Nur ein Stuhl im Zimmer. Die 2. Person im Doppelzimmer musste auf dem Bett sitzen. Das Zimmer wäre gross genug für mehrere Stühle.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026The hotel is amazing. The staff are very polite and attentive. The rooms are beautifully equipped—clean and bright. They feature unique bathroom fixtures—silent toilets. The hotel is located right in the heart of the Palmanova, a place where you can stroll, take photos, and simply enjoy yourself. The hotel has its own parking.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel Ai Dogi. Es war alles in Ordnung und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war gut und bot einen schönen Start in den Tag. Besonders toll war die Aussicht von unserem Zimmer direkt auf den Hauptplatz. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen.

The curtains don't really block the light so the room was quite bright at night. If you're a light sleeper I would suggest you bring a sleeping mask.

Das Hotel könnte kaum zentraler gelegen sein und bietet zudem einen privaten Parkplatz – gerade bei einer Anreise mit dem Auto ein großer Pluspunkt. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht, das sich über zwei Etagen erstreckte und in einem Nebengebäude lag. Das Zimmer war für unsere Familie sehr schön und praktisch aufgeteilt. Im Nebengebäude wird auch das leckere Frühstück serviert, bei dem für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die zentrale Lage, den privaten Parkplatz und die angenehme Atmosphäre des Hotels. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel Ai Dogi jederzeit wieder für einen Aufenthalt in Palmanova wählen.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026La posizione è invidiabile. Dalla finestra della nostra camera matrimoniale (non Superior) potevamo ammirare la bellezza di Piazza Grande. Altro grande punto di forza è il parcheggio privato gratuito riservato agli ospiti, proprio a fianco del Duomo e direttamente collegato all’hotel: una comodità davvero notevole, soprattutto considerando la posizione centralissima. La colazione intercontinentale è super e il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile, anche nel dare informazioni. Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura a metà agosto, nel pieno del caldo di quest’estate caldissima. Il giorno della partenza ci hanno concesso di lasciare l’auto nel loro parcheggio interno per fare un’ultima passeggiata in città e, al nostro rientro, accaldati, ci hanno offerto due bottigliette d’acqua: un gesto davvero molto apprezzato e per nulla scontato. In più, se la camera non fosse già stata rifatta, ci avrebbero anche permesso di rientrare per rinfrescarci. Non è stato possibile, ma anche solo la premura di proporlo e di chiedere alle donne delle pulizie e cercare di venirci incontro non è da tutti. Un’attenzione che abbiamo apprezzato davvero molto. PUNTI DI FORZA: POSIZIONE ECCEZIONALE – PARCHEGGIO PRIVATO GRATUITO – COLAZIONE SUPER – PERSONALE CORDIALE, DISPONIBILE E ATTENTO AL CLIENTE
Nella pulizia della camera è sfuggito qualche piccolo dettaglio: nel cassetto della scrivania abbiamo trovato un blister di medicinali vuoto, probabilmente lasciato dagli ospiti precedenti, e nel vassoio della doccia un piccolo accessorio per capelli. Nulla di particolarmente grave, ma sicuramente aspetti a cui prestare un po’ più di attenzione.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026This is a beautiful old hotel in the historic centre of Palmanova. The reception staff were very welcoming and ready to offer information on the history of the town. Despite traffic restrictions in the plaza, we were invited to park the motorcycle in a covered shady spot right next to the hotel. The double room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was well-equipped with toiletries.
The breakfast buffet was adequate but the choice was rather limited.

Gli asciugamani non profumavano di pulito, probaqilmente sono stati riposti ancora umidi e sapevano di freschino. Il condizionatore, una volta arrivato a temperatura, continuava ad accendersi e spegnersi con un fastidioso ticchettio che ci ha accompagnati tutta la notte.

Aircondition blæste lige ned i sengen, så vi var nødtil at slukke den, hvilket gjorde at der blev super varmt. Og så kunne man godt ved booking, have fortalt at alt var spæret af grundet koncert, hvilket larmede til kl. 23.

