Parador de Cuenca

Het gebouw is prachtig. De ligging bij de oude stad is heel mooi via een mooie stalen loopbrug over het ravijn. Koffie/thee op de kamer.

De inrichting haalt het niet bij Paradores als Placensia. Zwembad en tennisbaan waren buiten gebruik en afgelegen van het hotel. Douchen in bad. Hoge parkeerkosten €25.

Het hotel zelf was schitterend, de plek adembenemend en locatie perfect.

Great location and a large clean and comfortable room. The shower room was great. We had a very good meal at the hotel restaurant. It is only a 5 - 10min walk from the historic centre of Cuenca.

What a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location with amazing staff. The room was stunning as was the evening meal and breakfast. It was a short walk to the old town of Cuenca, perfect for a stroll around. It was a lovely surprise to have a kettle and coffee in the room, we don't often get that in Spain. Overall, excellent.

クエンカの宙吊りの家をはじめとした景色。旧市街の中心地であるマヨール広場へも徒歩ですぐです。しかしパラドールから望む景色そのものが素晴らしいので辺りを散歩するだけで楽しかったです。 お部屋も広めでバスタブ🛁もあるので疲労回復にも良いです。 到夜は中庭で音楽と共にゆっくり地元料理の夕食を堪能しました。雰囲気もスタッフも素晴らしかったです。

Todo estaba genial. El parador no estaba ni mucho menos lleno, pero todos sus servicios estaban en pleno funcionamiento.

Prefiero una ducha a ras de suelo.

Todo ha diso muy bien, el parador es una maravilla, el restaurante es excellente i en general el parador es un sitio para estar en Cuenca! Muchas gracias, no volveremos!

Ubicación, vistas y servicios del establecimiento. Sobre todo, también, la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal de recepción: Blanca, Javier, Sona,... Tuvimos un pequeño problema de salud y nos ayudaron a resolverlo.

El lavabo necesitaría una reforma, así como las puertas, en general, de la habitación (la nuestra ha sido la 202), ya que no cierran bien y les falta una actuación en ellas: lijado y barnizado, para estar en las mismas condiciones originales.

Beautiful and perfectly maintained property. Calm, peaceful and just such a treat. Spacious room with wonderful view to the front. Good shower and spacious bathroom. Really comfy bed and bedding. Housekeeping were just amazing. We left early in our last day and were given a beautiful picnic in lieu of breakfast. The pool area is great to have in such a city break. Breakfast was superb. We were there for 4 days whilst total eclipse occurred. The team left us a lovely message about the event and free viewing glasses.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Parador de Cuenca e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. La struttura è accogliente e confortevole, con un bellissimo patio interno che contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera rilassante e suggestiva. La posizione è semplicemente spettacolare: il Parador si affaccia direttamente sul ponte che conduce alla città antica e offre una splendida vista sulle celebri Casas Colgadas, uno dei simboli di Cuenca. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo inoltre ricevuto, con grande piacere, un upgrade della camera senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. La nostra stanza era molto bella e luminosa, impreziosita da una grande finestra dalla quale si poteva ammirare direttamente la vista sulle Casas Colgadas. Un dettaglio che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Una struttura ricca di fascino, con una posizione unica e un servizio attento, perfetta per vivere appieno l’atmosfera storica e suggestiva di Cuenca. Disponibilità di alcuni parcheggi gratuiti nella struttura.

Superbe ancien monastère transformé en parador avec beaucoup de goût. Chambre vaste et calme. Situation idéale pour visiter Cuenca, il suffit de traverser le pont métallique vertigineux au-dessus du ravin pour se retrouver dans la vieille ville.

This is a lovely hotel full of charm and character and its connected to the town via a walking bridge which makes accessing the town and all it has to offer about a 10 minute walk (some uphill) . This is a real dream of a place to stay and we would go back.

Nothing at all this is a gem you can't fail to like

Personal muy poco atento, recepción ni te saluda al entrar o salir, hay que pedir varias veces las cosas y no te lo comunican, camareros de cafetería que te atienden mientras comen, desayuno que tienes que pedir varias veces.....

El paraje y entorno. La piscina es muy agradable. La cena de verano con música en directo es estupenda. Tiene habitaciones comunicadas para familias que cada vez es más difícil conseguir. Y son habitaciones muy amplias.

El termostato de las duchas fallaba y aunque finalmente nos dieron solución no nos gustó que hubo que insistir mucho para que nos la dieran, aun conociendo que esa habitación tenía ese fallo.

Todo e general, la ubicación, llo bonito que es el edificio, las instalaciones.

Si tengo que poner una pega, la piscina está un poco abandonada.

