Bitte als konstrutives Feedback verstehen. - Etwas feuchter, muffiger Geruch beim Einziehen ins Zimmer. (Wir haben uns mit Raumduft aus dem Supermarkt beholfen) - Schön wäre es wenn, Salz und Pfeffer und ein Wasserkocher vorhanden wären

A nice garden A relatively large area

To be honest, everything is outdated. The breakfasts are okay for Italy. But there isn't much variety, and I think they're expensive. We had a room with a kitchen. It was very small, the fridge didn't work well, and the food went bad. The kitchen wasn't really equipped for cooking full meals. An uncomfortable mattress on the bed

Very comfortable room. Easy car parking. Good drinks in pool bar. Town is 15 mins walk, with great choice of shops & restaurants.

Pool towels & bathroom towels only changed once a week. Room not serviced for the whole week. For the price, expected better housekeeping. Not enough beds around the pool. Kitchenette very small, had to ask for a kettle, but never got a toaster.

Das Ressort liegt nur 15 Gehminuten von der Stadt entfernt. Hier ist am Abend relativ viel los und es gibt einige gute Lokale mit typische sardischen Speisen. Das Ressort selbst hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Nettes Personal gutes Frühstück und das Zimmer mit Garten war besonders schön und groß.

Beim Frühstück wäre es von Vorteil die Glastüren zu öffnen.

Das einzig positive war der Shuttle zum La Cinta Beach, der hervorragend funktionierte.

Ein paar Tage vor Ankunft wurde mitgeteilt, dass man bei einem Aufenthalt unter einer Woche nur ein einziges Mal Handtücher bekommt. Neue Handtücher würden mit 15,00 EUR pro Person zu buche schlagen. Man muss die Küche sauber und gereinigt am Abreisetag - 10.00 Uhr! - hinterlassen, ansonsten würden 50,00 EUR von der Kaution (200,00 EUR) einbehalten werden. Müll muss man auch herausgebracht haben. Die Küche ist sehr schlecht eingerichtet, der Kühlschrank ist sehr klein. 2 (ZWEI) Rollen Toilettenpapier gab es für drei Gäste für 5 Nächte. Also musste man im Supermarkt Toilettenpapier, Abwaschmittel, Lappen und ein Abwaschhandtuch kaufen. Da ist jedes Airbnb besser eingerichtet! Das Apartment war am Anreisetag immer noch äußerst sandig bzw. dreckig! Es gab für 3 Gäste kaum Ablageflächen, weder im Bad noch im "Wohnzimmer". Jeden Morgen musste man nachfragen, ob man evtl. im Hotel frühstücken "darf". Nein, das Frühstück war meist ausgebucht, aber abends fragen war nicht möglich.

Schöner Pool und sehr sauber (Poolanlage). Freundliches Personal.

Preis-Leistung schlecht. Bettsofa alt und unbequem. Matratzen des Hauptschlafzimmer durchgelegen und müsste auch mal ausgetauscht werden. Handtücher werden nicht ausgewechselt, Zimmer wird nicht gereinigt, am Ende des Aufenthalts muss man SELBER trotz des hohen Übernachtungspreis, den Abfall rausbringen und in die Tonne werfen. Kein Frühstück im Preis enthalten. Enttäuschend. Und das soll ein 4-Sterne Service sein???

Comfort Clean Expensive but understandable for a good quality accomodation in San Teodoro

We came with our 9 months old baby and it is really the first time that we have to pay 10 euros per day for the baby bed and 5 euros a day for the baby highsit...it feels innapropriate.

Struttura curatissima e personale eccezionale, tutti gentilissimi. In particolare la concierge Barbara carinissima e bravissima nel suo entusiasmo di farci scoprire la terra in cui ci ha accolto calorosamente. Colazione un po’ costa ma buonissima, con dolcetti di pasticceria freschi di qualità eccelsa. Docce con acqua calda e shampoo e bagno schiuma a disposizione dopo il checkout per cui è possibile fare un ultimo bagno in spiaggia in serenità.

Unica pecca in stanza c’è l’asciugacapelli a parete poco funzionale e l’illuminazione della camera lasciava a desiderare

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war sehr gross. Frühstück war nicht riesig, aber es hat von allem etwas gehabt. Personal im ganzen Hotel war sehr freundlich. Barbara gibt hilfreiche Infos und bei ihr kann man Ausflüge buchen.

