Équipements sales, chambre pas bien équipée, piscine très sale impossible d’y nager, draps étaient sales. Je déconseille cet établissement et c’est très cher par rapport à son état

Schöne Lage. Sehr sehr nette und zuvorkommende Menschen (ausser die Rezeptionistin). Essen war fein.

Zimmer grauslig. Dreckig und stinkend (Abfluss hat bestialisch gestunken). Als wir das Zimmer betreten haben roch es stark nach Javel und nach der ersten Dusche war klar weshalb - der Abfluss hat grauenhaft gestunken. Wir haben die ganze Nacht nicht geschlafen. Als wir dies am morgen mit der Rezeptionistin besprechen wollten war diese überhaupt nicht erstaunt (das Problem wird wohl bekannt sein) und hat uns fsnn zwar schon ein anderes Zimmer angeboten nach langem hin und her. Wir haben aber eine Nacht früher ausgecheckt. Pool war dreckig und verschmutzt. Die gesamte Anlage eher schmuddelig.

Hôtel situé au bord de la nature sauvage devant de beaux paysages montagneux ! Très calme pour ceux et celles désirant se reposer loin de la civilisation! Personnel sympa !

-Wifi catastrophique ! Il me fallait sortir et marcher jusqu'à la réception pour se connecter. -Le prix de la nourriture est surestimé ! -Belle piscine mais salle ! j'ai même trouvé des poils humains à l'ouverture matinale et des insectes morts. Il faut faire plus d'effort pour nettoyer chaque jour. L'eau de la piscine sur les photos est bleue mais en réalité elle est verte !! -Il faut absolument rénover quelques endroits dans l'hôtel. -Nous avons payé pour une suite supérieure et nous avions une seule bouteille d'eau pour 3 jours. -Le petit déjeuner est bien mais améliorable.

Le cadre est vraiment magnifique et très dépaysant dès l’arrivée. La route et les paysages autour de l’établissement sont superbes. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le calme : les chambres sont bien isolées et nous n’avons rien entendu pendant la nuit. Il y a aussi plusieurs animaux sur place, notamment des petits canards, une oie et nous avons même croisé des grenouilles, ce qui rend l’endroit très mignon et original. Enfin, les femmes de chambre étaient adorables et attentionnées. Nous avons notamment trouvé une jolie présentation avec une serviette et une petite fleur dans la chambre, ce qui était très appréciable.

Le principal point négatif a été la piscine, qui ne correspondait pas vraiment à ce que j’attendais. L’eau était assez trouble et nous avons remarqué des cheveux dans le bassin. Cela donnait l’impression que la filtration ne fonctionnait peut-être pas correctement et ne donnait pas vraiment envie de se baigner. Concernant le dîner, l’établissement étant très isolé, il est difficile de manger ailleurs. Malheureusement, la carte du soir est beaucoup plus limitée que celle du déjeuner. Nous avons également attendu plus d’une heure pour recevoir notre repas pour deux alors que l’hôtel semblait très peu rempli. Peut-être s’agissait-il simplement d’un manque de personnel, mais l’attente était vraiment longue. Enfin, notre salle de bain était extrêmement humide et sentait le renfermé. Nous entendions pourtant la ventilation fonctionner, donc il serait probablement utile de vérifier le système d’aération ou le niveau d’humidité. L’endroit reste très beau et paisible, mais quelques améliorations concernant l’entretien de la piscine, la restauration et l’aération de la salle de bain rendraient l’expérience beaucoup plus agréable.