La localisation avec vue magnifique sur Cuenca Le cadre de l’ancien couvent

La piscine n’ouvrait qu’à 11h30 (en août) ce qui ne permet pas d’en profiter le matin, le Check out étant à 12h. Manque d’entretien de la piscine et de ses alentours, manque d’entretien du terrain de tennis. Dommage ça dénote un peu avec le reste et ce n’est pas la hauteur du prix payé.

An amazing string, thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal in the courtyard with the live musical experience(guitarist). Parking has greatly improved due to the work at the front of the hotel being completed.

The beautiful hotel overlooking the walking bridge and old town. Beautiful views. The restaurant was superior. The room was large and comfortable. We saw the total eclipse in totality, it was the perfect spot at the top of the hill in the old town

We asked for help booking a taxi, there were 2 receptionists, the first barely tried, said the number printed on the business card didn't work. We became frustrated as we we are not fluent in Spanish and then we asked the other receptionist who dialed the same number and we had a cab on 5 minutes!

Un lugar maravilloso, empezando por el edificio, el claustro, las vistas, el silencio... La atención de los trabajadores y la calidad del restaurante, también excelente.

This is most likely one of the best panoramic views of Cuenca's old town. Get a small thrill by crossing this old pedestrian bridge, and you will be immediately in the heart of the old town. The hotel facility is very nice, with a small swimming pool accessible through a few stairs.

Parking could be challenging as only a few free spots are available in front of the reception. I was on a lucky day; therefore, I had a spot for my entire stay.

El interior no conserva demasiado el estilo. El desayuno es muy, muy caro. Los horarios de la piscina; debería abrirse más temprano.

Ubicación, edificio en general es espectacular.

Quiza no acertamos en pedir, pero el restaurante calidad-precio, no lo encontramos al mismo nivel que el parador.

La tranquilidad, amabilidad del personal y el desayuno.habitacion con vistas muy bonita.

La ubicacion es fantastica, solo hay que cruzar el puente y se esta en el centro. Desde el hotel se ven las casas colgadas y hay unas vistas increíbles. Un desayuno muy bueno y cenamos ahi una vez y la comida nos gusto mucho!

La piscina que esta fuera del hotel, cruzando la calle y es un poco pequeña y apretada. Si va a estar fuera del hotel, tendría que ser un poco mas grande y mas cómoda. Pero estaba bien.

Great view, very clean and big rooms. The Parador Hotel was the best option in Cuenca.

El espacio Torner a su lado es un lujo. El restaurante, muy agradable y se cena muy bien. Las habitaciones, espléndidas. Muy bien conservado.

La piscina anda corta de tumbonas. Merece que su bar esté abierto (no con unas latas provistas por el socorrista). El bar (como pasa en casi todos los paradores), cierra un pelín pronto (00:00): media hora o una hora más sería lo adecuado (teniendo en cuenta que el parador está relativamente aislado del centro.

The hotel building and the location are both fabulous. The view from our bedroom was breathtaking. The car parking facilities are excellent and super safe. The local town is wonderful particularly the cathedral. Dinner was very good for a parador with good service and well prepared and presented food.

Stunning location overlooking the nearby bridge and gorge across to the old town. Really stunning. Lots happening in the old town and food places. We asked to upgrade to a better room overlooking the old town as the standard double room did not have a view. Staff were incredibly helpful in trying to help us retrieve some belongings we left at the previous parador.

Standard double room had no view, so pay for a better one in my opinion.

Beautiful property in a picturesque part of Spain. It was nice to see that some of the old monastery have been kept. Comfortable rooms, staff were engaging and had a lovely pool.

The pool lacked refreshments, a machine dispensing drinks would be good as I understand there are insufficient guests for a full bar service.

It's a beautiful location. Breakfast & dinner were excellent. The inner patio was lovely & they had live music there for those eating dinner at night. The corridors between the wings of the hotel are huge & filled with antiques & lots of areas to lounge. Staff were understanding when we had problems with the shower.

Remember that you'll need to cross the San Pablo bridge each time you want to walk to the village. It's amazing but a bit stressful for those of us with a fear of heights.

LA LIMPIEZA DE LA HABITACIÓN

Como todos los Paradores Nacionales, no decepciona por el sitio en sí, con mucha historia detrás, adaptado al confort actual y con una situación inigualable, y se añade el trato de todo el personal, profesional y cercano a la vez.

Quizá necesitaría una pequeña reforma la habitación, sobre todo el baño.

El entorno donde está situado. La atención de la recepcionista que nos atendió por la mañana en el checkin y que nos ayudó a solucionar incidencia y las camareras que nos atendieron en la comida y cena por su simpatía y atención
