Der Kühlschrank mit der großen Auswahl von Weinen ist verlockend, es gibt aber keinen Aushang einer Preisliste, die 20€ für eine 0,375 ml Weinflasche war dann doch etwas viel.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt vor den Toren von Palmanova. Die Stadt ist in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen, ebenso das grosse Einkaufscenter. Unser Zimmer im 1. Stock war komfortabel und sehr sauber. Der Balkon lädt am Abend zum verweilen ein. Unser Hund konnte im Garten frei toben und auch mit den anderen Hunden spielen. Es wurde uns am zweiten Abend ein Abendessen angeboten.
Das Zeitfenster zum frühstücken ist sehr knapp bemessen - zwischen 08.00 und 09.00 Uhr. Auch das Einchecken ab 17.00 Uhr bis 19.30 Uhr ist zu spät gewählt.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Si tratta di un casolare ristrutturato molto bene. Ero in una camera, più che piacevole, con terrazza annessa molto carina. Arredamento di gusto, nel pieno rispetto del tipo di struttura. Colazione molto buona. Ideale per trascorrere una notte in totale tranquillità .
Ho notato la mancanza di un piccolo frigo-bar, a mio avviso necessario, almeno per poter usufruire di acqua fresca, Il livello della struttura lo richiederebbe.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026A korábbi alkalommal ellentétben most tényleg nem csak szép hanem tiszta is volt a szoba, nem volt kutyaszőrös. A szoba mérete és felszereltsége, ill. a fürdőszoba is megfelelő volt számunkra. A hely hangulata, a csend és a kedves vendéglátóink miatt biztosan visszatérünk még ide. Ajánlottuk ismerősöknek is.
A szobában nem volt hűtő, azonban rövid tartózkodásunk alatt ezt nélkülözni tudtuk.

Everything was excellent, from the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful garden to the comfortable accommodation and delicious breakfast. We especially enjoyed the tranquillity and authentic character of the property. A wonderful place to relax. It’s close to Palmanova and other landmarks of that area.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Z całego serca polecam ten hotel! Świetna lokalizacja – idealna zarówno dla osób chcących wypocząć nad morzem, jak i wybrać się na wycieczki w góry. Właściciele są przesympatyczni, bardzo pomocni i dbają o miłą atmosferę. Dużym atutem jest również możliwość przyjazdu z pieskiem. Na pewno chętnie tu wrócimy!

The breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection of fresh & delicious food and Italian coffee. The location is a 30-minute to the famous beaches of Grado. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!!

We were offered dinner at the accommodation and, when I asked about the cost, the host replied that we would receive menus. However, at the dinner no menus were provided, and we were simply offered fish. The meal consisted only of fish with a couple of potatoes on the side, yet we were billed 100 euros (just for the fish!) for two people. This price felt unreasonably high for such a modest dinner.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Nyugodt, csendes helyen, de nem messze a várostól, egy gyönyörűen újjáépített épületben van a szállás. A finom reggelit a teraszon tudtuk elfogyasztani. A szállásadòk kedvesen fogadtak. Átutazóban egy éjszakát töltöttünk itt, de szívesen maradtunk volna még.

We stayed there for 2 out of 3 nights. The doors were paper thin so your heard everything. Especially when the owner threw a privat party and booked his friend in the room next to us. They were too drunk to find the keyhole so they kept slamming into the door. Also we could hear them throw up and then snore all night so that was fun…. Would recommend staying here if you like to sleep at night and don’t want strangers listening to you private conversations even if you whisper them.

1. Przez cały tydzień poprzedzający przyjazd otrzymywałam wiadomości scam na booking od hotelu z linkiem do płatności i informacją, że powinnam wejść w link, aby opłacić hotel (zdjęcie w załączeniu). Oczywiście nie zrobiłam tego, zakładając, że to oszustwo. Natomiast wiadomości przychodziły codziennie. Po przyjeździe do hotelu powiedziałam o tym obsłudze i usłyszałam, że mają zaatakowane konto na booking i są świadomi problemu, ale jeszcze go nie rozwiązali. Całkiem oburzające biorąc pod uwagę, że trwało to juz ponad tydzień i hotel wiedział, że rozsyła scam do swoich klientów narażając ich na oszustwo. 2. Zjedliśmy w hotelu kolację - niestety nie otrzymaliśmy menu z cenami, dopiero następnego dnia podano nam ile kosztowały dania. Żeby dowiedziec się tego w trakcie kolacji trzeba prosić szefa kuchni (gdyż kelner nie zna menu na dany dzień). Mimo zamówienia za 172 euro dla 4 osób (więc całkiem sporo) doliczono nam np. 4 euro za chleb (którego nie zamawialiśmy, a był samodzielnie donoszony przez obsługę), 4 euro za wodę (w karafce). 3. Zameldowanie o 17:30, a wymeldowanie do 10 - dość krótka doba hotelowa. 4. Przy zapłacie w hotelu zaznaczono nam wyraźnie że "preferowana jest gotówka" oraz nie otrzymaliśmy żadnego paragonu/faktury za jedzenie. 5. Bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach w kanalizacji w prysznicu.

Nonostante il sito dichiari che non possono essere organizzate feste,senza avvertirci,era stata organizzata una festa,peraltro molto rumorosa con musica ad altissimo volume e con fuochi artificiali fino a ben dopo la mezzanotte.Impossibile dormire.inoltre contrriamente a quanto dichiarato la camera non aveva il balcone e non aveva i servizi in camera,ma in comune con altra camera,per fortuna non occupata.Poiche' era in corso la rumorosissima festa,si sono dichiarati indisponibili a fornirci la cena,costringendoci ad andare al paese di Palmanova,ad alcuni km.Avendo saputo della festa solo alla sera di arrivo,non abbiamo potuto ovviamente rivolgerci altrove.Trovo il tutto molto poco rispettoso nei confronti dell'ospite Esperienza decisamente da non ripetere. P.s. ci e' stato proposto uno sconto,peraltro non richiesto,ma che non recupera l'increscioso fatto.

Besonders nett war auch das 'welcome pack' für den Hund und der riesige eingezäunte Garten mit eigenem abgetrennten Agilitybereich für 4-beiner.

Las escaleras . El empeño del personal en hablar en inglés aunque intentábamos hablar en italiano …. Con el que nos entendemos en todas partes . Hubo un mal entendido con el lugar del desayuno por eso . Porque no lo hablaban correctamente .