Du tt le petit dej c nuuuullll Normalement c est un auberge loin de la ville entre 15/ et 19 ya rien a manger sachant que jai un enfant dois manger apres la piscine Des taxe qui sont rajouté je c pas de quoi il s agit La dome entouré des produits toxiques alors c est dangereux pour nous et surtout pour mon bebe ….. la fenêtre de la dome rayée ce reflète des rayuuures avec la lumière Normalement j été hâte pour passer une nuit sous les etoiles mais je déçue c est ce que j’ai imaginé

Séjour très agréable reposant je commence par le personnel de la réception très gentil charmant souriant serviable avec beaucoup de solutions pour tous problèmes a l écoute et de confiance. La chambre propre vue agréable avec son jardin et sont petit salon les vitres qui donne sur les arbres et jardin avec arbre de pomme figues résine.... . La piscine bonne l eau est bonne, paysage agréable au milieu des montagnes, ciel le soir avec les étoiles.... Le resto a la.carte offre un large choix et au prix raisonnable. Tous l hotel est adapté au enfants sans oublié la clim a la chambre qui vous permet de dormir paisiblement dans le calme. L ambiance est détendu reposante jours et soir.

Глэмпинг шатры в ужасном состоянии, стены внутри шатра повсеместно испачканы в чем-то коричневым. Внутри шатра куча насекомых, в бассейне тоже. Самое неприятное , что в шатре окна не из стекла, а из пластиковой пленки. Из-за этого невозможно в полной мере насладиться видами на горы

Les personnelles sont trop sympa surtout l’homme de la reception

Mijn vriendin was voordat we kwamen ziek (voedselvergiftiging), het personeel was hierin betrokken dit was erg comfortabel en fijn. We zijn daardoor een nacht extra gebleven. Het eten was goed, de faciliteiten werden bijgehouden en schoon.

Malheureusement c’était trop cher pour la qualité délit du service de la chambre de propriété. J’ai trouvé des araignées, j’ai trouvé des poussières la poubelle malheureusement si j’appelle pas les femmes de ménage pour amener la poubelle et j’avais un bébé que je change de couche sept fois par jour, alors vous imaginez la quantité de poubelle que j’ai et pendant trois jours, pas de Fin de Ménage qui vient changer la poubelle et la taupe que nous avons payé Booking et nous avons payé les frais de taxe et à la réception ils nous demande de payer des frais de taxe supplémentaire pourquoi je sais pas pour une qualité de merde, je sais pas de 510 pour cela, je vous recommande pas l’établissement, soit pour sa qualité soit pour Céline soit pour le confort 0000 et je parle même pas de petit déjeuner un petit déjeuner à moins de 20 dirhams pas plus

Most probably the breakfast was the only thing I would give a minus point for. We came a little later, after 10am, and unfortunately the buffet was not replenished, so there were mostly almost-empty plates on display.

Everything was great, there was really nothing to complain about.

Ultra clean! Incredibly friendly but not too competent staff. Organised walking tour and connecting taxis well. Spacious room but not ready on our arrival! Staff tried very hard but this is a local low level hotel. No plug in sink? Dated bathroom but great shower. Lots of hot water.

Limited food options. Do not understand what vegetarian means. Worn and dated outside furniture. Tablecloths not ironed? Food on the table from the last guest. Drab dining room. Had to ask for the room to be made up, then no towels! Left a day early as just disappointed and didn’t want to waste our holiday.

El lugar está en una ubicación enviadiable, el entorno es magnífico así como sus instalaciones ya que el mantenimiento es adecuado y se puede disfrutar tanto de piscina como de servicios sin problema. Espacioso y con todo tipo de comodidades. Un espacio para descansar, relajarse y disfrutar de una estancia más que agradable.

El precio de lo "accesorio" como comidas, cenas, consumiciones, etc ... es excesivamente elevado.

Breakfast was amazing, it was like having a personal buffet. The pool was lovely with stunning views in every direction. The hotel offer activities such as guided hikes, we did a hike with Ahmad which he tailored to our abilities, would highly recommend this activity when staying at the property. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, they helped arrange our transfers to and from Marrakesh.

We were unable to use the tennis court as they were renovating it and turning it into a padel court. Although in the long run this is more of a positive.

