We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and newly decorated, with a fresh and modern feel. Our room had a generously sized balcony with an amazing view overlooking the pool, which was a lovely place to relax. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was very good, with an excellent variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, freshly baked pastries, and plenty of other options to choose from. Dinner was another highlight of our stay. The menu offered great variety, with different dishes throughout the week, so there was always something new to try. The portions were generous, and the food was absolutely delicious — authentic Italian cuisine at its best. We really enjoyed experiencing different Italian dishes during our stay. The pool is a great size, with plenty of sunbeds for relaxing during the day. Free parking is also a big advantage and made our stay even more convenient. The location is excellent, with shops and restaurants within easy reach, while still offering a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with comfortable rooms, excellent food, great facilities, friendly service, and a fantastic atmosphere. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others!

There were only a few minor points that could be improved. During our stay, there was a technical issue with the pool water pump, but this was outside the hotel’s control and was resolved fairly quickly by the staff. The rear parking area could benefit from being asphalted or at least covered with gravel, which would make it more convenient and comfortable to use. The beach is not quite within immediate walking distance — it takes around 20–30 minutes on foot. However, it is easily accessible by car or bus and takes only about 5 minutes, so this was not a major inconvenience for us.

Gyönyörűen felújított szobában szálltunk meg. Hatalmas tér, kényelmes fürdőszoba, a szobában sok lepakoló felület. A központ kb 15-20 perces sétára van, de így a belváros zajától mentesen, nyugodtan tudtunk pihenni. Ingyenes parkolás, sok parkolóhellyel.

A reggeli viszonylag széles választékkal rendelkezett, de semmilyen zöldséget nem adtak.

It was a real shame they’re pool was out if serve for the first 3 days.. we booked specifically for this since we wanted some relaxation during the holiday.. they did however facilitate a day at another hotel with a pool for us which we really appreciated. Not the fault of the owners but they had some really awful guests staying there and it didn’t seem to be noticed or mentioned by the staff of their behaviour and the mess they created in a daily basis around d the facility..

La posizione della struttura è buona e, sulla carta, l'hotel avrebbe tutte le caratteristiche per offrire un soggiorno piacevole. Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata fortemente condizionata dai numerosi disservizi e dalla gestione degli stessi.

Esperienza purtroppo molto negativa, soprattutto considerando il prezzo pagato e il periodo del soggiorno. La piscina, uno dei servizi principali per cui avevamo scelto la struttura, è rimasta completamente inutilizzabile per 3 giorni. Al nostro arrivo ci era stato detto che il problema sarebbe stato risolto il giorno successivo, cosa che non è avvenuta. Trovarsi in Sardegna ad agosto, dopo aver prenotato un hotel con piscina, e non poter usufruire del servizio per quasi metà del soggiorno è stato un disagio importante. A questo si è aggiunto il condizionatore della nostra camera, che perdeva continuamente acqua: durante la notte ci siamo ritrovati più volte con il pavimento della camera letteralmente bagnato. Ma l'aspetto che ci ha lasciato maggiormente amareggiati è stato il comportamento del personale. Ci saremmo aspettati attenzione e disponibilità almeno nella gestione dei problemi riscontrati; abbiamo invece trovato in diverse occasioni un atteggiamento poco cortese. L'episodio conclusivo al check-out è stato particolarmente spiacevole: per circa un'ora di ritardo abbiamo ricevuto un trattamento che abbiamo trovato assolutamente sproporzionato e scortese, soprattutto considerando tutti i disservizi che avevamo sopportato durante il soggiorno. Non pretendiamo che in un hotel non possa verificarsi un problema tecnico. La differenza la fanno il modo in cui viene gestito, l'attenzione verso il cliente e la capacità di rimediare al disagio. Purtroppo, nella nostra esperienza, sono mancati tutti e tre.

L’accueil, le service, la Literie, l’emplacement près du centre de San Teodoro, établissement, calme et agréable, avec un excellent petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine

Pour notre part, avions pris une chambre sans demande particulière, et nous avions une vue de la terrasse pas terrible. De préférence, conseillons de choisir une chambre avec vue sur la piscine avec balcon 😊

La posizione era ottima,5 minuti dal centro di San teodoro e 10 minuti per la cinta.

L'hotel era diviso in 2 parti,una rinnovata e l'altra vecchia.... veramente Vecchia!! Noi in particolare abbiamo trovato le prese elettriche rotte,camera con copriletto e tende sporche e condizionatore che funzionava ad intermittenza. Non ci è stato offerto neanche di cambiare stanza nonostante la nostra segnalazione. Fortunatamente il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto disponibile nel voler risolvere il problema condizionatore. Sicuramente lo eviterei dopo €950 per 2 notti. Ho pagato meno in costa Smeralda con il triplo dei vantaggi.

