Das Doppelzimmer war grosszügig und gut eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Reinigungspersonal war sehr aufmerksam.

Hunde sind im Restaurant nicht erlaubt (auch nicht beim Frühstück). Dies wurde mir erst beim Einchecken mitgeteilt. Für mich ein Grund, nicht mehr in diesem Hotel zu übernachten. Zudem sind die Zusatzkosten pro Hund von CHF 25 pro Nacht sehr hoch.

Das Zimmer war sehr gross und schön. Frühstück bestens. Das Essen kann ich nicht beurteilen weil nicht gebraucht. Alles war bestens. Würde weiter empfehlen.

Das Schwimmbad war nicht so sehr der Hit. Zuwenig tief.

Tolles Hotel, wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer und das Frühstuck war auch super.

Der Urlaub hätte noch viel länger sein können.

Schönes Hotel im „alten“ Stil. Wunderbares Arvenholz. Schöner grosszügiger Speisesaal mit toller Fensterfront.

Gutes Frühstück, schöner Pool, alles sauber, sehr schöne geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit einem Händchen für besonderes. Netter Service.

Einige Kleinigkeiten passen nicht zum hohen Anspruch, wie z.b. nicht alle Tische haben Salzstreuer, Kaffeebestellung dauert recht lange, für den Zimmer Kühlschrank gibt's keine Info ob inklusive oder zu welchem Preis die Getränke sind.

Veel te lange wachtijd tussen de gerechten tijdens het diner 's avonds Bij ontbijt veel personeel, maar niet gericht op de klanten, op koffie moet je lang wachten of ze vergeten het gewoon, het personeel kijkt voortdurend naar het buffet, maar zou meer met de klant mieten bezig zijn

Sehr freundlicher, herzlicher Empfang, man fühlt sich gleich willkommen. Hotelbar sehr heimelig. Zimmer und Bad sehr gut ausgestattet. Shuttle zu den Bergbahnen funktioniert sehr gut.

Essensraum sehr gross und unpersönlich, etwas wie in einer Bahnhofshalle, das ist sehr schade für ein so schönes historisches Gebäude.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Das Zimmer war angenehm gross und die Hotel Lage war sehr ruhig. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet für alle etwas. Wunderschön angerichtete Köstlichkeiten. Der Skibus Service war einfach perfekt!

In der Sauna könnte es nebst Wasser auch noch Tee geben und ein paar Früchte

Das äusserst freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Das supertolle Frühstücksbuffet und die feine Küche. Das SPA war ebenfalls sehr schön.

Geweldig uitzicht, mooie kamer, zeer vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt, goede taxiservice voor station en skiliften.

Dat Booking.com een behoorlijk hogere prijs rekent dan het hotel zelf: op vijf nachten maar liefst € 800,- duurder! Daar kwamen we ter plekke achter. Dus: boek op eigen hotelsite.

Horrible and racist front desk staff who made me feel unwelcome throughout my stay. The breakfast wait staff was also overly friendly and flirtatious, which made me uncomfortable. Is it normal for wait staff to flirt with guests and to insist inviting them to their homes? When I arrived in the afternoon, I was not given a proper check-in explanation about the shuttle to the ski resort. I had to rely on a bulletin board in the lobby, which said the pickup and drop-off were at the same location. The morning trip to the resort worked fine, but in the afternoon I waited at that same spot and the shuttle never came. Since I’m traveling internationally, I couldn’t call the hotel, so I messaged them on Booking.com and was told 12 minutes later that the shuttle doesn’t stop at Hörnli, only at Brügli. I had to take public transport there to get picked up, which caused me to miss a work call. A staff member later told me they usually explain the shuttle during check-in, which I clearly never received. The next day, when my friend had planned to arrive to stay with me, the front desk rudely claimed I had only booked for one person and would need to pay extra. I went back to my room and checked my reservation and confirmed it was for two people. They later called back saying they were mistaken, but offered no apology. Frustrated by the poor treatment and constant miscommunication, I decided to leave early. I would steer clear of this place.

Alles sehr gut. Zimmer, Esszimmer, Baar sind hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Neuer Pool. Das Personal war nett. Super, dass es ein Fumoir hatte.

Der Pool war etwas kühl. Das ist mindestens die Meinung von etwa 4 anderen Schwimmer. Die Masseuse fand ich nicht gut. Zudem hat sie nicht nur den Haaransatz sondern einen Grossteil meiner Haare mit Öl getränkt: Sie könnte eine Haube an ihre Kunde zu Beginn abgegeben. Etwas hellhörige Zimmer: Staubsauger, Tritte leicht hörbar

Wunderschöne sicht in die Berge. Sehr Sympathisches und Hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer sind in Top zustand. Das kleine Grüsschen zum Geburtstag hat mich sehr gefreut. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Pulita, ordinata, personale cordiale e disponibile, sfortunatamente per motivi privati non ho potuto usufruire dell’area SPA ma credo che anche quella fosse all’altezza del resto.

Forse la scelta limitata alla carta del ristorante ma magari è una scelta dovuta ai cambiamenti stagionali del menu quindi non è proprio un punto negativo ma più di riflessione

Clean, exceptional staff, very well maintained and the wellness area is beautiful. The hotel is a very Swiss experience. I really enjoyed the bar area as well where I had a tea in the afternoons and read my book. The staff really are extremely helpful and polite. They took my stay from a 9 to a 10.