Personnel extremement gentil, aux petits soins, toujours à l ecoute. Madame Fouzia trouve des solutions à toutes vos demandes et problemes. Les repas sont tres bons. Adresse à faire absolument si vous passez par Ouirgane. Les locaux sont typiques, jolis et tres confortables. C’ est ma deuxieme visite pour participer à une competition sportive. À l’année prochaine.

The staff were brilliant! The room we had (Dome) was lovely! Food was a challenge for my kids, and the pool was full of bugs. I had to clean it myself for 30 mins to clear all the flies and bugs floating.

Amazing location with beautiful views of the mountains. We stayed in one of the domes which was great fun. The food was excellent and the pool areas was really beautiful. The owners organised a guided waking tour for us which took about 5 hours. Our guide Aziz was extremely knowledgeable and taught us lots about the local flora and fauna, and we enjoyed a delicious lunch and music in a local home as part of the walk.

Service at dinner was a little slow at times, but the food was worth the wait!

What is great: The property design and upkeep of the landscape is special and as advertised. The dome tent rooms are clean and as photographed. And the location is very special. We did a mule trek and Berber experience and we will never forget it - that was the best part of the stay for us. Kind people and the best lunch we had during this leg of our trip was that lunch off the hotel grounds. The staff at the hotel are hard working and kind.

The restaurant was operating at an extremely limited capacity. We found that challenging as there are no other meal options in the area. Most items on the menu weren’t available for all 3 nights we stayed. And there is no food on offer between lunch and dinner, which for kids is tough. The food itself is also not very good - it felt like they were trying for an international menu and Moroccan and coming up short on both. The coffee is instant but the tea is fantastic. The staff is kind, but there is limited hospitality so we were often calling out for people if we needed something as we weren’t able to find them.

Staying in the dome was an excellent and unique experience. The food was excellent and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We arrived very late at night and they got us settled in our room quickly and with minimal fuss.

The only issue we had was that when we clicked on the directions button in the email from Booking.com it took us to a different hotel, 10 minutes further down the road. This would not have been a major issue, except it is a fairly treacherous mountain road and we arrived at 11:30 pm.

We especially liked the views of the mountains from our dome; the grounds of the hotel were also lovely. We appreciated the hot water and great water pressure after a previous 10 days of not much of either and the beds were comfortable too! The staff were friendly and the food was of a good standard too.

Some more hanging space would be useful. And the rugs in the domes could have been softer and more colourful (given that the Atlas Mountains is known for their rugs).

Staff were amazing & very helpful at all times, the scenery was phenomenal. The dome was a lot more spacious than anticipated and very well insulated with A/C.

The pool was really cold to swim in although it did look nice. The TV in the dome didn’t work all the time because the wifi connection in the dome was very weak, definitely suggest getting data.

Si je peux mettre un petit bémol sur la chambre où j'étais exposé pas plein sud, celle ci en cette période ( janvier ) dans l'Atlas était un peu froide au milieu de la nuit mais rien de gênant si on laisse la clim

We like the staff, the reception, all the people working there.

It's very difficult to drive to this hotel, need to pass through many S turn mountain roads. No spa during the cold winter. The room was extremely cold, even though we have used the fires. The bath room was freezing. :) The weather is around 17^C.

Amazing accommodation, perfect location, very clean and big rooms. Staff are very friendly and professional. Nice food but can be more improved if they offer more variety and quality.

Wifi was not working properly and very weak.

Location in the mountains and the surrounding views are incredible. The rooms and suites are dispersed amongst olive trees and terrasses so each accommodation feels private and peaceful. Very relaxed atmosphere to switch off and simply enjoy the surroundings and hotel activities. The staff are wonderful, so hospitable and generous with their welcome. We did the Moroccan cooking class which was great fun. Also played Padel, pétanque and ping pong. Highly recommend.

Shower didn’t work in our suite so the next day we were upgraded to a bigger & better suite with working shower. The staff were very helpful. My friend was disappointed that there was no couscous available even on a Friday. Unfortunately the spa & hamman wasn’t open/working.
