Staff were helpful, engaging and pleasant. There's absolutely no issue with them, friendly and cheerful.

The setup of the capsules do not provide privacy and dignity among its customers. It is absolutely cramped and there's just too many people allocated in one room at least 20 capsules in each room, top and bottom bunk altogether. It's not even sectioned in 4's or 6's if they want to allocate all 20 capsules altogether. It's not spaced properly, ridiculously cramped. And with customers that do not respect cleanliness and hygiene, you will be affected as you're on the same space altogether whereas if there was enough room to allocate and space out in sections of perhaps 6 capsules per side of the room then it will be at least acceptable like how the capsules are actually allocated in Japan. There's no kitchen to heat food on, let alone a microwave oven at the very least. The toilet and shower facilities are an absolute mockery. The showers should be separate from the toilets, there's not enough space to move around and there's just not a good supply of toiletries and towels. It's just mind blowing. And the price per capsule is unacceptable. There's no space for large luggage for storage, you either get allocated a top or a bottom cabinet so if you're only left with the top cabinet, your large luggage can stay out in the open. There's no 24-hour reception and you're not allowed to store your luggage if you arrive earlier than check-in time. It's also not wheelchair-accessible so you better not bring a heavy luggage or you'll be climbing up and down the stairs.

I arrived late in the evening. The location is excellent—an easy walk from the train station. The staff member was welcoming. It was very quiet.

The shower water runs for only a limited time before you have to press the button again. There was no explanation regarding towels—where to find them or if fresh ones are provided. In the morning, there were no towels in the restroom. There was no kitchen area, or at least I wasn't told about one. I wanted to iron my clothes but didn't know where to do it, and there was no one to ask. It was very inconvenient; I ended up leaving in wrinkled clothes.

Capsule hotels just aren't my thing, I prefer my creature comforts.

Lockers are outside in the lobby, and every time you need something, you have to go there, which I think is not really comfortable. Got there but couldn't find the sign for check-in. Mattress was not comfortable.

Top location in Zurich with 24/7 shop downstairs and all the attractions within the walking range. The beds were so comfy and cabins felt cosy. Unlimited towels provided too with hairdryer at everyone's disposal. If you're in Zurich for 1-2 days, it's your go to hostel - trust me you will save a lot of time!

It can be a bit loud from the street and people snoring in the cabins next to you, so just remember to bring earplugs for your comfort. The vending machine was broken, but there's a shop downstairs, so no need for one.

Excellent location in the old part of the city. Bath and shower facilities were good. Lockers are available for an upcharge. Curtains on capsule for privacy.

Very poor ventilation in the capsules. It got unpleasantly warm, but there were no fans to circulate the cooler air from windows.

There was only coffee available for one evening. There weren't towels available when needed in the bathroom. The shower space to change is extremely small (you couldn't bend to dry your lower half and hit your elbows trying to dry the upper half.) Towels when they were available where the size of hand towels and crawling into the capsule was extremely hard.

it's a small place, only to sleep. But cleanliness and friendliness were great.

Due to air conditioning, it was too cold for me.

Mehr als 30 Betten in einem einzelnen Raum. Betten hart und nur getrennt durch Sperrholz-Wände. Insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Beschreibung "Kapsel"-Hotel irreführend: Es handelt sich eindeutig um ein Hostel, das sich lediglich durch etwas mehr Privatsphäre abhebt.

冷房はあるが、ほとんど効いていなく暑かった 夜でも熱がこもって暑いので、夏に行く際には注意 チェックインは夜10時までで、夜10時を過ぎると、事前にメールで受け取った暗証番号でロックキーを解除する必要があるので注意

Great location and staff were very helpful. I stayed in a hostel because who can afford a hotel in Switzerland!? The bed capsule was very spacious (able to sit up in bed easily) and bathrooms/showers were always available despite there only being 3 of each. Guess it's more who stayed at the same time but it was very quiet at night, everyone was very considerate

Because it was so hot most of the time, balcony doors were left open all night for 2 of my 3 nights and there is a courtyard with a restaurant outside which was a bit noisy. Just something to consider if you're an early and light sleeper - room without the balcony may be more suitable. Once it got to late night/early morning it was very quiet

Excellent location, clean and quiet, but minimalistic (just a cubby to sleep in and a big locker for luggage).