Das Hotel ist direkt am zentralen Platz gelegen und sehr hübsch. Unser Zimmer war nicht riesig aber völlig ok. Das Highlight war das Frühstück. Dafür musste man in ein Nachbargebäude gehen, wo ein architektonisch sehr ansprechender Raum mit einer Fensterfront zum Platz hergerichtet wurde. einfach klasse und alles das wäre ein Grund gewesen, hier zu übernachten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit,
Es fehlt ein Klimaanlage, aber dass war uns vorher bekannt und hier noch nicht so ein großes Problem, weil es sich Nacht gut abkühlte und wir auch ohne Probleme oder Lärm mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnten,

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Das Hotel befindet sich mitten im Zentrum von Palmanova, direkt am Piazza Grande. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Es gibt auch einen eigenen Fahrradraum, wo man seine Fahrräder sicher verwahren kann. Auch Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wird in Buffetform in einem Nebengebäude angeboten und war sehr umfangreich. Da wir bei 39°C in Palmanova angekommen sind, haben wir die Klimaanlage im Zimmer besonders geschätzt.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, direkt an der Piazza Grande. Zimmer und Frühstück einwandfrei. Fahrräder konnten sicher abgestellt werden, Strom zum Laden der Akkus vorhanden. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Byliśmy w czwórkę. Dla trzech osób łóżka były ok, lecz czwarte to foltel rozkładany. Osoba na nim się nie wyspała. Słaby materac i sprężyny. Śniadanie ok, bez dużego wyboru, więcej produktów na słodko, jajecznica z proszku, lecz ogólnie było ok.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026La vista sulla piazza è molto bella e la posizione è certamente comoda. La signora addetta alla sala colazione è stata gentile, disponibile e molto professionale. Già stati in questa struttura tempo fa e avevamo avuto un’esperienza positiva, motivo per cui siamo tornati volentieri.
All’arrivo abbiamo scoperto che la camera non si trovava nella struttura principale indicata nella prenotazione, in Piazza Grande 11, ma in una dependance al numero 8, a circa 70 metri. La distanza in sé non sarebbe stata un problema, se fosse stata comunicata prima con chiarezza. Dopo un lungo viaggio, invece, mi sono trovato a dover trasportare i bagagli a mano attraverso la piazza fino alla sistemazione assegnata. Solo il giorno dopo è saltato fuori che l’accesso in auto alla piazza, per il carico e scarico bagagli, è ammesso. All'arrivo avevo chiesto esplicitamente questa informazione alla reception, ma mi è stato detto che non era possibile. Una comunicazione corretta fin dall’inizio avrebbe evitato un disagio inutile. La camera è sembrata piccola rispetto alle aspettative e al prezzo pagato di 150 euro. Anche la formula “green” non ha convinto per niente: la sostenibilità è apprezzabile, ma non dovrebbe far mancare elementi essenziali come una saponetta o un prodotto adeguato per la doccia. La colazione è stata servita con gentilezza, ma durante il servizio la sala veniva già preparata per un evento successivo, con tavoli spostati mentre si stava ancora mangiando. La situazione non è risultata confortevole. L’episodio più serio è avvenuto prima della partenza: ho trovato la nostra camera aperta e incustodita, con i nostri effetti personali ancora all’interno, quando ancora non era stata liberata. Ho poi scoperto che era stata aperta per le pulizie, senza verificare se fosse ancora occupata. È un fatto che ho trovato grave, perché in una situazione del genere gli oggetti personali degli ospiti restano esposti. Esperienza complessiva di molto inferiore alle aspettative, soprattutto per chiarezza delle informazioni, organizzazione e rapporto qualità prezzo.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer im Neubau mit Blick auf den Piazza. Gutes Frühstück. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in einer Garage sicher abstellen. Danke auch für den sehr netten Empfang.
Fehlanzeige. Vielleicht könnten die Zimmer ein wenig größer sein.
