Maybe the spa time on the day of departure could be extended a bit later

Breakfast was excellent. The spa was probably the best we've ever seen, even compared to hotels that are 2-3x more expensive. Service was overall pretty good.

A hotel in this category should have electric vehicle charging included - rather than making customers pay. There is not sufficient parking for full capacity, which left us needing to park on the street, with our car halfway in the way of passing cars. We left the keys with the reception, who said they would move it to the underground parking, but never did. We had a very unpleasant experience eating outside at the bar, waiting an hour for food and then being mischarged, and with effectively no interest or concern from the waiter. But after we complained, they took the item off the bill.

The location was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel wing where our room was located looked very old and dated and certainly did not meet the standards one would expect from a five-star hotel. The coffee was also very disappointing. Both the cappuccino and espresso came from an automatic machine rather than being freshly prepared by a barista, which felt quite substandard for a five-star hotel. If you are a coffee lover, you will be very disappointed.

Das Hotel bietet Hotellerie auf sehr hohem Niveau, mit vielen engagierten, freundlichen und kompetenten Mitarbeitenden. Die Ausstattung ist weitestgehend modern und luxuriös. Die Küche ist fantastisch, das Käsebuffet absolut unübertroffen und das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig.

- Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war sehr laut und kühlte zu wenig. Bei Abschalten tropfte Kondenswasser aufs Parkett, auch nachdem der Hausdienst eine Reparatur vorgenommen hatte. - Die Betten waren ziemlich hart - Die Auswahl an glutenfreien Broten habe ich in weitaus günstigeren Hotels schon reichhaltiger erlebt. Einmal war ein glutenfreies Aufbackbrötchen steinhart. Das dürfte eigentlich nicht passieren. Aber das sind alles Details und das Personal war immer sehr prompt und hilfsbereit.

The Hotel is very clean and the area is safe and Lenk itself is very pretty and has a lot to offer in both winter and summer sports. We were fairly regularly staying at Lenkerhof for years - starting about 20 years ago, it was always top for gourmet meals, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The spa is not large, but very nice, clean and not "kitschig" like many spas. Staff was always friendly, especially the young man who helped us with our luggage and valet for the car as well as the woman who checked us out, but over all not the same experience we had in the past.

The hotel was very stylish 20 years ago, but has unfortunately not changed at all over the past years. The furnishings are outdated, some of which are showing the signs of time and the uniforms of the employees are as well outdated and looking shabby.......all of this could be over looked if everything else was still on spot, but the service is not at the same level as it was. Although the food in the main restaurant was delicious and prepared beautifully, the waiting time between courses was very long, the service at the end of both evenings just completely disappeared. After waiting over a half hour for someone to bring us a bill we finally stood up and had to ask to sign on our way out. Which is a shame as this is the last impression when leaving for the evening. The holes in the table cloth and napkins, the furniture looking worn and the windows of the dining room in desperate need of a cleaning is just not what is expected of a 5 star hotel.

Usually hotels rotate guests around tables with the best views but at Lenkerhof you have to ask for a nice table. Staff tend to seat guests close together for their own convenience while other areas are empty

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement magique face au montage. Le buffet de petit-déjeuner est un incontournable. Nous avons mangé au Restaurant Spetaccolo et avons partagé un moment magique. Le personnel est disponible et parle plusieurs langues.

Lieu fantastique, service excellentissime, très bon restaurant. Le Spa est sympa, avec une piscine extérieure chauffée qui donne sur une vue époustouflante.

La piscine, le spa L'accueil par un personnel trés aimable et à l'écoute. Parle le français Garage facile d'accès, surtout avec une voiture de sport A deux minutes à pied des remontées mécaniques

Sèche cheveux ne peut pas être utilisé face a une mirror. Pas de prise dans la salle de bain, pas très pratique

Tout était parfait! Un moment hors du temps. Magnifique hôtel, restaurants grande classr, un endroit majestueux, avec toute une équipe formidable. Je reviendrai.

All good at this hotel. The place and surroundings are quite different in a good way. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I would definitely come back again.

There was nothing that I did not like. I would perhaps have preferred a breakfast table by the window with a view of the mountains.

nice spacious room

Room was dirty under the couch - bed, for the price that you pay they should vacuum under the couch as well. The water in the indoor pool was cold and the kids slide was in a different room as a standalone item not included in the pool area. Not ideal for families as people were super quiet in the bar, restaurants and even at the pool so if you have kids or babies you feel bad if they cry or raise their voice to a normal level as everyone there was whispering.

Great sauna area, views are also amazing. Breakfast was the best part of our stay, as always.

Somehow it seems like hotel is not what it used to be. It is still a great hotel, but not on the level of 5* stars. Compared to four years ago when I was here for the first time, the standars have gone down slightly: early check in not available, even though the hotel was not fully booked; outside pool and bathrooms showing signs of small damages on tiles and around the sink, room service menu is quite humble.

Das Frühstückbuffet ist fantastisch und lässt keine Wünsche offen. In den beiden hoteleigenen Restaurants diniert es sich vorzüglich Die grosse Suite ist traumhaft schön und mit sehr viel Stil durchdacht eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Spa-Bereich ist wunderbar und der Aussenpool ein absolutes Highlight. Wir sind begeistert und kommen wieder!

Cuisine gastronomique, donc coûteuse.

Das Essen war perfekt, die Zimmer sehr schön, das Ambiete hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Lage des Hotels sind top. Auch die Nähe zum Skilift hat uns gepasst.

Wir haben nichts negatives anzubringen, war vollständig zufrieden mit allem.

Bezahlung des Gesamtbetrags zum Voraus bei der Buchung. Nachträgliche Forderung von CHF 36.- bei einer falsch gestellten Rechnung bei einem Arrangement von über CHF 3'000.-

The location was perfect; the hotel and the premises were wide, clean , perfect! The spa area and pool were also very good and styled!

I loved everything about the property

It is an excellent location for any winter activity - hiking, snowshoeing, slope skiing and cross-country skiing. After or before going out you can enjoy spa and treatments of the best quality. The restaurants and the bar offer great culinary treats, cocktails and live music.

the staff were very nice and friendly and always offers help to us. also the room was spacious and lovely.

i wish if i had a discount at the ski lifts from the hotel and our main goal of the trip was for relax and ski

Centrally located with amazing facilities. The staff are amazing. They know how to take care of their guests. Very friendly and helpful.

The kids food option was limited but nothing of a major concern.

Das gute Essen, die schöne Lounge mit Klavier und Gesang am Abend, die Spa geräumig, sauber und modern. Unser Zimmer war eine Junior Suite mit genügend Platz und eine großzügige Terrasse.

Die Höhe der Box-Betten ist für ältere Menschen eine Zumutung.
