Perfect location. It had all the amenities I needed, I really appreciated the fridge and coffee machine. Really easy to check in and out.

The bed was too soft, in a way that's quite uncomfortable to sleep in. The space was quite cramped, good thing I was by myself.

The hotel is wonderfully located in the historic part of the Old Town, very close to the waterfront. Our room was spacious, with high ceilings and a large, comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very spacious, with a shower, sink and toilet. The room had a coffee machine with coffee and cream, as well as a small refrigerator, which was very useful. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. After check-out, we were kindly allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel until our train, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy a walk around the city without our bags.

There was a little noise on Friday night, which may be worth considering for those looking for complete peace and quiet, but it was absolutely fine for us.

Location is prime - especially at the rate. It’s a good spot for one night as we spent the night in the city between our layover flights.

The room for two people is extremely small. One night was okay, would not do more. There is no air conditioning, so fan only. This can get tedious. The soap / shampoo two in one that they provided was super smelly, and we had to bite it with our teeth to open it. Note, there is no reception desk overnight or early morning. This is tied in with the bar downstairs.

The room was very small and cramped. Very hot. But you couldn't open the curtains because it faced where employees were out the back smoking, same level.

Noisy in the early morning. The suite is very nice; however, the "room" upstairs is in sort of an open space and not isolated. The soap and shampoo are of the lowest quality, and we had to buy new ones. The coffee provided was really not good.

Great location. No frills, comfortable room to lay one's head. Clean, comfortable bed, lovely shower, fridge, coffee machine.

As everyone says it is noisy from the surrounding bars and restaurants but that is to be expected in that location. The supplied ear plugs worked well and I slept well. The Nespresso coffee machine was a bonus; it would have been nice to have a chart for the different colour pods and some tea bags (if this is all I am complaining about, it can't be too bad can it!).

The fact that upon check-out there was no place to leave the luggage, even though the bar where I took the key from, told me that it would be open to leave the bags there until the plane. I had to check out at 11 and spend the entire day through the city carrying my luggage with me.

L'emplacement est parfait. Le personnel était sympathique. Ils ont pris vos valises quelques heures avant le check-in pour que nous puissions circuler librement dans les rues de Zurich sans nos bagages dans le chemin. Très attentionné.

Chambre petite, lit petit, avec linge usé, troué et d'une propreté discutable. Linge de bain plus propre. Chmabre en haut de plusieurs bars qui ferment assez tard, donc bruyant. Check-out le dimanche à 11h00, on arrive à l'entrée à 11h01 et la carte d'accès ne marche plus ... si le type qui fait le ménage n'avait pas été là, on aurait été coincés ... bref, pour 200CHF la nuit, pourrait mieux faire, notamment ne pas enfermer les clients dehors sans prévenir...

Location is the highest point in this hotel.

There was a sign to check-in at the cocktail bar, but it was closed. We didn't have internet before arriving, so we couldn't see the messages nor contact the property. Lucky for us the bar on the corner had some nice and friendly staff that helped us and called the owner. The room was too hot and there's no AC. We didn't have a pleasant stay. Value is way too expensive for what it was. The stairs to get to the bedroom were also full of bags of clothes.

I’m not sure whether it is laundry or clean linens that are being brought upstairs to the guest rooms. Either way, the laundry/linen area is visible to guests as they go to their rooms. It should be kept out of sight or positioned in a way that is not visible to guests.

La stanza non era molto pulita, ho fatto qualche passo senza indossare le scarpe e i calzini si sono riempiti di polvere. Cosa più grave: non c'era aria condizionata, solo un ventilatore molto rumoroso. La stanza era un vero e proprio forno e non si potevano neppure aprire le finestre (solo socchiudere) in quanto la stanza affaccia sulla strada. La notte non ho mai smesso di sudare! Se la stanza è così calda non può mancare la climatizzazione.

Central location, near Zurich HB as well as a tram stop. Good hotel for youths.

Don’t expect high standards. This is a good hotel for staying overnight. It will get warm in the room in the summer. It will also get noisy until midnight.

The receptionist is really really friendly! The room is small but is clean and well equipped. Though there is no air conditioner but they provide fans.

Our room is on the street side, there is a bar downstairs, so the noise is loud even if you close the window. The tax isn't included when booking from Booking. It's 3.5 CHF per person.

Alojamiento sin aire acondicionado parecía la casita de los enanos de Blancanieves súper diminuto no te podías mover. no tienes personal que te pueda solucionar los problemas las 24 horas porque solo es un camarero el que te recibe y se va cuando cierra el bar. Ni viene entras te encuentras con bolsas de ropa sucia en la entrada que no puedes pasar ni con la maleta ascensor súper pequeño olor feo

No air-conditioning but a big fan is provided. It is above a bar and so it can be a bit noisy and night but windows are double-glazed and cut down noise

The room had 2 fans; one didn’t work at all and the other was coated in such thick dust that it triggered an asthmatic reaction for me.

Die zentrale Lage und das unkomplizierte Personal

Es hatte Bettwanzen in der Matratze. Hatte überall kleine Rötungen wie Pickel oder eben Bisse. Der Arzt hat Bettwanzen Bisse diagnostiziert. Habe es gemeldet aber das Interesse auf der Seite des Hotels war quasi nicht vorhanden. Habe keine Entschuldigung oder eine Ermässigung erhalten weswegen ich nun diese ehrliche Bewertung schreiben musste. Leute kontrollieren sie die Betten bitte.

Tranne la posizione, il check-in all’interno di un bar, ingresso orribile, stanze piccolissime, caldissime e rumorosissime (in camera abbiamo trovato dei tappi per le orecchie proprio perchè erano consapevoli della rumorosità della stanza)….pessimo in tutto

Excellent location, small but comfortable and fully equipped room.

We couldn't leave our luggage when we checked out because the people who serve you are the ones who work in the bar downstairs, so you depend on the opening hours of a bar.

Air con didn’t work, fan was a bit loud.

The location was amazing right and part of where I needed to be. The size of the room was pretty tiny with no AC but several fans the staff was really good and there’s a bar right next to the location that you can contact them most anytime.

It’s a small efficiency, but they did what they could with the space not a lot of room for luggage, but it’s suited my needs