Soggiorno perfetto! La camera era molto bella, spaziosa e pulita. Il cibo è stato eccellente, con piatti preparati con cura dai cuochi Claudio e Giulia. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto il personale, sempre gentilissimo, cordiale e disponibile, che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa.

Quisiera expresar mi decepción con la habitación que recibí, ya que no se correspondía con las imágenes ni con la descripción publicada en Booking. En las fotografías, la habitación se veía moderna, acogedora y bien equipada. Sin embargo, la realidad fue muy diferente. La habitación estaba completamente vacía de decoración, sin cuadros ni ningún detalle que la hiciera agradable. Además, no contaba con un escritorio ni con secador de pelo, elementos que esperaba encontrar según el anuncio. Por otro lado, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera menos confortable. Lo peor, sin embargo, fue la cama: era muy incómoda y todas las mañanas me despertaba con dolor de espalda debido al colchón. Considero que la habitación no cumplía con las expectativas generadas por el anuncio ni con el nivel de calidad que se mostraba en la publicación. Espero que tengan en cuenta estos comentarios para revisar la información del alojamiento y evitar que otros huéspedes tengan la misma experiencia.

A nice, quiet hotel with a mix of people and a laid back atmosphere. We stayed in one of the cheaper rooms on the ground floor, which don't have any outside space to sit, but does have a clothes horse for drying towels and beach stuff. The nicer rooms have an outside balcony area facing the pool. The room was simple and fairly basic, but clean and comfortable. The bathroom and shower were fine - the hot water often wasn't particularly hot. The bed was comfortable, and the A/C worked well. The room only had a very small TV, and the free Wi-Fi doesn't reach much further than the reception area. Breakfast is excellent, with a very wide range of cakes and pastries, plus the regular savoury options. Great coffee, and very friendly staff. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, also including reception and the bar. Drinks are typically priced - €4 for a bottle of beer or a cola, €8-10 for a spritz or cocktail. We didn't eat in the restaurant, which has a couple of courses on a daily menu. The pool area is very nice, with one major problem. Only half of the pairs of loungers have an umbrella, and given we were here during a heat wave it meant the pool was not a viable option unless we could grab one of the better places. It was nice in late afternoon after coming back from the beach, when it was half shady. Thankfully there is a free town shuttle bus to the Cinta beach that stops right outside the hotel, which runs 4-5 times a day including at 1038, and then back at 1720. That is, apart from one day during our stay, when it just didn't turn up. Otherwise it's about a 30 minute walk to the beach. The beach is very nice. You can borrow an umbrella from reception, or it's €20-50 for a pair of loungers and an umbrella, depending on the time of year and in which row you want to sit. Hotel reception can reserve you loungers, which are managed at the beach by the helpful Thiago. They are the brown and beige umbrellas, between the middle and farthest part of the boardwalk. The beach has excellent amenities, including a disabled area, wooden walk ways and clean, attended free toilets. The two beach bars are relatively reasonable in price, and have lots of options. The hotel is also a 25-30 minute into town for more options with restaurants and shops, although there are some good options closer and on the way into town, including excellent pizzas literally next door, and the fancier and very good Sos Ammentos a little further down the road.

Líbil se nám čistý moderní bazén, naprosto skvělá snídaně, zastávka autobusu z letiště přímo u hotelu.

Umyvadlo v koupelně mělo, bohužel, rozbitou výpusť, tudíž neodtékala voda. Hadice ve sprše byla také poškozená, ale stále ještě funkční. Výhled z terasy byl do nevzhledného dvora. Pro 3 osoby jsme měli na pokoji pouze 2 osušky, 2 ručníky a 2 kelímky na nápoje.

Lekker ruim gesitueerd hotel en zwembad met fijne ligbedden. Prima ontbijt met ruime keuze. Vriendelijk personeel. Zelfs na het uitchecken mocht ik (vanwege late terugvlucht) nog gebruik maken van diverse faciliteiten.

Erg kleine kamer waar ik niet eens mijn koffer kwijt kon. Handdoeken zagen er niet schoon en fris uit.

Het Italiaanse ontbijt met veel zoete broodjes en vers fruit was prima. De dames in de bediening serveerde aan je tafeltje buiten op het terras je koffie. Het zwembad was een heerlijke verkoeling na een dagje strand te hebben gehad.

Wij verbleven in het voorseizoen, een periode waarin het hotel druk bezig was met een uitbreiding. Ondanks de werkzaamheden hebben wij hier nauwelijks hinder van ondervonden. Omdat wij met ons gezin reisden, werden de handdoeken in de kamer intensief gebruikt. Het viel ons echter op dat deze niet dagelijks werden vervangen, waardoor ze soms langer gebruikt moesten worden dan gewenst.