Beim Pool gibt es nicht so viele Liegestühle.

We had a very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, everything organized and clean. The spa was great and the prices of the spa services are not so high compared to other places, hopefully they will keep them that way. We will be back!

Lovely surroundings with well-manicured gardens, clean pool, room (#505) well-maintained with a patio for sitting and drying wet beach attire. Excellent buffet breakfast included with everything one would want for a healthy meal. Free on-sight parking. Easy access to downtown San Teodoro if one has a car, but many restaurants in walking distance. The pool was spectacular; if one didn't want to go to the beach the pool provided for sun or shade. Loved the idea of having a poolside bar open during the day and long into the night; even after the pool closed at 20:00.

I would have like a hot water kettle in the room, but that being said, the poolside bar provided hot water for tea which was much appreciated. Not sure why the pool closes at 20:00. Even one more hour would be great during those hot summer nights.

Las dos cosas que más me gustaron fueron la zona de piscina y la posibilidad de permanecer en el Hotel y hacer uso de la piscina todo el día una vez hecho el check Out. Pese que el check Out es mi opinión muy pronto, 10 A.M. me parece una barbaridad, tienen servicio de consigna para las maletas y te ofrecen la posibilidad de usar la piscina, cosa que es un punto a favor si tienes el vuelo a última hora de la tarde

Habitaciones un poco anticuadas y con una limpieza dudosa. Al entrar a la habitación había muchísimos pelos en un puff y tambien en la cama. Avisé inmediatamente y lo limpiaron al instante pero es algo que no puede ocurrir y menos en un hotel denominado resort. Ya empiezas la estancia regular

Posizione comoda al centro e lontana dalla confusione. Bella location, camere indipendenti in bel parco. Camera carina con bagno spazioso e bel patio. Si può parcheggiare nel resort. Non ho usufruito ne della piscina, nè del bar ristorante, che però sembravano carini.

Poche prese per le ricariche dispositivi(noi ne abbiamo sempre parecchi). Phon piccolo attaccato al muro e pochi prodotti da bagno, per un 4* un pò poco.

Très bon emplacement. Belle piscine et service de bar. Grande chambre familiale équipée. Personnel attentionné.

Notre fenêtre de chambre s’ouvrait seule ce qui arrêtait automatiquement l’air climatisé. Il n’y a pas de changement de serviettes d’inclus pour un séjour de 5 nuits. Le petit déjeuner est dispendieux s’il n’est pas inclus.

Fint privat værelse, men det var desværre noget slidt og gammelt. Wi-Fi-forbindelsen var dårlig, og jeg synes, det er meget optimistisk at klassificere hotellet som et 4-stjernet hotel.

A cozinha devia estar mais equipada! Apenas tinha frigorífico e placa de indução!

Wichtige Informationen werden vor und während der Buchung nicht mitgeteilt. Apartments werden nicht geputzt, keine Bettwäsche und keine Handtücher gewechselt. Diese Information bekommt man erst NACH der Buchung. Pro Person verlangen sie 8€ pro Handtuchwechsel. Hat nichts mit einem 4 Sterne Hotel zutun. Apartments bekommen kein 4 Sterne Service. Unser Spiegel im Bad war (bei Einzug) dreckig. Unfreundliche Rezeption. Kommen auf kritische Fragen nicht klar.

Άλλαξαν τις πετσέτες ενα πρωί και δεν έβαλαν καθαρές ούτε καθάρισαν το μπάνιο όπως πρέπει.

Location was on a good walking distance from the town

1 room was new, spacious and good value for money. The other room, which was cheaper but still at 225€/night was old, worn down and absolutely NOT 4* quality, same room at other hotel would maybe be 150€/night max. The bathroom was very small, the door blocked the -very old- shower, the laminate coating of the door was coming loose, the airco did not work all the way to the bathroom so it was very hot and to top it off the cleaning crew left the bathroom window open every single day, while we were facing a heatwave. The matresses were ok but the bedbottom was wiggly which meant that everytime you partner moves you are woken up and almost wiggled out of the bed. Breakfast was ok, but no variation and so not 4* qualtity either… the pool was overcrowded, in our 8 day stay there was not 1 day we had a spot at the pool

Pool was great, junior suite was amazing - we traveled w our 23 yr old daughter and it was perfect as it gave us privacy w a bedroom for us and a sofa bed for her, breakfast was amazing - loved the fresh eggs, all the fruit, yummy bread and cappuccino machine.

