu erreichen, ging gegen 22.30 Uhr jemand dran, der angeblich sich kümmern wollte und zurück rufen wollte. Guter Witz! Natürlich kam kein Rückruf. Am nächsten Morgen wurde ich plötzlich über WA angeschrieben, dass ein Techniker angeblich beauftragt würde. Das stand in einer Bewertung 4 Wochen vor unserer Reise auch schon, was ich aber erst im Nachgang gelesen habe. Die Unterkunft ist für Radfahrer völlig ungeeignet! Man wird trotz Verbot vom Personal aufgefordert, die Räder mit ins Zimmer zu nehmen über einen viel zu kleinen Aufzug. Kein Witz! Geht nur wenn das Rad hochkant in den Aufzug gestellt wird. Das Frühstück besteht aus einem Heißgetränk und ein Croissant. Alles andere gegen Bares. Steht natürlich auch so nicht in der Beschreibung. Fazit: Hier ist jemand nicht ehrlich in seinem Portfolio und die/derjenige kümmert sich nicht um das Wohl der Gäste. Das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht und ist nicht zu empfehlen.

La struttura si trova nel centro di Udine e permette una facile visita della cittadina. Le camere sono molto accoglienti e dotate di diversi confort, anche di una piccola cucina (non utilizzata). ll personale della pasticceria, che si occupa della gestione delle camere, è molto gentile e cordiale, a volte particolarmente occupato dovendo gestire sia la clientela della pasticceria sia quella del B&B.

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Ich hatte das Zimmer, welches 185.-€ kostete - doch sehr hochpreisig – deswegen gebucht. Im Hotel war keine Ansprechperson mehr – nach Anruf bei Booking wurde mir ein Rückruf zugesichert – der nie stattfand. Am nächsten Tag Anruf bei booking - wieder Zusicherung des Rückrufs – wieder nicht stattgefunden. Bin sehr verärgert über diesen Umgang mit Kunden. Da ich nur eine Nacht gebucht hatte weiß ich nicht, wie es mit der Klimaanlage weiterging.

Esperienza pessima! L’aria condizionata NON FUNZIONA! E non c’è stato modo di risolvere il problema …con 38ºC! Era già presente un ventilatore in camera … coincidenza? Camera carina e spaziosa, ma bagno con crepe e segni di infiltrazioni. Due shampoo e due saponette come set di cortesia, accappatoi non c’erano, colazione senza scelta composta da un caffè, una brioche ed un succo confezionato (il tutto comunicato con un biglietto attaccato in camera). Assolutamente ingannata dal rating di Booking. Non meritato! €130,63 è un prezzo non coerente per il servizio dato.

La colazione è presso la pasticceria della struttura, ottima, ma non variegata come quella di un Hotel, solo bevande a scelta e scelta tra un dolce o un salato.

La possibilità di poter parcheggiare le bici elettriche al sicuro, loro non hanno il posto, anche se sono stati gentilissimi a cercare una soluzione, neanche il parcheggio auto a pagamento vicino a loro le custodisce e le accetta.