The only downside is the location. It’s kind of half way between the ski lifts and the man area of the village and the hill is very steep. The have a shuttle to pick you up from Arosa Station when you arrive and drop you there when you depart, as well as frequent shuttles to the ski lifts, but if you are just going out in the town to dinner the walk back is very steep and the taxis are expensive. But the property is so beautiful and the staff so exceptional that it makes up for the location issue. I would stay here again and probably will. The TV did not have any English channels, not even the news stations.

Sehr schöne geräumige Zimmer mit toller Aussicht. Frühstückbuffet hatte alles was man braucht. Noch selten so freundliches und zuvor kommendes Personal erlebt wie in dem Hotel!!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Alles war bestens! Und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 😀

Wenn man mit ÖV anreist, weiter weg vom Bahnhof als angenommen. Aber dann stand da zufällig ein Taxi vom Hotel und hat uns mitfahren lassen. Herzlichen Dank dafür 😀!

Groẞzügiger Frühstücksraum und gemütliches Hotel.

Das Zimmer war im Seitenflügel des Hotels und sehr sparsam eingerichtet für ein 4 Sternehotel. Die Möbel waren Weichholzmöbel die schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen sind. Es gab keine Kännchen Kaffee. Man mußte immer den Kellner ansprechen um Neuen Kaffee zu bekommen.

Das Blatters in Arosa ist in allen Belangen eine hervorragende Unterkunft. Großzügig, geräumig, ausgesprochen freundlich, ohne irgendwie aufdringlich zu wirken. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Besonders zu empfehlen die Bar mit dem diskret freundlichen Barkeeper, dessen Namen ich leider vergessen habe. Sorry! Die Drinks waren top! Sehr empfehlenswert das Restaurant. Tolle Weinkarte. Das Essen hervorragend. Das Cordon Bleu war ein Gedicht. Ich weiss genau, wenn ich das nächste mal komme, wird mir bereits am Empfang ein Lächeln im Gesicht stehen. Man fühlt sich einfach willkommen. BTW ;-) das "Depot" bringe ich zurück. Danke :-))

I had a great time at the hotel, I really appreciated the personnel support and accommodation! The rooms and bathroom were very clean and comfortable, good breakfast and I loved the Spa facility! The hotel has a nice lobby and a restaurant. Everything was welcoming and comfortable!

Musste kalt duschen. Eine kalte Dusche kann gesund sein, aber hier in Arosa war es zu viel des Gutens… Im Grossen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Love the style and comfort, very friendly and everyone takes care to meet guest needs. Free shuttle bus is a real bonus and super helpful. My friend brought her small dog, who had her own welcome letter, water bowl, towel and „I am alone in the room“ sign for the bedroom door. Food was good and friendly service. Not all the waiting staff speak fluent German, but all make every effort!

I liked everything! People are very nice, pool and SPA were amazing, food was delicious. I am so happy I spent my Christmas there with my husband and a dog.

Very nicely styled and maintained rooms and bathrooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Willing to pick me up and drop me off at the station as well as when I was caught in a rain shower. Great breakfast buffet and friendly service. High quality evening dinner. Attentive bar staff and generous lounge. Great Pool and Spa area.

The view at the back is the forest and car park. Not great but not bad either. The shower in the single room is a bath with glass divider which is a bit short so the floor gets a soaking. I didn't find the sun terrace to sit outside, but it is through the basement apparently. The location is up the steep hill from the town and Post Strasse.

The hotel room was a good size with great views. They provided everything we would need for our dog including treats and a towel. The breakfast was delicious and had great facilities. The staff generally went above and beyond.

Blatter's is a great place both in summer and winter. Above the city the views are stunning from all public spaces. The team are so welcoming and respectful, the hotel spotless clean and the food, the food...congrats to all staff for your professionalism.

Booked this without carefully checking the location. Only stay here if you need to be in Arosa.

Nice alpine style hotel, wonderful views, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, cosy lobby and bar area. 10 min walk from ski-lifts, shuttle bus available

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here recently. The staff was excellent and so very helpful, especially since we did not speak German. They were very friendly and quite helpful with all of our many questions. Their driver was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to work with. The rooms were fabulous and the views from the balcony phenomenal. We will plan on coming back here again!

Staff attitude. Very stuffy atmosphere. Not very friendly, seemed to have an attitude. Hotel was nice, food choices and prices i thought were a little high for there location. Would not return.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Nettes Personal, schöne Zimmer, Essen vom feinsten, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Wellnessbereich in Top Zustand und für die Hotelgrösse ausreichend. Kleines Minus beim Zimmer, da es sehr ringhörig ist, braucht es ruhige Nachbaren (Oben und Nebenan.

Great location and super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good (to keep us fuelled for skiing) and the a-la-carte dinner was great too. I liked the outdoor hot tub, it's a nice experience, with the snow all around. The bus to the ski slopes worked perfectly and the ski room was good. The bedroom was nice and comfortable. I thought the water pressure in the shower could be a bit stronger. Overall a great experience.

Breakfast had a decent variety of hot and cold options. The wait staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. The wellness area was amazing and super spacious! I would stay here just for that.

My only complaint about this entire stay was the pillows on the bed. They were big pillows but with almost no support. During the winter, bear in mind that in order to walk to the hotel from Arosa; it's all.uphill And the roads can be icy!