The sofa bed mattress was very hard - we had to fold a blanket in half to put under the sheet for my daughter’s back not to hurt. All the weights in the gym were in shambles and 1/2 broken. Also we tried to work out at 6am before our flight and they said the gym didn’t open until 8am - really??? It’s just a small room that they could’ve easily unlocked the door to.. also they gave us a breakfast to go container that had gross stale bread in it - would’ve been nice to have a croissant or muffin instead of packaged stale toast:(

Resort bellissimo in una posizione tranquilla ma vicinissima al centro in pochi minuti a piedi. Colazione abbondante, camere spaziose. Personale gentile e disponibile

Per il prezzo pagato il materasso era troppo sottile e vecchio, la doccia per la dimensione del bagno (molto spazioso) veramente piccola e scomoda.

De ligging, leuk stadje op loopafstand (15 minuten), en een goed restaurant nabij op 5 minuten lopen. Fijn zwembad, schone kamers. Goed ontbijt, poolbar bood een goede lunchkaart aan en lekkere drankjes en cocktails.

De bedden waren van matige kwaliteit, met name het bankbed in de junior suite. De airconditioning was niet goed in te stellen en daardoor erg luid en koud 's nachts.

Der kan ikke reguleres på aircondition i lejlighederne, den skal køre i begge rum og kan kun slukkes oppe fra receptionen i det ene rum og kører så hele tiden. Svært når nogle kan lide aircondition og andre ikke!. Lejlighederne kunne godt være udstyret med viskestykke, opvaskemiddel og klude.

Great proximity to San Teodoro, good swimming pool, clean and plenty of parking.

Mattress is really uncomfortable, no dinner service at the hotel, and the lounges are all taken from 8am as people go and drop a towel to mark them. AC is loud in the room. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good and nice hotel but doesn’t cut the 4 star rating.

- O café da manha estava muito bom, a equipe que organizava e atendia os hóspedes era muito atenciosa. - O bar da piscina e a piscina - A localização próxima ao centro - Estacionamento

- Reservei 3 quartos, 2 clássicos e um superior. Nos deram dois superiores que estavam OK mas, a 3a unidade, colocaram a mim e minha esposa, num apartamento de 1 quarto e sala, que ficava fora do prédio principal, distantes dos outros dois quartos onde estavam minha filha e minhas netas. Disseram que seria um up grade no entanto eu nao poderia usar de toda a estrutura deste apartamento e, de forma pouco gentil, trancaram a minicozinha mas disseram que a vantagem era um apartamento maior do que o original. Além disso, deixavam o equipamento do pessoal que fazia a limpeza ( vassouras e baldes, sujos, tirei fotos) no corredor entre o quarto e o banheiro da unidade. Me explicaram que seria para facilitar o trabalho da equipe do hotel. O ar condicionado da unidade esfriava demais, aumentei a temperatura para 26 graus e continuou gelando.

We had a wonderful stay at Terradimare Resort. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of fresh options to start the day. The staff were always friendly, welcoming and happy to help with any questions or requests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also really appreciated the shuttle bus service to the beach. It was convenient, reliable, and made getting to the coast hassle-free. The location is another plus, with bus stops and supermarkets just a short walk away. Overall, a great place to stay, and we’d be happy to return.

It’s quite a long walk- which is fine in itself, as you can take a daily stroll - but the area you have to walk through to get to the hotel isn't very pleasant. Plus, going out in the evening for dinner or into town isn't much fun anymore and requires a long walk. The property is marketed as a hotel, yet it does not accommodate Booking.com guests in actual hotel rooms; the apartments - presented as a premium option - are unfortunately rather unpleasant and offer no hotel services. What’s more, the staff expects guests to leave the room cleaned upon checkout! It’s absurd. Fortunately, they provide cleaning equipment.

Los exteriores, la piscina, las áreas verdes. Personal muy amable. Buena variedad de fruta en el desayuno y el café (no es fácil encontrar buen café en las máquinas del desayuno). Las habitaciones cuentan con buena insonorización.

