Само здание с номерами обычная коробка с традиционным дизайном, хотя я ожидала что-то более футуристическое, исходя из фотографий. Кондиционеры были выключены и днем в номере было жарко и душно.

Perfekte Lage mit der Gondel zum wandern. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Zimmer waren groß und sauber. Das Bett war super bequem.

Größerer outdoorbereich mit mehr liegen. Im spa Bereich ist es sehr warm

Die Aussicht von Zimmer und Balkon war atemberaubend. Mir hat besonders gut gefallen, dass man vom Schreibtisch aus direkt auf die Berge blicken konnte. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, ebenfalls die gebuchte Massage, auch war das Personal sehr freundlich.

Nur schon der Empfang ist super professionell - Auto, Skier, Helme usw. werden untergebracht, man muss sich um nichts kümmern. Alle sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Und das Essen im Restaurant Grand ist unglaublich lecker. Dass es sogar ein veganes Menü gibt, ist unglaublich toll. Und das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch der Hammer. Und die Hauseigene Bahn auf den Berg hoch ist auch super. Wir sind nun schon zum zweiten Mal hier und wieder voll begeistert.

Der Kaffee könnte tatsächlich besser sein - sowohl jener im Restaurant wie jener auf dem Zimmer - System Nespresso, was ja gut wäre, aber es sind Kapseln aus einer Rösterei in Zizers, wirklich nicht fein ... Für Kinder sollte es Planschzeiten geben im Wellness-Bereich. Man kann sich nicht so schön entspannen, wenn Kinder rumschreien und rumrennen ..

Clean, great facilities and location

Amazing Rooms and View The drinks in the minbar were nice, also that the minibar was free Free shuttle around the town They have their own little cablecar up to skiing. So you can go up directly to the slope from the hotel The wellness area is very nice. Thermal pools, big sauna area. Was nice. We were at the La Brezza Restaurant in the house. The Pastry Chef there is a genius. Best desserts we ever had. They have an amazing wine selection too. The staff is just super friendly and helpful. They are always available to help.

Only very minor items, these things are very small: * When we left we did not get asked if we wanted some bottle of water for the ride. Hotels like the Bürgenstock do that. * During Turndown in the room the minibar was not refilled. * The breakfast buffet is GOOD but not exceptional.

Hotel war sehr sauber, Personal aufmerksam, der Fahrservice ist super toll! Wellnessbehandlung war auch sehr gut! Das Essen war super und das Personal flexibel.

The staff at Tschuggen Grand Hotel were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist in every possible way, which made the stay very comfortable and special.

My stay in August was less comfortable due to the high temperature in the room, as the hotel does not have air conditioning in line with local regulations. Although the hotel did its best by providing two fans and advising to keep the windows open, the heat remained noticeable and sleeping was not entirely comfortable. In addition, the décor and colors feel somewhat dated and would benefit from an update.

Great hotel for a relaxing holiday or mini-break. The location is very good and the infrastructure is very well kept and maintained. The room (junior suite) facing South has excellent views and the Spa and Pool area is very nice. The staff is courteous and attentive and a special thanks to Severi for the warm welcome and especially to Cristina and Matias at the Collina restaurant who were excellent and with their attentive service made us forget an earlier disappointment at the main restaurant.

Everything! My faith in Swiss hospitality is restored, even at this price! Generous for a Swiss hotel from free valet, parking to goodies in the room and spa. Free car service around town. You are greeted as their most important visitor, luggage and car are whisked away and you are give a tour of the facility before being taken to your room. And what lovely rooms in terms of view, space and decorations. So much storage that you have no excuse for leaving anything out. Free mini bar is replenished and you can ask for tea etc. stupendously comfortable beds. Breakfast is amazing with huge buffet, with better than most selection of fruit ( 10 types of cereal ) and fillings. Bread especially the croissant is perfect . And you can order fluffy eggs or crispy (really) French toast etc. We greatly enjoyed their private railway up to the first plateau. Automatic on demand, a unique experience. Staff are brilliant (only failing to greet you by name perhaps) with terrific and patient advice. On leaving, your car comes back, luggage is put in and you are give plenty of water for the trip. All in style. (And really we have no connection with them!) If you read my other hotels, you would see I am usually quite harsh unlike many sycophantic efforts.

Too short a stay!

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum wunderbar: köstliches Frühstück, entspannender Spa und herzliches Personal. Besonders praktisch waren der Chauffeur-Service, die direkte Bahn in die Berge und die kostenlose Bahnnutzung.

Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Design der Zimmer hat uns überhaupt nicht angesprochen. Farben, Materialien und auch die Ausstattung des Balkons entsprachen nicht unserem Geschmack.

Das wirklich sehr freundliche Personal.

keine Klimaanlage, im Zimmer waren 26 Grad Celsius in der Nacht. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer und des gesamten Hotels ist gewöhnungsbedürftig - aber Geschmäcker sind ja verschieden.

We loved the big and beautiful room with every detail to make you stay unforgettable. The staff is very friendly and supportive. We loved the live music every night with the piano, it made the atmosphere very relaxing and charming. The private transport to the mountains is truly amazing and having all the cable cars included as well. Also they have private transport to the city with very nice and comfy cars. The breakfast was amazing, very delicious.

The water at the Spa, we find it a little bit cold, not nice for us to stay for longer. Also we didn’t understand how the water circuit works.

Ein wunderbares Hotel mit allerbestem Service, an der Rezeption, beim Concierge, vor allem im Restaurant, sehr schöner Weltklasse-Spa. Da meine Frau Geburtstag hatte, brachte das Hotel einen Überraschungskuchen aufs Zimmer. Das war wirklich sehr aufmerksam und allerliebst.

Beautiful room view (not from all rooms) with big windows. Great spa, excellent pool. Many restaurants to choose. Very polite and friendly staff.

The town isn't very attractive.

The hotel location was excellent for skiing - ski in/ski out. A bit removed from the center of town, but still within easy reach. The hotel was a typical Swiss Grand Hotel, with a mixture of top modern (Spa area) and 20th century Nostalgia (lobby design). The rooms seemed freshly renovated and where very spacious with excellent view (South side), a pillow menu, turn down service, a spacious bath(room) etc. Top notch! The breakfast area was good, with ample choices and on demand egg order service.

The water in the main swimming pool was not too warm, especially in the whirlpool area. The hotel guests are quite reserved and distinguished, proper for a Grand Hotel. Not so much for families or bachelors :)

It’s so nice that there still are hotels where taking care of guests hasn’t been cut of the expenses list yet. Old fashioned place where you actually feel respected and welcomed. My favorite hotel not only in Switzerland but worldwide so far.

I hate it that I not wealthy enough yet to spend more time here:)

What a place! The rooms are beautiful, the spa area is so relaxing, and the food is amazing. Also very dog friendly!

Great staff, good food, beautiful views. The private Tschuggen Express cable car is extremely convenient and takes you right to all the hiking trails. Pass for all the Arosa cable cars is included. Only small drawback for the summer, is there is no AC, but it's perfectly safe to just keep the balcony door open at night to cool the room down.

Wonderful facilities, the private funicular and spa are a lovely touch!

The menu of the grand restaurant seems to be struggling to find a clear direction, perhaps trying to cover too much.

Amazing stay with my family, the hotel is incredible. Ideally located for some mountain hikes, walks and biking. The spa pool is one of the best we’ve had in a hotel and the service was world class.

Everything! It is hard to get to if you drive, but worth it once you get there!