Says in city center - 20 minute walk to the center. The hotel is half built it’s literally a construction site. We had booked to stay here for 1 week and checked out after 1 night. The construction noise started first thing in the morning and woke us up. Our balcony was connect to a room under construction it was absolutely awful. There was 1 working plug outlet in the room.

Hotel insgesamt okay mit einigen Mängeln – Vorsicht mit Kindern wegen Baustelle. Das Hotel ist insgesamt in Ordnung. Unser Deluxe-Zimmer war relativ groß und modern. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, und die Handtücher wurden bei Bedarf gewechselt. Allerdings ist eine Seite des Hotels momentan eine komplette Baustelle (siehe Bilder). In unserem Zimmer gab es offene Kabel, was mit zwei Kindern ein absolutes No-Go ist! Auf dem Balkon standen zudem nur zwei Stühle, sodass wir dort nicht einmal zu viert sitzen und die Abende genießen konnten. Der Parkplatz vor dem Hotel bietet Platz für maximal 5 Autos, und dort haben auch die Mitarbeiter geparkt. Wir mussten daher hinten an der Baustelle parken. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, allerdings sehr süßlastig mit viel Kuchen und Obst, aber leider nur wenig Gemüse. Positiv sind die kurzen Wege zum Strand und zu kleinen Einkaufsläden. Der Markt in San Teodoro ist nur maximal 10 Autominuten entfernt. Wenn die Baustelle erst einmal weg ist und die Umgebung etwas mehr gepflegt wird, wird es ein echt schönes 3-Sterne-Hotel sein! Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt, der in keiner Weise der Beschreibung auf Booking.com entsprach. Ein großer Teil der Anlage war eine Baustelle – ohne jeglichen Hinweis vor der Buchung. Insgesamt wirkte das Hotel deutlich abgewirtschaftet und nicht wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Das Zimmer war in schlechtem Zustand (u. a. kaputtes Bett, rostige Lampen, allgemeine Mängel bei Sauberkeit). Zusätzlich gab es im gesamten Bereich einen starken, muffigen Geruch, der an Schimmel erinnerte. Meine schwangere Partnerin und ich haben bereits nach wenigen Minuten im Zimmer Kopfschmerzen bekommen und uns dort nicht wohl bzw. nicht sicher gefühlt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt nach kurzer Zeit abgebrochen, obwohl mehrere Nächte bereits bezahlt waren. Vor Ort wurde uns lediglich ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, was jedoch an den grundlegenden Problemen (Zustand, Geruch, Baustelle) nichts geändert hätte. Eine Rückerstattung wurde trotz sofortiger Reklamation und direkter Ansprache des Managements nicht gewährt. Stattdessen wurden wir auf Booking.com verwiesen, ohne dass es zu einer Lösung kam. Am Ende mussten wir kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel auf eigene Kosten buchen und haben keinerlei Rückerstattung erhalten. Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung – nicht empfehlenswert.

Guten Tag Ich habe im April in Theodoro in Sardinien 2xDoppelzimmer gebucht im Hotel Mimose Ich bekam ca20 Stunden vorher ein mail von dem Hotel dass wir nicht bei Ihnen das Zimmer beziehen können. Wegen Technischen probleme War echt ärgerlich wir haben und alle sehr geärgert !!!! Sie haben uns dann in Ihren Residenzen 2xZimmer angeboten Wir akzeptierten dies da es jo so kurz gemeldet wurde In Posada einem kleinen Dorf , wir nahmen dann dort das Frühstück z uns Katastrophal die hatten nicht genügend Tassen mussten warten bis wieder Tassen gewaschen wurden dasselbe mit Messer u Löffeli Schlimm echt zum empfehlen Das Hotel kann immer noch gebucht werden vermutlich mit derselben Masche Mit freundlichen grüssen Maya Barrer Wollte einfach darauf hinweisen Von meinem iPhone gesendet

Poderia ter algum sitio no quarto/casa-de-banho para pendurar as toalhas, mas é apenas um pormenor a melhorar. O isolamento acústico é terrivel, mas pela nossa estadia em vários hoteis na Sardenha percebemos que tal é recorrente

Tout le personnel de l'hôtel est vraiment très agréable et souriant et aux petits soins pour nous. Les chambres propres et faitent tous les jours.

l'hôtel était en travaux ce qui n' a jamais été indiqué au moment de la réservation!!! Autant dire que les marteaux piqueurs et disqueuses dès 8h du matin au bord de la piscine, si vous cherchez le repos c'est foutu. On était obligé de partir toute la journée ! les cabines de douche sont minuscules et les chambres mal insonorisées...