Teníamos una Junior Suite, que no era una Junior Suite... Camas muy incómodas, ni siquiera un hervidero de agua con infusiones de cortesía y café (como suele ser habitual para quien se aloja en una Suite).

I loved the peaceful location but near enough to the town. The rooms are lovely and spacious. Staff are very approachable.

Het complex bevindt zich op maximaal 10 minuten loopafstand van het gezellige centrum van San Teodoro. De kamers zijn schoon, het personeel is vriendelijk. We arriveerden om 9 uur in de ochtend en onze kamer was bijna direct beschikbaar! Het ontbijt is goed verzorgd.

Er werden helaas veel ligbedden bezet gehouden door mensen die voor 8 uur hun handdoek legden. Helaas werd hier niet op gehandhaafd.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut - auch der Frühstücksraum. Ausser die Fruchtsäfte. Diese waren nur Zuckerwasser, keine Fruchtsäfte. Auch der Pool war sehr schön und es hatte eigentlich immer genügend Liegen vorhanden.

Im Zimmer hatte es nur einen offen Schrank, ohne Türen. Zudem fehlten Ablagemöglichkeiten (Tablare), um Kleider abzulegen. Die Klimaanlage war zudem sehr laut.

We went in shoulder season so the shuttle to the beach wasn’t running, a good 30 min walk but worth it as it’s stunning.

Lovely quiet location, spacious comfortable room (I had a Comfort room) Helpful friendly staff. Lovely peaceful pool area . Great complimentary bus service to Cinta beach. Breakfast was adequate, food at the pool restaurant was tasty and good sized portions.

There are a few things that could be improved, the air conditioning is a bit temperamental. Certain room amenities which you’d expect to find in a 4 star in this price range were missing, tea and coffee facilities in room, toiletries are limited.

War alles gut

The apartment is as in the pictures(not new or in good condition, but it is pictured correctly) and the surroundings were well maintained and beautiful. There is also parking on site

First, there is no information visible in Booking, but the apartments specifically are self-service, meaning that there is no cleaning of the room whatsoever - visitors are left with a bucket and a broom to clean themselves. When you check out you also have to throw out the collected trash yourselves. The air conditioning in the living room was making EXTREMELY loud noises, and staff claimed it cannot be fixed, but also that no one has informed them before that it was not working. We had to call reception every time we want to turn on the AC in the bedroom. The provided baby cot (that is at an additional fee) was dirty, torn and there were bolts pointing out of it. The staff was borderline rude and did not even apologise for the AC issue, also did not allow me to file an official complaint. This hotel/ resort is far from four stars, at least the apartment part, and was the low point of our whole experience in Sardinia.

Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist das freundliche Personal. Die neu renovierten Zimmer, mit Garten und Terrasse, haben mir sehr gut gefallen! Der Kaffee war sehr gut!

Man muss zum Meer ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß gehen.

Personeel was vriendelijk, zwembad was goed, in deze periode waren er altijd bedjes vrij, en het ontbijt was voldoende keuze en heel goed. In eerste instantie toen ik op het bed ging zitten dacht ik te zacht. Maar het waren perfecte matrassen en kussens.

De rand van het zwembad mag een keer een goede schoonmaakbeurt krijgen. Voor de rest heb ik geen minpunten.

Apartman je bio prostran, odlično opremljen te je imao veliku kuhinju s velikim hladnjakom, što je bilo vrlo praktično tijekom boravka. Posebno nas je oduševila lokacija apartmana – imali smo terasu i travnjak ispred, što je pružalo dodatnu udobnost i osjećaj privatnosti. Besplatno parkirališno mjesto nalazilo se odmah ispred apartmana, što je također veliki plus. Resort je idealan za obitelji s djecom. Djeca su uživala na igralištu, a dodatni tereni za nogomet i tenis bili su pun pogodak. Bazen je velik, izuzetno čist i uredno održavan, pa smo tamo proveli mnogo ugodnih trenutaka. Osoblje je tijekom cijelog boravka bilo vrlo ljubazno, susretljivo i uvijek spremno pomoći. Sve zajedno, imali smo izvrsno iskustvo i sigurno bismo ponovno došli. Resort svakako vrijedi posjetiti! 😊

Przez 6 nocy i 6 śniadań jedzenie monotonne . 4 dni wędlina tylko te same 2 rodzaje, sery też 2 rodzaje .