No se puede descansar bien, el personal de limpieza llega desde las 9 am hablando en voz muy alta entre ellos y al móvil sin dejar descansar. El Wi Fi es intermitente y terrible. Hay 3 regaderas y 3 wc's para todo un piso. La puerta del baño permanece abierta por las mañanas alrededor de 2 horas mientras lo limpian y hay que entrar así. No hay ningún tipo de aire acondicionado o ventilación para las temperaturas altas en verano. Las cápsulas son de madera miy delgada y suenan mucho cada vez que alguien se mueve.

Man muss Schließfächer extra bezahlen. Die Rezeption ist auch nicht durchgehend besetzt.

Das Hostel ist sehr Zentral! Durch den abgesperrten Frauenbereich fühlt man sich insgesamt schon wohler muss ich sagen! Es war auch super ruhig, ich fand jeder hat sich rücksichtsvoll benommen! Die Kapsel haben eine angenehme Größe!

Das einzige was ich etwas bemängeln muss sind die Sanitäranlagen! Viele Haare in der Dusche leider:/ Aber insgesamt okay

The Location is perfect

Great location in the old town nearby the river. Convenience store outside as well as bars, restaurants and cafes. Train station 20min walk. Towels available in the bathroom. Someone at the desk most hours for assistance. Double capsule nice and spacious for a couple or individual. Nice to have a curtain for some privacy. Felt safe as a solo female traveller. Bathrooms are segregated. Lockers are located in the hallway so less noise generated in the sleeping area

As with all hostels, some guests are inconsiderate and keep you awake at late hours. Bring your ear plugs. At times felt like sleeping on straight wood.

1. Falls es wirklich (lt. Beschreibung auf Booking.com) eine Klimaanlage gab, war davon nichts zu spüren = lediglich ein lauter Lüfter und die Möglichkeit für die Nacht die Fenster aufzumachen. 2. Für den Kaffeeautomaten gab's in der Früh meistens keine Becher. 3. Badetücher gab's nur "bis der Vorrat reicht", es gab keine Möglichkeit die nassen Sachen wo zu trockenen. 4. Türen für die zwei Dusch- und eine WC-Kabine klemmten. 5. die Klobrille (eine WC-Kabine) waren defekt. 6. eine Waschbecken Armatur klemmte.

Era un po scomodo il fatto che avessimo sia i bagni che gli armadietti fuori dalle camere. Per ogni necessità dovevamo uscire fuori.

The guy at the front desk was great. He was willing to help us to the best of his abilities. We could also let the suitcases stay (although unprotected) after checkout.

The facilities could be better, but I guess you get what you pay for. A desk inside to work/or read (just a table with 4 chairs somewhere) and a (communal) fridge would make the stay even better. Also, the shower was out of soap once, which isn't something you think to check beforehand, but it is a hassle to discover if you're already in the shower.

Bisogna premettere che si tratta di un Capsule Hotel e non di un ostello attrezzato, quindi è normale che ci sia soltanto il letto, i bagni e due vender per caffè e snack. Il prezzo è importante ma allineato al costo della vita di Zurigo. In ogni caso la struttura è pulita, efficiente e dal punto di vista architettonico un vero gioiello, situato in una posizione ottima nel centro storico di Zurigo. Mi sento di consigliarla e penso di tornarci nel mio prossimo soggiorno.

Well located. Capsules fairly sized

It was not particularly clean. The sheets didn't seem super clean. A lot of biting insects in the hostel. The staff are never there, even during listed hours. It's the only hostel I've ever been to where you can't check in early or late. It's simply impossible. Many late arriving travellers were confused and unable to find their rooms, leading to chaos. They say they offer free towels but it's always empty, nobody refills the towels pile. The cleaners are quite rude. The price is insane for what it is. I know Switzerland is expensive but they are putting in the absolute bare minimum to keep the place running. It's simply not good enough. The balcony doors can lock behind you. Several time guests got stuck on the balcony.