Es war sehr unfreundlich-Keinerlei Respekt unserem Anliegen und Plagen die wir dort hatten! Selbst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen unserer Beschwerde wurde wir arrogant ignoriert! Es gab Schimmel/die Stühle von der Terasse waren durch das man sich verletzt hat. An der Außenanlagen waren alte Bikinis im Blumentopf-Der Pool wurde nicht täglich gereinigt-Es hieß er wäre warm-was davon nichts stimmte. Es wurde eine Gebühr für Handtücher verlangt um an der Poolanlage zu sitzen! Die Steckdosen im Zimmer (Lebensgefährlich) Blitz kam rausgelockert oder dann ging nichts. Es war Schimmel im Bad! Alles lieblos verputzt-Decken -Farbreste überall-total unprofessionell gestaltet! Decken gab es nur eine Wolldecke die so gezwickt hat und man in der Nacht gefroren hatte! Der Komfort war nicht da-Heizung ging nicht-Decke war so Strohig-wie in einem Kuhstall!!! Kühlschrank mit Schimmel! Baustelle im hinteren! Keinerlei Liebe zum Detail von einem Hotel! Die Geschäftsführerin -Null zuvorkommend und Verständlich! Wir wurden nicht ernst genommen- ausgelacht und ignoriert! Viele hatten sich über das Beschwert und es kam nichts an Anstand zurück! Kein Welcome -nur auf Ihrem Computer Bild gezeigt und arrogant formuliert! Das war der schlimmste Urlaub dort und keine Erholsame Zeit! Die Baustelle sollten Sie erwähnen und das unprofessionelle Personal mit dem schlechten Komfort auch! Das stimmt um Gottes Willen nicht was da angegeben wird! Nicht mal ein Cappuccino wenn man es möchte um 14.30 kann Madam machen..Aber je nachdem wie Sie Lust und Laune hat bei welchem Gast. Obwohl Sie nur auf Ihrem hintern dort sitzt und nichts tut! Statt mal wesentlich sich auch um die Poolanlage die Augen auf zu machen und Lehre Plastikflaschen und Bikinis -Zigattenstummel vom Blumentopf zu beseitigen..Zum Frühstück gab es nur Melone-in einem 3Plus Sterne..Wer eine Allergie hat -Kann man keine Obstschale hinstellen—-Der Café war gut-den man ja nur am morgen bekam…Alles andere war sehr traurig und enttäuschend!

Sehr nettes kleines Hotel, sehr gemütlicher Außenbereich, super freundliches Personal, Zimmer einfach aber schön und sauber, schöner Pool mit Sonnenliegen, sehr vielfältiges Frühstück. Zum Strand geht man ein bißchen, aber es gibt gratis Shuttlebusse, die ins Zentrum und den Stränden in der Nähe fahren und direkt vor dem Hotel halten.

La piscina era molto bella e la colazione a buffet molto buona e varia.

Siamo arrivati nella struttura avendo prenotato l'hotel con servizi come ristorante e bar. Alla seconda notte ci è stato comunicato, senza che ci fosse stato segnalato prima nella prenotazione, che il ristorante fosse chiuso e che non fosse possibile quindi nè pranzare nè cenare. Alla reception non c'era mai nessuno, cosí come al banco bar. Totalmente lasciato senza personale, come se non ci fosse nessuno. L'aria condizionata in camera uno scherzo, si bloccava talmente era sporca di polvere all'interno e dopo un tot non usciva piú aria. Avevamo un'aspettativa molto alta visto come veniva presentata, non ci torneremo sicuramente.

Hôtel magnifique avec des équipements de haut standing et une décoration raffinée. La chambre est confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour un bon séjour, il y a même un sèche cheveux, un étendoir et clim est appréciée ! Le ménage y est fait tous les jours sur les coups de 11h/12h, tout en discrétion, c'est un vrai plus si vous faites un long séjour. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité et je pense supérieur aux autres hôtels du coin (des œufs, du bacon, du fromage, des viennoiseries, des gâteaux, du pain, des céréales, du jus....) La piscine n'est pas chauffée, mais pas insurmontable au vu de la chaleur environnante ;) Le personnel est gentil, professionnel et serviable, surtout ceux du petit déjeuner. Ils portent un uniforme de barista, je trouve ça génial ! Au niveau de l'emplacement, c'est à côté d'une rue passante, mais ça reste peu bruyant. Vous êtes proche du centre et de toutes les commodités (surtout si vous avez une voiture. À pieds, c'est 20min du centre). Cela permet de ne pas avoir les nuisances du centre qui est assez animé le soir ! Je recommande !