La cura dei giardini, il parcheggio, la struttura in generale.

La mancanza di zanzariere nell’appartamento, il che significava stare con l’aria condizionata accesa che però era molto molto rumorosa.

De ligging (rustig, maar 15 min van het centrum), heerlijk balkon in de schaduw en prachtig zwembad.

Das Resort ist wirklich schön und hat eine tolle Lage, ist sehr gepflegt und die Stimmung ist entspannt. Der kleine Wellness Bereich mit Sauna, Dampfbad und Tauchbecken sehr gepflegt und schön gestaltet. Auch die Räume für Massage und andere Behandlungen sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Der Pool ist toll und die Liegen sehr bequem. Der Garten sehr gepflegt....

Es ist etwas befremdlich, dass die Nutzung der Sauna extra kostet und wenn man zahlt, dann kosten 40 Minuten 18 Euro. Ungewöhnliches Zeitfenster, denn wenn man 3 Saunagänge mit Pausen machen will, braucht man mind. 1 Stunde. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Einige Getränke an der Bar sind etwas überteuert und auch beim Frühstück ist nur wenig Flexibilität. Wenn man kein Frühstück gebucht hat, dann kann nur für 15 Euro ein Frühstück buchen und keine kleine Variante (Ein toast und Ei oder Croissant). Das Essen Mittags oder Abends läßt nicht viel Auswahl für Vegetarier und auch die Salate könnten besser sein. Leider fehlt ein kleiner Snack wie ein vegetarisches belegtes Ciabatta oder Käsetoast.... Man könnte mehr machen aus der Karte ohne mehr Aufwand. Die Einzelbetten sind leider viel zu schmal und nicht empfehlenswert... unsere waren auch durchgelegen. Das wäre beim nächsten Mal sicher vorher abzufragen

De kamer op zich! Kleine bedden met slechte matrassen. Geen bed om 2 weken op te liggen. Daarnaast zijn de kamers erg sober ingericht.

Wir waren jetzt auf unserer jährlichen Motorradtour zum 4. Mal im Terradimare. Für nächstes Jahr steht schon wieder fest das wir ins Terradimare gehen. Wir gehören schon fast zur Einrichtung 😁 Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab . Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist 1+ . Ruim appartement met prima balkon, mooi aangelegd park en heel rustig

Weinig keukenspullen, geen schaar, waterkoker, oven of magnetron. Het zwembad was ijskoud, haast niet te doen. De zee was warmer.

La propreté, l'accès facile au logement, le logement est spacieux

Le logement est ancien, le climatiseur ne fonctionnait pas, la piscine n'était pas toujours disponible, le spa n'était pas toujours disponible. Tout était payant : les bouteilles d'eau, le papier toilette.

Que había hormigas en el baño

Ruhige Lage nicht weit (30 min) vom Flughafen von Olbia aber weit genug weg vom Trubel der Großstadt und von den Fliegern. Sehr schöne Küste fußläufig erreichbar mit 20 Minuten Fußweg. Personal sehr nett.

Die Reinigungskraft hat an einem Tag mal mittags geklopft und uns mitgeteilt dass sie entweder jetzt sofort oder gar nicht kommt, wir waren den ganzen Tag nur diese eine Stunde anwesend. Es wurde nicht mal gecheckt ob noch z.B genügend Toilettenpapier da ist. Sie ist dann unverrichteter Dinge gegangen und nie wieder gekommen. Die Schränke waren oben sehr staubig und unsere Kleidung hat den Staub dann entfernt. An sich sind die gut erreichbaren Bereiche aber gut gereinigt. Die Internetverbindung/ WLAN ist im Zimmer 1002 sehr sehr schlecht und insgesamt sehr instabil.

Prachtige accommodatie, mooi zwembad, ruime kamer, heerlijk uitzicht op de bergen bij het wakker worden. Heerlijk ontbijt.

De route ernaar toe is onduidelijk aangegeven.

Nous pouvions aller dans le centre à pied

Les matelas étaient très léger, une plaque ne fonctionnait pas, la tv ne fonctionnait pas en français, beaucoup de bruit notamment quand les gens du dessus se douchent.
